This is a horrible law firm. They file all cases in circuit court even when those the cases aren't worth it. With my case, they did alot of things that they never told me about! They also filed a lawsuit when they didnt have all of my meds, and never contacted medicaid to find out what the lien was. This was a horrible experience, and I cannot recommend them. They are practicing according to florida standards (where the law on fee recovery is different), and thats hurting us up here. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!

I wonder how many people getting paid to say these people are doing a great work. I have an ongoing case now my reps are Terrance Davis and Meera Vyas NEVER heard from these people unless I called them I have never spoke with Terrance Davis only spoken with miss Vyas once and she told me they would do a better job contacting me IN WHICH THEY HAVE FAILED. Not to mention I was working with another lawyer before then and they failed to tell me he left so I had to play phone tag with the reception until I found out who my new lawyer was and they still not assisting me like they should. Don't listen to these reviews find someone better

morgan and morgan is a joke my review is based on there main page. not this location but unfortunately you can't review the main website.that has 5 stard but a gentleman called me stating can't take ur case because I already obtained an attorney with my case and they would be bind from representing me smh.

When I asked them to take my case and is was a disability case they refused now my father is dead I will never recommended this also very poor service and rude as well If I have to choose a lawyer for this company I would rather choose a loser lawyer such has this company that has no self respect amd responsibility for my case This company is a wasted of time
