When they got "bad" letters, one after the other one over the years, they came to me and asked what shall I do now, do I need to leave the US? I just referred them to Jim Tom Haynes and his team, that was it! Taking over a flagged case is not so easy and there is no guarantee, but it worked in all tree cases. Nothing against young attorneys and young law firms, however, what seems to be the case, they might be perfect in their legal knowledge of laws and rules, governing the cases, but not experienced in kind of humanness which is part of the immigration cases as well.
