My father paid this lawyer $50k for my brother. He went to trial and was found guilty on some accounts and not guilty on others but he said he would do his appeal for free. The appeal was filled and he missed the court date so they threw my brother appeal out! No update on anything from this con artist but broken promises as if he didn’t get paid. Why offer to do something and you’re not going to do it . Seems to me he stalling for time. Anyways don’t trust this man. I pray he still not in practice.

This lawyer took on my case 03/2023 and had me sign a contract hiring him and then all of sudden completely ghosted me 10/2023. So I don't know if he settled my case and took the money or what but now I am having to get another lawyer to look into my case, start over, and check to see what this lawyer did. So definitely do not hire this lawyer he is very shady!

As the Title states, "The Best Damn Criminal Defense Attorney In Wisconsin" Tony was referred to me by a friend, that utilized his services and had outstanding results. I caught a 5th. OWI case, my first attorney was so incompetent that he lost my cash bail, as I was in the County Jail on a probation violation and the only thing that came out of his vocal cords was "You are going to prison" I immediately terminated his services and hired another attorney from that area. The only thing this attorney did was buy me time by filing motions, but the recommendation was still prison from the A.D.A, needless to say, that was $2,5000 flushed right down the toilet, along with a worthless private PSI that I got hoodwinked into spending $2,200 on, so I terminated his services and hired Mr. Cotton and his firm. When I first met with Tony and an associate of his, I felt a sense of relief, as Tony used terminology that his predecessors did not, he told me to relax and that they are experts at being "creative" He reviewed my case and agreed to take it on, it wasn't cheap, but it was a hell of a lot less than losing a 60k a year job as a salaried manager, well worth the initial investment. Tony was able to resolve the matter in 7 months to an agreement the was amicable and agreeable to all parties involved, which his two predecessors couldn't do in a combined time of 2 1/2 years. His professionalism, creativity and communication skills are second to none. To make a long story short, I received house arrest, probation and a nominal fine and that my friends, in my book, is what is called; "Being Creative" I'm now in the comfort of my own home, going to work everyday, eating home cooked meals (It beats processed turkey in prison, that isn't fit for consumption by animal) and kicking back enjoying my 55" flat screen television, along with cable and all of the pay channels. "Riddle me this folks" Can you get that in prison? The answer is HELL TO THE NO! He is a "Super Attorney" and should be flying into a courtroom with a cape and an "S" on his shirt! Well, that's my review of Anthony Cotton, so if you get yourself into a bind, call the "Man with the plan"

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

I reached out to Andrew Mancilla on a Tuesday about a year ago seeking representation for a case of police misconduct. He asked me to call him back on Thursday for a consultation, as he was tied up at that moment. I called him back Thursday for the consultation, and it was a huge disappointment. After I clearly explained my situation to him, Mr. Mancilla asked me all the wrong questions. This was regarding the obtaining of video footage in a building and the assault I faced from a violent criminal. It was insulting this guy would ask these questions knowing the predicament I was in. First off, a true attorney knows that a civilian can’t gain access to video without legal authority, i.e. an attorney subpoenaing the footage on behalf of the civilian. This so-called lawyer was also rude when I quickly called him back to ask about the appeals process. He curtly said my case was over without inquiring why I was at that point in the first place. After doing some research of the appeals process, he’s not the guy I’d refer one to for appellate assistance. He wasted my time by berating me instead of telling me from the get-go that he only takes cases of a minimum monetary value, and doesn’t specialize in any type of freedom of information litigation. Find a Civil Rights attorney who honors your dignity, is actually a good listener, is empathetic, and doesn’t try to find a reason to blame you for the mistreatment you faced from the police. I also highly recommend seeking counsel from an attorney with decades of experience. Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way.
