I had never worked with a lawyer before and I was afraid that I wouldn't get enough compensation to cover my medical bills (and potentially future bills from complications) after a not at fault mva. A friend recommended Hugh and after just one phone conversation, I was positive that he would fight for me. He did just that and I received a compensation from the insurance company of the other driver that felt fair. Hugh was kind, compassionate, patient, and trustworthy in all that he did. I will recommend him to all who need someone in their corner. The only downfall is that he doesn't practice law in all sectors!

My recent experience with the law firm of Frost & Associates, LLC and in particular, with Robert B. Owings, Attorney and Jessica W. Chappelear, paralegal, has been exceptional. This evaluation is based on my having served in the capacity of Executor/Personal Representative of six estates, based in four different states. I turned to Rob and Jessie midway through the process of settling a complicated and extremely stressful estate, with little time remaining. They immediately sorted out the pieces, talked to the right people, followed all the protocol, performed the necessary calculations, brought the estate to closure and even prepared tax returns in record time. The key to the success of any task is having the right tools, the necessary skills, the right attitude, motivation, and determination to see it through to completion. For me, Rob Owings and Jessie Chappelear provided all of that and more. There was never any doubt in my mind that they were the right people for the job. They performed all the necessary steps efficiently and professionally. I was never left in the dark as to what was going on and my access to both of them was easy. I am extremely grateful to have had their unwavering support and assistance; I highly recommend them to anyone in need of such legal services.

I had such a positive experience with this law firm. I was in a relatively minor car accident that had resulted in a relatively unminor injury with ongoing chronic pain. When I submitted my bills and claim to the other party's insurance company, they came back with a ridiculous lowball offer (because of the "minor" nature of the accident). It barely even covered my medical expenses -- let alone the future costs for an unresolved medical problem. I was wary of getting a personal injury lawyer because I'd never been in that situation and just had a degree of skepticism and fear. Thankfully a family friend told me about Hugh Dash, and said I could trust him to help me out. Hugh was amazing and worked efficiently and diligently, leaving no stone unturned in the process of making sure I got what I deserved in the settlement. At the end of the process, the settlement Hugh got me was 7x the amount that the insurance company initially tried to give me. It felt like the "fair" price for the amount of pain the accident had put me through and I was so, so happy.
