I've worked with Joy Haynes and her staff for a few years and through several cases, from my working visa all the way to my naturalization, and had a wonderful experience. While being very professional and responsive they actually CARE about your case and they are there to genuinely help. I've appreciated getting the newsletter the firm sends to all clients, especially over the last few years, it timely provided updates and explanations about all immigration policies and changes.

Joy (as well as Ana and Amara-- thank you all!) did an excellent job guiding myself and my wife through what is frankly an incredibly stressful process in the best of times. From our very first consultation up until the submission of so many forms and, after a long, pandemic-related delay, the final interview, Joy and her team were there every step of the way. They made my adjustment of status as simple as it can possibly be, keeping us informed and, on occasion, on our toes -- all those forms are no joke! During this hard time, It happened to receive one good news thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the attorney Catherine Reynolds. I got my first O-1 visa! Throughout the process, I got asked to send more evidences to the immigration office because of the requirements upgrading.
