As a new client, i have experienced the communication is terrible. I have yet to have a phone call to connect from the Lawyer at all. No one responds promptly. Having to go through these portals are so disconnected and impersonal, maybe I'm old school. But It feels disconnected. It'd been a week and few days since my accident and the Case worker hasn't called to let me know any update on what to do. It just doesn't feel assuring.

Amazing team that really cares!

If you have seen the new movie the Beekeeper and saw the poor old lady and the company taking her for a ride....reminds me of my experiences here. They made an appt and never called at that time. When I called I was not. routed to an attorney but rather a salesman who was overly caring and kind (good until you get to later), but then wanted me to sign a retainer while I was on the call, just to speak to an attorney...after saying a free consult...so I sad send it to me and I'll review and let you know if I want to proceed. They now call 5-10 times a day, and text non stop trying to complete this sale. I have never seen anything like this, but had just seen the movie and the parallels for high pressure tactics on older people awfully close.

We were at our wit's end until Morgan and Morgan stepped in. They took over our troubles and made the frustrarions go away. The friendliness and care exhibited by the legal staff turned a bad situation completely around.

Did not respond timely and when they did, they referred me to a specialized one ..Hun thought they were an injury attorney...over the hype!
