I'm a realtor, and this company did not provide good service. I represented the owner and asked for a closing cost quote when the buyer selected this company for closing. Dupont Title Group didn't respond, I asked again requesting a quote by noon the next day. The president responded saying I would get it, but I didn't. Interesting that they sent me a questionnaire to complete for closing but didn't send the quote. The next day my client accepted my recommendation to settle with another company. After settlement, Dupont Title Group did not send the settlement statement to our settlement company, saying they had left for the day when we contacted them. We didn't get it until 1:30pm the next day, having to ask again for it. They lack professionalism.
