This was a really big case. I was in a near deadly car accident. We settled out of court. I was awarded nicely. I was really sick while the case was going on. The waiting… was literally driving me crazy! The Morgan and Morgan team who worked with me, was phenomenal. I was really injured, I’m still injured but I’m getting treatment. The paralegals who worked with me were Caroline Schaefer, and Savannah Maddox. Caroline, is no longer with them, but Savannah, gets the job done!!! I think they worked very hard! My Attorney was Mr. Hector. They got me paid! I was assured that all of my providers were paid! Sadly, I received a bill saying that I still owed a major provider. I didn’t want to spoil my credit, so I paid the bill, nearly 2K. I called the provider, and told them that I had a copy of the check that my lawyer sent them. The provider assured me that they got my check but they never received a check from Morgan and Morgan. My faithful paralegal, Savannah Maddox, assured me that she would find out if the provider received the check, if the funds were taken from the bank or not, or what happened to the check. She even assured me that if it was an error on Morgan and Morgan’s end… she would see that my money is refunded. I am still treating and paying for my treatment. I don’t have money to pay providers twice!!! I’m so grateful for Ms. Savannah Maddox, who is working so hard to get to the bottom of this situation. So, either way, Ms. Savannah, is going to make things right, for me! This is a great team and a extraordinary parallel! If you need a great team! Call Morgan and Morgan, ask for Mr. Hector’s team!
