Although I never would have imagined that I would ever be in a position where I would have needed their services, life can change with in an instant. I have served as a federal law enforcement official for 20 years. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I was an excellent employee; receiving numerous awards, letters of recognition and other accolades, which propelled my career. In one day, I found myself at the receiving end of a vicious and slanderous campaign with the full support of a misguided federal agency. Michelle Bercovici is an excellent counselor, a skilled negotiator, and possesses a high level of knowledge in discrimination & sexual harassment cases. Her skills in depositions are amazing, in cutting straight to the issues. She studies her cases in-depth, & she is pleasant to deal with.
