I split up with my husband and had no income coming in. I applied for foodstamps and was working odd jobs. I reconciled with my husband a year later and got off aid. I never received a letter that the food stamp office wanted money back. 2 years later I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and thrown in jail for days. i was terrified. Never having been in trouble I called a friend who had had similar problems on a warrant they knew nothing about. Joe Flores was on the job in one hour. We had bail and after 3 weeks of hard negotiations resolved the matter before trial. Restitution was made and I do not have a felony on my record which is what I was facing with prison time. If you need a lawyer who knows what is doing and that has a great reputation and is a powerful force on your side you need to call Joe. He will pick up the phone and text you back day or night. He has a legal staff led by Ms. Palacios who are superb and very caring. I hear so many bad things about lawyers on TV and the radio and in newspapers, but Joe Flores is not only an awesome lawyer, but he also is very very caring. I would recommend no one else in Corpus Christi. He is the best of the best. God bless he and his family always.

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time due to a friend's bad choice. We were taken in but my side of the story was not being heard. Joe took this case on and was in constant contact with my family to let them know that I was ok and keep them calm. He took the time to hear my side and assured me that I had a case to prove my innocence in this matter. I really appreciate his help and also his assistant Trish was so organized on everything I needed to be on top of for my case, she even assured my mother that everything would be ok. Im so thankful for the help he did for me, but also for my family. We are all very grateful.

I was laid off from my last employer in 2009. When I received a letter from the TWC that said that my employer was contesting the claim I submitted, I felt I had been hit very hard in the chest. I was given Griffin's name from a relative and from the first phone call I made to him I felt I had someone who understood me and made me feel that I was in the right. I cannot tell you how relieved I felt having him on my side. Through 3 rounds of contesting my claims, I was finally awarded my unemployment claim. Without Griffin's support, I don't think my outcome would have been successful. I truly believe he is a hero.

I had a business that I needed some help with copy right infringement. I contacted Mr. Vance and we set up a meeting. When I met with Mr. Vance he was very cordial. He listened to what I had to say and what information I could provide. He then made suggestions as to what avenue to take to remedy the situation and provided approximately what it would cost. At no time did I feel that Mr. Vance allowed my situation to be put aside and not addressed. The situation was resolved and the cost was more that fair. I highly recommend Mr.Vance and if necessary will use him again in the future.

An ex-employee applied to trademark my 25 year old business name and it was granted to her. She had my presence on Facebook expelled and tried to solicit payments under my business name. Texted me on my Birthday that she succeeded and it was going to cost me thousands to get it back.

I have personally worked with the Attorney Shalizeh Sadigh over an employment contract. I am a physician and this was my first offered job after my fellowship. She is obviously knowledgeable and is very professional. She requested to take a look at the contract and in a very reasonable time frame she called me back with great recommendations. My impression was that she really wanted me to get the best out of this contract and she did not rush me and spent a very good time explaining the legal and technical terms and the consequences. Then she provided suggestions with very strong reasoning. When I returned back to talk about that contract to my employer, he was impressed and since I had very strong reasoning which i was thought by Shalizeh, I could make many changes to my benefit. Before I relate the excellent legal representation in a Civil/DV matter I was provided by Mr. Ellis, I think it is important that I first say that aside from the legal issues, I have not met an attorney who so genuinely listened and understood my predicament. As if it was he himself who was facing the legal challenges I presented to him, with all the emergency and dire consequences at his door.
The otherside had an attorney. I thought I could represent myself, my case facts and rights were clear cut, then I found myself in front of a judge who clearly allowed WIDE discretion to the oppossing counsel, I was about to get steam rolled not by the facts but by legal precedures. I was granted a 2 day continuance by the judge, barely. Mr. Ellis despite having been hired with only 2 days time to prepare for my case, successfully represented me in court and rescued me from my lack of knowledge about how the system and the the courts can be not the easyest of places to navigate by oneself. Most people instinctively know when an attorney is personally invested in their client, I knew that within the first 10 minutes of meeting Mr. Ellis. I was recommended by a friend of mine to Ryan earlier this year. I set up a consultation, discussed my business issues with him, and got a quote. He was very friendly, expressed his knowledge about my issues, and really knew what he was talking about. The meeting was great and i didnt feel pressured at all, like some of the other attorneys I visited with. Aer meeting with him, I did some research, called around, and found that he was a reputable attorney and respected by his colleagues.
I decided to hire Mr. Ellis. He walked. Me through the retainer agreement, took all of the documents I had with me and made copies, and asked me a few other questions regarding issues he brought up (that I didn't even I know I needed to talk about). He told me he would begin immediately and I left the office with a smile on my face.
I received an email from Mr. Ellis the next day with a copy of a letter he sent to the people who owed me money. Later that week, I got a call from Mr. Ellis to notify me that my case was settled and and I could either pick up the money I was owed or he could mail a check to me.
I have been trying to collect this money owed to me for so long, and it took Ryan around a week. He was always very professional and courteous to me, carried out all of his promises.
If any of you out there are looking for an attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Ryan Ellis. He is very knowledgeable, and if I ever need another attorney, I will absolutely be hiring Mr. Ellis again.

If you want an attorney that is caring, trustworthy and looking out for your best interest than Mr. Glisson is the attorney for you. Mr. Glisson handled my family law case and did so in a timely and professional manner. I was informed with the progression of the case by mail and/or email, and felt like he and his staff were truly looking out for my welfare. Mr. Glisson has very reasonable rates and does not nickle and dime for every little thing. I understand that these types of cases cannot be resolved overnight, but Mr. Glisson did his best to help me find closure and resolve my case as quickly as possible. If I should ever need any attorney again in the future, Mr. Glisson is definitely the attorney that I would hire.

Glisson is an extremely conscientious, reliable and honest . You will not meet too many people like him. He is very knowledgeable and completely humble. I first contacted Mr. Newberg through an attorney referral service here in Grand Rapids, MI cocernining a civil suit being brought against me for a large amount of debt. My wife and were in need of Legal advice regarding the handling of our Lease, or lack thereof, as we could not reach an agreement with our Property Management Agency on our next year's lease for various reasons. We felt we were being taken advantage of to say the least. I was introduced to Chris through a Veteran's legal assistance program with which Chris was aligned. Chris helped us over the phone, at no charge, navigate the through our lease concerns several times as the situation developed. As the Agency continued to escalated the issue we would have felt very helpless without Chris' advice. In the end, we actually hired Chris and his Firm to negotiate directly for us we had to depart the state for another job. Chris expertly represented us and our concerns against the much more formidably funded Agency. In the end Chris was able to get the Agency to drop all their frivolous claims and pay us back all our deposits owed without having to go to court. For my wife and I, having Chris was well worth every penny we recovered from negotiation and then some; however, the icing on the cake was that his Firm's ultimate billing for matter was extremely reasonable and far less than I expected for his First Class Service. Chris really new the applicable laws as well as the statutory timing requirements for leases and used them to our advantage to essentially "win" the negotiations for us. He wrote letters for us and negotiated directly with the Agency and their lawyers. He maintained outstanding communications as we moved out of state and kept us informed and promptly had both our returned lease deposits and vast majority of our retainer fees returned to us. Working with Chris made an otherwise stressful situation as stress free as possible. If I ever have any legal questions or issues in the future, Chris will be my first call and I suggest anyone reading this consider doing the same. Thanks again Chris!!
