I agree with EVERYTHING "S. McCain" stated below and have had the EXACT same miserable experience with the Washington D.C. based Morgan & Morgan team. The client experience team is also useless. I regret choosing this firm and encourage those reading this message to choose anyone except them (Morgan & Morgan). I have been through at least 3 lawyers and an untold number of assistants due to the high turnover in the office. They DO NOT have an "army of lawyers and support staff" as their site suggests. My case was often delayed (and is STILL delayed) due to a one person point of failure. My lawyer also settled for policy limits and never attempted to seek pain and suffering for my car accident (which caused a traumatic brain injury). My work and quality of life are forever altered because of this accident, and Morgan & Morgan did as little as they could get away with while "working" my case. I also intend to file a case with the bar association.
UPDATE:
Client Experience Team: I’m not so sure I AM speaking with the correct department to get this fixed. I’ve called you FOUR previous times and you did nothing to help. It’s a shame it takes a public forum to get a response. I would like a Senior Leader from the Washington DC team to call me and have THEM offer a solution. I would be more than happy to provide an update when/if this happens. It’s easy to say you’re here to help but my experience with your client experience team says otherwise.
UPDATE #2:
I've still not heard back from a Senior Leader from the Washington DC team even though a representative from the Client Experience Team said they would "be in touch shortly." Also, my legal team said they would provide an update on my case in one week...over two weeks ago. If you're reading this review, please choose a different firm to represent your case.

I've just started dealing with this firm about a week ago and I have to stay that they're beyond good, they care about you as a person and definitely keep you updated on everything that's going on, I could've made a better choice going to them, I'm having them as my permanent attorney, they are the best.
