Now it seems as though my contract has been breached. The manager “isn’t saying it wasn’t” but basically told me to get over it. So now I’m stuck in a contract that is not being fulfilled by this company and I’m the one who is affected by it.

Very good people that are here on earth to help fellow people get what they deserve..

If I could leave negative stars I would! I’m so over this company. 24/7/365 is crap. They don’t get back in touch with you. They can’t email you back. They can’t update you on your case. Doesn’t matter how many times I have called members of my “team”. It doesn’t matter how many times I call corporate. So instead of doing their job and trying to help me, they are sitting back letting me do the work so they can make an easy penny. So they can do nothing and if I don’t want to work with them I have to pay them. HA for what??? What exactly am I paying for? Phone calls? Emails? Even so, not worth what they want to charge. Special shout out to Mariana at the Richmond office for being the most unprofessional person I have met in a while. It’s like we forgot the concept of “I do work I get paid” “I pay you, you do the work” however, she doesn’t understand the concept and thinks she doesn’t have to do anything to get paid. Call it entitled, call it lazy but I’m fed up.
