I am extremely disappointed with Morgan & Morgan, specifically regarding case #15549220. My case was settled in May, and $300 was put on hold for 90 days to cover any potential expenses. Now, over 90 days have passed, and I haven’t received any invoice showing how that money was used. If there were no expenses, the $300 should have been returned to me, but it hasn't been.
I've made multiple attempts to contact my case manager, Graham Payne-Reichert, and my lawyer, John Lyding—emails, voicemails, messages—but I’ve been completely ignored.
If this is how they treat their clients, I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism and follow-through is appalling.
Update: Thank you for your help! The issue was resolved in just one hour, and I've updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Overall, the M&M team achieved the goals we were aiming for. I have to mention that they were the second law firm I worked with, as the first one was a disaster. While the process wasn't completely stress-free, the main issue was the lack of communication. If they improve on that aspect, it would easily be a 5-star experience!
