Top Flight attorney. Was recommended by University of Arkansas Law School professor to represent us against DHS for appeal hearing for our son. Was able to have ALJ decision overturned in district court setting a precedent to have services restored. Does his research, very well versed and excellent litigator. Exceptionally stand up guy and would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Depper was kind but firm in what I would need to do to resolve my legal issues. The first face to face meeting his confidence was apparent and his knowledge of the system was strong. I was nervous and really did not think any lawyer would care to go the distance with my family. Not only did Mr. Depper go the distance but he gave me sound advice, answered all my questions, calls, and messages regardless of how emotionally distraught or anxious I was. He is a very good listener and does his homework. I thought at the beginning of my case there was no hope and I would be railroaded by the system. With Mr. Depper there was no chance of this happening. Even when I was ready to settle for anything just to get the case closed he was still fighting for us. I had a lot of work to do and he was very up front about my responsibilities. With each step he was encouraging, and supportive. He never once backed down. Throughout the case I kept telling myself what he had told me from the very beginning. "Your case depends on how many hoops they throw at you that you are willing to jump through...with a smile on your face". I would jump again. He was right. Even if they set them on fire he was there to put it out. Strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and someone that has a good ethic. I feel privileged to have had him on my side. I was able to walk out with my chin up, and faith restored. Thank you Mr. Depper I could never have done this without you!

This summer I found myself in serious trouble and in need of legal help but had no idea how to find an attorney that would handle my type of problem. After searching and asking around, I stumbled onto the AVVO website. When I found Mr. Depper's page I noticed he had taken the time to answer more than 60 legal questions. I read his responses and I liked the way he answered people. He was very clear, to the point and helpful to those with inquiries. I contacted him via email through his website and he responded a few minutes later. When I met him in person I found his demeanor matched the person depicted in the legal responses. I learned very quickly that I did not have to explain things in a hurry to him. He listened to everything I had to say and let me explain in my own way. He carefully looked through everything I had to show him asked questions for clarification and took a lot of notes. He explained the challenges that I would be facing and explained the general process of resolving my case. He answered all of my questions and when I didn't understand something he seemed to be happy to go over it again. When I walked out of his office that day I felt a tremendous relief. I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my situation and of me as an individual. I felt blessed to have a strong advocate with a solid plan. We had three additional meetings and two phone conversations before my hearing took place. Mr. Depper stayed true to his initial character. He always answered all of my questions , he listened and did not rush me. He addressed every issue I raised by either telling me how he was handling it or making me understand why it was irrelevant. He never allowed our meetings to conclude without making certain I had no more questions. He always invited me to contact him if I had questions but that it was never necessary to contact him since he answered everything up front. When it came time to go to court he met with me and explained how the hearing would proceed. On the morning of the hearing he spent a few minutes with me beforehand to make sure i was calm and did not have any questions or concerns. During the hearing I was a little in awe of him. He was very organized and well prepared. He systematically raised for consideration every issue we had concerns with. He kept everyone on topic including the opposing attorney. When the hearing was over he talked with me again. We briefly reviewed what transpired in the hearing and he let me know what to expect next. A few weeks later we learned that his defense was successful and there were no more steps to take. I am very grateful to Mr. Depper for really hearing me, for taking my case and fighting for me. He is truly a blessing.

He was booked solid and didn't have time to add me and didn't really do the type of legal work I needed anymore as he's scaling down for retirement. But he talked on phone 5 minutes and answered some questions I had and was very polite and honest. We even had a good laugh together. James sounds like a loving and caring lawyer. Mr. Coleman is very familiar with the way disability cases work. "It definitely wasn't his first rodeo" I've tried other lawyers before using mr. Coleman and was denied disability. Mr. Coleman took my case and he work hard on my case and I received a favorable decision for my disability claim. Would I recommend him? Most definitely. He answered all the questions that I had about the disability process and explained how the process works. He answered or return my calls promptly. If I had the need I would definitely use him again. Don't waste your time with other lawyers. Call mr. Coleman first.

Our home was in the foreclosure process. We tried to get a loan modification on our own but eventually failed. It was only after hiring the Goodman Law Team that we had a successful resolution. We got to keep our home, our payments were reduced along with our interest rate.

We needed an attorney to help my 9yr old start a nonprofit organization to help homeless children and children in need. Mr Whitlow came highly recommended. He ended up hearing about my daughter and offered to help her become incorporated. He donated his services to her and it has made all the difference for her charity work. Jon has been helping me with my probate case since my husband passed away. He has done a great job, and has been there for me through every step of the case. At times, I was very stressed and upset that I wouldn't be able to deal with the whole process, but Jon and his staff were there to take some of that stress off my shoulders, and help me not just with the legal side of things, but also with the emotional stress the death of my husband caused. Want a smart, hard working, really sincere and honest lawyer on your side? Charles is that and more. He made us feel confident throughout on a child custody case that had been ongoing for years with several attorneys. He listened close, then worked with us on a plan of action that made sense and made sure that plan was supported by the law. He never made any promises, just delivered when it came time. Our goal became his. He also has a solid team as well that kept us informed & on track. He has years of experience with the judges that make decisions that impact your life. The details, history & evidence in the case are too much to note here. Suffice to say we basically won our case. We were well prepared thanks to his direction. I'm not a typical person to post reviews, but the service was worthy of it. There are plenty of lawyers for sure. This man stands out and deserves consideration, especially in a family law case.

From the day of our first contact until our final meeting, we received amiable, astute, & prompt service. Trevor executed laudable representation for my family; consistently going above and beyond to take care of us. We hired Trevor for a lawsuit against a corporation due to trauma our child endured as a result of their negligence. It was a very sensitive topic that was difficult to simply discuss. He was compassionate, encouraging, and never pushed the boundaries of our comfort level. We decided to settle without a trial because of the emotional turmoil of having to extend the lawsuit. Trevor was a tiger in negotiations and my child was awarded with a satisfactory amount of money. We're grateful for him.

Blake was my attorney in September of 2004. My case involved Doctors testifying against me in court about a person with mental problems. Blake bought medical books and really studied about the subject he would be asking the Doctors about. He blew them away with his knowledge and left the Doctor telling Blake "you know more about this than I do". He was always straight forward with me and YES I would use him again in a heartbeat. Don was successful at removing a mechanic’s lien on my home and evading litigation in a lawsuit brought against me by a residential contractor and his lawyer. Construction law is confusing and Don demonstrated expertise in that area as he left no page unturned and addressed every accusation filed against me (which were several) with swift, aggressive and thorough responses. Don’s dedication to my case was a humbling experience; he spent late nights and weekends collecting pertinent information to cover all bases, and in the end, it all worked to my favor, as I didn’t have to pay the opposing party a single penny. Don fought for my home as if it were his own and I will always be grateful that he took up my case.

Mr. Kieklak and his staff were very professional and guided me through the Social Security Disability process and hearing. I could not have managed to get the doctors paperwork and other items together for my case and have them submitted like they required without his help. Brandon Moffitt was my attorney over the course of about a year. He solved several issues for me related to a complicated probate case . Several attorneys were involved and I was in over my head legally. He was my primary contact and counselor regarding contracts, property settlement, will writing, gas and oil rights....everything that "came up". He resolved conflict between family members and prevented disputes during a difficult time. He is a calming, professional person, willing and capable of putting out fires. He stayed with my case until probate ended and the issues I had were resolved enough to proceed without an attorney. In other words, he saw things through and made them better while saving time and money. His fees are more than fair and he was careful about never overcharging. He often answered the telephone personally and if not, always returned calls promptly. If you've ever hired an attorney, you know how rare it is to have an open line of communication. BKM has the best traits of two generations of attorneys. He has a very modern office with some of the best legal software resources at his disposal. He leverages his skill with technology to get things done very fast - without taking any 'shortcuts'. That said, BKM is not just another attorney with a smart phone, he is also old-school connected with the chamber, the bar association and other legal associations. This is a unique and awesome combination! I have often found that if BKM doesn't know the answer- he knows where to get it from. I can’t thank Michael Pierce enough for what he did for my son. I didn’t have experience in this area so I followed my heart in choosing him and I’m so glad I did! The Public Defender gave my son two years in prison when he had never been arrested before. He was accused of a serious crime he didn’t commit but there was no way to prove it. Mr. Pierce got his charge reduced with a 5 year suspended sentence and no probation! The amount he charged was very reasonable and we were glad to pay it, with monthly payments after a down payment. He said he would do his best and he meant it! I’ve never known an attorney with more heart, determination, and genuine care. I highly recommend him. We will be forever grateful! Mr. Pierce was a big blessing to our life. He was quick an effective, honest and not only helped me stay free but dropped my charge to a lesser one. I would highly recommend him. i switched representation a few weeks in to my divorce- i hired Kristin in August 2015 to handle my divorce w/custody. Kristin understood the situation I was facing within the first half hour.
