My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

Over the past 35 years, Mr. Fuchs has demonstrated to be one of the few attorneys I have dealt with that is truly honest and trustworthy. His knowledge in law is exceptional and his wit is helpful even in the courtroom. Mr. Fuchs and I have won two major jury cases together against very large attorney firms. I have witnessed John's experience in legal complaints, responses, court motions and witness examinations. His skill in depositions is better than any movie skit a Hollywood writer could create. Being a Plaintiff in LA Superior Court and a Defendant in San Diego Federal court against the largest firm in SD, John beat up the two attorneys winning by unanimous jury decision and 11-1 in LA case. John helped me defeat a preferred shareholder attempts to take over my large business. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I found myself with a marriage that was irrevocably broke due to a mixture of alcoholism and drug addiction by my spouse. In addition to out of control spending, physical abuse had also entered the marriage. Kim became the strong wall that held back the chaos threatening to consume my life.
Until this point, I had not had any experience with the legal system. I needed help with a restraining/protection order and someone to explain my rights in terms of separation and divorce.
Kim was empathetic and took me to an interview process that identified all the key facts. She then laid out a clear and direct process for me to follow.
From the protection order to the separation, and finally the divorce. I was able to understand and participate in every step - interrogatories, filing, pleading, mediation, and closure without feeling overwhelmed.
All professional services come with a cost, however rarely have I been so happy to pay for services rendered. The value received was more than fair for the price charged.
I cannot recommend Kim strongly enough.

Divorce is by far one of the most challenging experiences I’ve ever endured; and I’ve gone through a lot of life! It is traumatic, gut wrenching, painful and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
Imagine taking the life you’ve once known to be a great one, white picket fence and all, and having it come crashing down before your eyes. The one you once loved the most becomes the one you can not even be in the same room with. Your children enter into a tug of war and find a way to blame the circumstances on themselves!! It’s very trying!

I had already been divorced for several years when I contacted Sotiria. My daughter, an LGBT teen, was suffering abuse at the hands of her stepfather, my ex-wife's husband. My ex-wife refused to allow my daughter to live with me, something my daughter requested when the abuse became too much to bear.
