Eric was recommended to me from a close friend of mine who lives in Miami, FL. I hired Eric for a criminal case that I was accused of in Ft. Lauderdale. Not only did Eric get the case dismissed after filing a Motion to Suppress, but he also left a lasting impression on me for life. Watching Eric disscet the prosecution's claim(s) along with leaving their key witness speachless on the stand after questioning was priceless. Michael helped me with some documents for my small business. Not only did he work quickly, but he was as detail oriented as possible and left me with the best materials possible.

So Far the Only Lawyer to Get Me a Good outcome Simply by Following my Directions. I do not know why previous attorney's were unwilling to tell my side of the story or discuss my medical condition; my motives, and the plaintiffs motives. The judge agreed with me and I got a conditional discharge.
Michael was Chosen by Suffolk Legal Aid so he was chosen randomly, as far as I am concerned.
I wanted to represent myself but the Judge ordered a 730 Exam for trying to speak to him in between attorneys.
Michael was able to get me certified competent as well. Suffolk Legal Aid was unable to do that. They were also Unwilling to speak to the Da or Judge on my Behalf. Michael was not Timid in that regard.
However, I shouldn't have to threaten to leave a Bad Review to get an attorney to follow my instructions.

I could not have better things to say about Ms. Singh. My apartment was broken into a few months ago by a relative of one of my neighbors. A number of valuable items were stolen. I was terribly shaken up and felt truly violated by this experience.
I sought legal counsel against my landlord and asked Ms. Singh to provide help in getting me out of my lease. I did not want to stay in an apartment that was unsafe or in a building that had already experienced its share of problems. Ms. Singh worked with me to really figure out what I wanted to achieve and explained the process to me very clearly so that I would be able to understand how to move forward.
Ms. Singh was very systematic in her approach to examining the law and making sure I had a leg to stand on against my landlord. She drafted a number of strongly worded letters to my landlord which she let me review each step of the way to make sure she had all the facts accurate and was representing the situation correctly. Her language to the landlord was extremely professional but very convincing at the same time. The pressure she put on my landlord was not so aggressive to be rude, but powerful enough to send the right message.
In the end, I was able to get out of my lease, all thanks to Ms. Singh. All in all, I was very pleased with her legal approach. She was extremely professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. So much of the law industry is not only about representing your clients for their own good, but also about counseling them and making them feel as reassured and comfortable as possible during a very stressful time in one's life. I could not have been more grateful to Ms. Singh, and I know she will continue her level of standards with each of her future clients and cases.

I came across Lindsey's name when researching toll related legal situations. My toll fees had exceeded $9,000 and I was being hounded by an attorney's office who had acquired my debt. Stressed out and unable to afford a 9K bill I called Lindsey. Not only was Lindsey familiar with the toll fee/fine circumstances, but she was able to explain her plan of action easily and without further confusion. Throughout the course of the process, Lindsey communicated often and clearly, making me feel as though I had someone on my side.
