The staff at Frost and Associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me advice on how to resolve a tax situation that has been causing me mass amounts of stress. A few weeks ago, I had the displeasure of dealing with this firm. Before even speaking with an attorney, I was transferred three times, having to repeat my story to three different individuals. Finally, I was connected to an attorney Eli Noff. Mr. Noff was extremely rude from the start of our conversation, making me feel unnecessarily bad about myself and my situation. He was very hostile. He also said that I would never get to deal directly with Mr. Frost, whose counsel I was seeking when I called the firm, and that Frost doesn´t even work with clients at the firm. This seems weird to me, why is his name that of the firm? I was then told that my case would be handled almost entirely by paralegals, not a lawyer! When I asked about information I read on the Frost and Associates website, I was asked, “Which website?” I found multiple Frost & Associates websites each containing different information about the firm. I would recommend using any other firm besides Frost & Associates in the DC metro area, to me this feels like a scam company!!

I am not convinced these lawyers are tax professionals

I could not be more pleased with the amazing counsel I’ve received from Frost and Associates. My attorney Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and effective and a wonderful person with whom to work. The other individuals at the firm I’ve interacted with are also great. I have and will continue to recommend the firm to others.

If I could give a rating of negative one I would. This was a terrible experience for us a home buyers. I would not recommend this group to anyone. They obviously hadn't done what they were supposed to on their end when we were told the night before our noon closing that we had title issues which caused a month delay only to find out all that was needed was paperwork emailed to sellers after which they would just need to have notarized and sent back. This could have been done in a week like it was at the end. Communication was poor and service was poor. Further more they continued to blame others for the issues, when in the end it was them who should have been doing the paper work and the communication. While we did finally close on the house it was more than a month after the original closing and cost over a thousand dollars to keep the interest rate locked. Additionally, they promised us $350 credit so that we wouldn't change title company's which was the only reason we stayed with them, when we got to the closing the credit was not accounted for. When we asked the person doing the closing he said he would follow up and never did, the original person Ali never answered phone calls, messages or emails from us. Additionally, once the closing was finalized I received a call from the closing agent that he forgot to have us sign a document and we had to go out of our way to get the document finalized. This company does not pay attention to detail. I believe they do not follow legal, moral, and ethical guidelines. We would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them for any services in the future.
