Johnny Sorenson helped dispell some stereotypes I had about lawyers. From day one Mr. Sorenson had my family's best interests at the forefront of he and his teams mind. It was never about a paycheck. They cared about us as people. He was always timely with relaying pertinent information and always kept us in the "loop". He and his team would routinely reach out just to check on my family's well being and if we needed anything. Johnny Sorenson is a hell of a lawyer but he's an even better person and family man. I'm thankful that he took our case but I'm even more thankful that he turned out to be a better person than what was advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Johnny and his team helped me and my husband during a really hard time. We were hit by a drunk driver and didn’t know where to turn to help with all of our medical bills and being out of a car. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!
He was also very pleasant to work with, and very ably explained the topics that we needed to focus on.

Craig was one of many lawyers I interviewed for the wrongful death lawsuit of a family member at an Assisted Living Facility. From the first time we spoke, he was compassionate, kind and up front about the type of settlement he thought we could receive. He gave me his cell phone number and he was always quick to respond to calls, texts and emails. He was professional as well as empathetic to my loss. After the sudden death of my husband I needed a probate lawyer to help me refinance my home. I approached Phil regarding my equal pay and discrimination case against a large corporation, after I had a prior conversation with another firm. Because of that, I had a general idea of what were the possible legal venues available in my situation.
Phil laid out similar options. Unlike the other firm, I felt that Phil was more confident and had more experience in dealing with large corporations that have a very robust legal team and a strong process to deny any wrong doing. Phil was very professional (a bit cold), but I felt it was appropriate for his role.
I felt that I had a very strong case and plenty of supporting documentation. After listening attentively to my situation, Phil put a very detailed demand letter together, laying out the events and including eloquently the laws governing the situation. After a lengthy process, while the company investigated the events, they came back with a very low-ball settlement offer. Phil was instrumental in negotiating a deal and listening to my concerns.
It is unfortunate that it is legal for companies to force employees into Arbitration Agreements as a condition of employment and basically force employees into forfeiting their legal rights. Because of that, I don’t feel that the law was enforced, however I do feel that Phil did a good job of listening to my concerns (while keeping an impartial stance) and he did a good job representing me and negotiating in my behalf. While the desired outcome for me would have been fairness and change in the illegal practices displayed by some of the leaders of the corporation, a settlement was reached. As everyone treated unfairly knows, money does not substitute fairness, but it’s what the corporations prefer to offer, instead of accepting responsibility and implementing change.

I was told by my financial advisor the trust my husband and I held needed to be changed since he had passed. I read other reviews about Jeffrey and he was close by. As a revision, I believed it was easier, but he took the time both prior to revising and then during the signing of the final document to explain why there was more to it than a name change. I’ve been to estate planning seminars held by legal firms, and the pricing was the same. I felt more comfortable with a local person and not a big firm where I wouldn’t know who I was really working with.
Jeffrey was quick to respond with any questions I sent via email, and I had clear directions on what I needed to do post-signing. I appreciated the estate binder supplied at the end.

To say Florence restored my faith in lawyers is an understatement. I found Diane Drain just by going through Google and looking for an attorney who can help me understand bankruptcy. She was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained what will be expected of me. It was a scary thought for me, filing for bankruptcy because I have always believed that I should he responsible for my debts even if they have been putting me in so much stress that my health started to suffer. But Diane showed me that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I am not alone in my struggle. Diane and her assistant, Jay, helped me without stressing me more. They made the process easy. I've had a wonderful experience with Stephen. The best part was I really didn't have to do much work! Literally I just needed all my documents and made sure I made my payments and show up for the first hearing and that's it! Best attorney ever! I had a horrible experience with my hoa not releasing old liens and double billing during litigation. We went back and forth for 13 years until I hired Jonathan Dessaules as my hoa attorney within 2 months my liens were released and my ledger was zero. I highly recommend any issues you may have with your hoa hire him do not try to fight on your own the laws are easily mis leading hard to understand he knew every law Jonathan was able explain why it was not right to me and he was able to have it cleared up fast. I had an almost 6000 ledger go to zero for my family to truly start fresh! I wish I found him in 2010 would have saved me so much more.

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
We contacted Jon Dessaules from Dessaules Law Group and from the first conversation we knew we had come to the right place. Jon knew from experience the possible outcomes and walked us through what would most likely happen. Before our initial conversation, Jon took the time to review the facts about the case and various documents we had provided.
We had interviewed 3 other law firms and even started down the road with one of them. The experience with Dessaules Law was night and day. We saw immediate results and even saw a difference in how our HOA began treating us. The HOA went from being arrogant, standoffish, and demanding we tear down our addition to back channeling for a settlement.

Ronald was excellent. This was my first time in my life having to use any type of lawyer. After 28 years of marriage I was struggling with my ex wifes decision to get a divorce. Ron recognized this and helped me tremendously. I hired Ron to resolve insurance co-pays for my last year of Child Support. The original Court Order stated my ex would provide my daughter's insurance and I was responsible for 75% of the co-pays or out of pocket expenses. In 2014 my ex could no longer afford health insurance for my daughter. I took over paying my daughter's health care insurance.
My ex waited until 3 months before my daughter's 18th birthday to file documentation with DES for $11,000 of unpaid out of pocket expenses. The actual amount was $4,000. Ron was critical to resolving the issue and my final payment of $4,000.
Prior to retaining Ron I had utilized the services of a well known family law firm that was supposed to be one of the best for "father's rights". Ron far exceeded what the original law firm accomplished with my case.

I had a very positive experience with attorney Yasser Sanchez. I scheduled a consultation and he walked into the room already familiarized with my case and prepared to recommend a solution. I was very confused about how to resolve my situation and even though, he could have told me to do the work for me and charge me for unnecessary services, he was very honest and suggested me a different path to solve my problem. I received a DUI first of this year and I was freaking out. It was my first offense, I was panicking and not in a good headspace. So I was stressed to say the least. After seeing what the officer was charging me with I realized I needed a lawyer I could trust that could help me through this messed up situation I got myself into. Unfortunately every criminal defense/DUI lawyer in the Flagstaff area wanted a ridiculous amount of money for my DUI case and were not confident in the outcome. Almost everyone wanted over five thousand to do the case, until I talked to Bryan. He was a realist and didn't promise me any guaranteed outcome, but he was calm and told me he would do everything in his power to help me out. In my time of stress and panic I needed a person like that to calm me down and let me know it was all under control. So I hired him for a reasonable fee and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, not just because his fee was reasonable but he did an outstanding job for my case. I went from being charged with a felony DUI charge to being brought down to a misdemeanor impaired to slightest degree.
