I can't recommend John and the entire Mesirow & Associates enough. Even during the challenges the COVID presents, John was responsive, detail oriented and provided us with a better outcome than we could have hoped. He made a difficult and emotional process, seamless and even was willing and eager to drive hours to meet in person and handle any issues that were to arise. Highly highly recommend!

We cannot recommend John Mesirow & Associates more highly. We were in a serious car accident and we contacted John the next day. He combined empathy and caring with professionalism. He took care of dealing with the health and car insurance companies and the other driver's lawyer and helped us through the bureaucratic processes, while checking in to see how we were doing. This gave us the space to focus on recovering physically and emotionally from the accident. Through John's persistence, we received a positive settlement.

John turned the nightmare of my accident into almost a pleasant experience. He is personable, friendly, accessible, and checks in to make sure his client is OK with every step of the process. If medical providers gave me trouble with giving me needed care, he was a phone call away and made everything go smoothly. He fought for a good settlement and I got it!

Mesirow & Associates, PLLC are the best accident attorneys in DMV area. Mr. John is a very smart, responsible and professional lawyer. John worked on this for two years, flew out of state to take adversarial witness depositions, and secured a larger settlement than anyone expected, especially my attorney son-in-law.
