The Board of Directors of my Organization gave me the responsibility to handle a contractual dispute with a major hotel chain in Vermont, where we had just held our national convention. Not knowing any Attorneys in Vermont, I relied on the internet. I made several phone calls and sent many e:mails trying to motivate an Attorney to handle to respond to my request. NONE DID!!! Then I reached out to Dennis Wygmans, Esq., who returned my call immediately. I asked to explain my problem without any interruption. At the end of my explanation, he cited several state laws which applied to my situation. He then gave me his professional background and his expertise in contractual law. He contined to explain how he would proceed and what would probably take place. Mr. Wygman outlined his fees and cost of further litigation if we couldn't settle our differences. I knew then that I had the right person for the job. I was so impressed with his professionalism and expertise I asked if he would take the case, which he did. I am writing to recommend Tim Lee for legal work. Tim has been my company’s go-to person for legal matters for over seven years. We've handled plenty of contracts before and managed to keep from getting ourselves screwed but Neal was able to take a lot of tangled, convoluted copyright issues and streamline our agreement into something coherent and mutual. Most importantly for us, he was able to keep pace with the awkward and unpredictable timing that characterized our negotiations. He exposed the sort of risky nuances that allow you to appreciate the difference a law degree makes. I frequently come to Alexander when I need someone to review contracts. Yesterday was no different - I emailed him at 9am to ask if he had time to review a new contract. He got back to me within a half an hour, and by lunchtime I had his edits in my inbox.
He's great at understanding the level of detail you're looking for. I didn't need an entire rewrite of this one, I just needed to clarify my understanding of a few clauses, and take the teeth out of a few more. He identified ways we could overhaul and improve the entire contract, but in the mean time provided exactly the sort of work product I was looking for, at the speed I needed.

I was working on a startup from my bedroom and had some copyright related questions. I requested for Mr.William's 30 min free consultation after looking at his profile on Avvo.
He was quite responsive with emails and was able to give me an appointment in a day after he got all the information he asked for.
He made me feel comfortable during our meeting. He took time to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable. In one instance, for one of my questions regarding embedding youtube videos in websites, he patiently explained to me how similar cases were handled in different states.

I hired mr. Maddalosso for my startup to help put together a Corporate Guarantee to secure a significant bank loan.
Mr. Maddalosso knowledge of this subject was in-depth, his research was thorough and he was obviously very experienced and reliable. What I also appreciated was his insights and advise surrounding the Legal Opinion he gave: he explained a lot about the underlaying contracts the juridical aspects and he pointed out several possible legal challenges and how to cope and overcome them (free of charge).
Mr. Maddalosso is bilingual (English, Italian and Japanese) and the communications with him were very responsive, fast, direct and easy to follow.
I actually was a lawyer myself before turning to business, albeit in a different field (criminal defence), but I can guarantee that mr. Maddalosso is the real deal, very skilled, does not cut any corners and is worth every penny.

I usually don't write reviews for services received. However, it wouldn't be fair to not write one for Hilary Metz. She was an amazing attorney during the 3 months I worked with her. She always went "above and beyond" for me. She ALWAYS told me how it really was, not what she knew I wanted to hear. Her fees are very fair. I hired Josh to help me with a website was hijacked by a web designer, I had a functioning site and with one disagreement it was shut down and a message put up saying that I do not pay my bills. Not true.
The webmaster decided on well over $30,000 for the site and with little recourse I had our attorneys battle it out.
I wrote a check for $5,000 a month later and learned 2 valuable lessons.
1 - Always consult with the lawyer before you sign a deal with anyone for a business opportunity.
2 - Call Josh if you are being bullied and do not know what to do.

Jordan was very helpful and nice communicated back with me in a timely manner and solved my issue of me almost losing my money on a new jetski I had bough from a dealership. The ski is going to get diagnostic and the problem should be fixed by the manufacture. I had spent so much money trying to find the problem with the ski at so many dealers but they couldn't find anything and when I would call the Manfacture they would tell me your out of luck. Thanks to Jordan for talking to them and getting me a good will service diagnostics my ski will be running and operating again and I don't have to just throw away the 20k I spent on the ski. I couldn't have had asked for better service from Jordan where no one wanted to take my case because either they said there's no money or profit margin innit for them or they just don't deal with water sport.

About a year ago I contact Ms. Poursine about a car accident that happen when I was on vacation.
I explain to her my situation how the accident was not my fault but the person who literally run in to my car try to blame me and have me pay them 10000 for medical expenses.

I obtained this attorney via a law firm here in Ft. Lauderdale FL, in 2011. My case was a civil case in which I was being sued (By a doctor), along with several other officers, who worked with a different agency. Nevertheless, upon taking my case, Ms Poursine met with me for about an hour, took all the information and immediately went to work. What really drew me to her, was the fact that she listens, and she listens without prejudgements, or drawing any conclusions. She was aggressive, detailed, thorough, and persistent, and explained everything along the way. She follows up, as well as updates you on anything involving your case, be it minor or major, and she returns your calls.
