Michelle Bercovici is a great attorney. She prepares well for her cases and communicates well with her clients. She is very thorough and always at the top of her game. She was successful in winning my case and ensuring the judges orders were followed. Thank you so much Michelle! Yvonne

I am really pleased with the services I received from Alden Law Group. They met all deadlines and really did an excellent job. I suffered a concussion during a critical time in my case and was basically unable to assist in my defense for a period of time. Kristen and her team were able to meet all deadlines and take care of my case even when I was out of commission. I highly recommend this law firm.

They’re terrible I sent all the evidence and provided everything with my case and everything I had told the Paralegal Josh, was legit. I didn’t even get a consultation and I asked about contingency basis it’s making me believe because I have three disabilities that this firm practices abelism, I never got a consult and I never got past the Paralegal Josh. He wasted my time. Lawyers are lazy crooks

Ms. Alden is an amazing attorney that is extremely knowledgable on a vast array of topics, including but not limited to federal disability laws, VA disability guidelines, Equal Opportunity statutes, Workers Compensation rules and Federal Disability regulations. She really is one of the most talented and compassionate attorneys I have ever met. She has always been easily assessable whenever I needed to get hold of her to discuss legal matters and she always eased my nerves during difficult times. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Alden and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that looking for a highly qualified attorney who works hard, goes the extra mile and truly cares about her clients! If that is the type of attorney you are looking for, then I believe you will be extremely pleased if you hire Attorney Kristin Alden.

I was in the same situation as most of you, confused, anxious, hesitant, upset due to being wronged, and seeking someone to not only hear me out but also provide sound legal advice other than "this is going to be costly". I had already retained counsel from another law firm, which proved to be a mistake and I found myself seeking counsel in the midst of discovery. I had spent 2 years of time, lots of money, and energy to have the ball dropped at such a pivotal point. My case was an official hot mess! The law firm I spoke to after firing my initial attorney only advised me that if I was to proceed, my case would get very expensive, but they were more than happy to represent me. Feeling uneasy and that I wasn't provided any real advice for the consult I paid for, I decided to continue my search and that is when I was referred by a colleague to Kristin Alden and her law firm. Little did I know, that was the game changer for my case. I had a single consultation with Kristin that felt a lot more like a conversation and for the the first time during my matter that I felt some one listened; she was patient, informative, and brilliant with her advice. Why brilliant? Because I followed her advice to the letter and within 3 weeks my case had leapt from Agency counsel saying they would "never" consider settlement to having a settlement offer in my inbox, which Kristin reviewed. Hindsight being 20/20 I probably could have saved myself a lot of time, stress, and energy, if I would have gone with the Alden Law Group from the beginning. Let my mistake be your lesson, go with Kristin and the Alden law group. Additionally, Kristin Alden and her law group have CLOUT. Yes, they have a professional reputation that made the agency counsel change their entire strategy and approach. Kristin and The Alden Law group is the real deal, do yourself a huge favor and make sure to at least pursue the consultation, it is worth every penny and then some.

There is a fee for consultations at this firm but it is completely worth the price for obtaining legal advice regarding Federal Sector EEO matters. I heard through coworkers at my federal agency that this was one of the best and top employment law firms in DC.
