Roberto came to our home in Middletown, Delaware last week at 6:30 p.m. to do our home refinance settlement. Staci was absolutely amazing handling every aspect of my divorce including custody and child support. She was in constant communication and very understanding of my awful situation. Staci handled my divorce with detail, took time to understand my circumstances, provided her professional knowledge and in a way that was completely clear to me. Our zoom calls were very helpful. I found Mr. Modica very professional, excellent communicator, easy to work with and strives to get the best outcome for clients. My 19 year old had gotten a reckless ticket and Mr. Modica fought the case to get 0 points and court fees. Mr. Modica took time to understand our case specifics and clearly explained the possible outcome scenarios so as not to get any surprises last minute. Mr. Funk was able to work a miracle. My husband had 21 felonies, with prior felonies in another state. Over the course of 4+ years, Gary and his team have provided me with honesty/transparency, patience (I ask a LOT of questions)?and easy to understand information in layperson’s terms. I met Mr. Boyer ,December 2022 . I had a very complicated case. The first time , I looked at him and said to myself ,He is too young ,does He have experience. Then a found out He is an expert, a very good listener, respectful. What was impressive on him ,He feels sorry for you when you don't have money ,helps you to cut cost . Sean was a tremendous asset through my divorce case. I originally filed for divorce myself, wrongfully assuming that my ex husband and I could amicably work together to split our assets and child custody. I quickly realized that I needed professional help to protect myself and the best interest of my children. Sean took time to explain to me how the process works, what to expect from the court, what is fair, and how to protect myself and my children. My case included a protection from abuse order as well as an attempt by my ex husband to reopen the divorce after everything had been finalized, so Sean had to put in extra care to complete my case. I have been dealing with my custody matter since 2016/2017. I had worked previously with another attorney in my earlier years of Family Court, who I thought was a great experience at the time. After several years of stagnant custody, I tried to work on changing my custody order pro se against an attorney. To say I was destroyed by the system is an understatement. After some time of trying to fight my way back out of my situation, I interviewed with attorneys about my case, at all price ranges. I even met with the attorney in the state that is considered to be “The Best”. Actually, two different attorneys at that same firm. After all of this effort, I came across Vernon Vassallo. I met with him at his office for an interview/consultation. After laying out my case and talking with him for some time, I left his office feeling reassured and that someone actually saw and understood me. Later that evening after meeting with him, I received an email from Mr. Vassallo asking for more information. He stated something I told him about my case just wasn’t sitting well with him. That was the moment I knew, he was the one. He immediately started working on my case, from filings to exhibits. He made sharing information with him so easy, that I even asked him for advice on communication with the other party. Every time he was right there by my side when I needed him. He built an amazing case, he saw things I never would have saw. He brought perspectives to the table I would have never had. He organized everything perfectly and he beautifully prepared our filings, exhibits and case with a nice neat binder to take to trial. Scared from the previous experiences in family court, I expressed my feelings with him. He said, “It’s okay to be nervous, everyone’s nervous in the courtroom. The bailiffs are nervous. The attorneys are nervous. Even the judge is nervous. But don’t be scared.” To say I received what I wanted out of our trial, would be doing Mr. Vassallo a disservice. He superseded any expectation I could have imagined. He is the best. He has a client for life now. Thank you Mr. Vassallo.

My wife and I could not be happier and are truly grateful for the services provided by Mr. Joseph Wahl and his staff Lisa and Sophie. We live in Texas and were in immediate need of legal representation for our visitation petition case in the state of Delaware. We reached out to several firms in Delaware but their responses felt somewhat less personal. Mr. Wahl, on the other hand, leaned in to what we had to say and came up with the blueprint of our case shortly after our initial consultation. By our second teleconference, he walked us through exactly what to expect and what to prepare to better present our case before the court. As with most legal cases, our petition was no walk in the park. It turned into a 15-month journey as it was punctuated by counterclaims (PFA) and, of course, the 2020 pandemic with our mediation and court hearings rescheduled to online sessions. Mr. Wahl was professional, transparent with our bills, calm, and reassuring all along. With his expertise and experience in family lawsuits, he defended our case backed by court evidence against claims and demands by our respondent. Going through a custody battle can be confusing, exhausting and stressful. Especially, when you find out two months to trial the other side retained an attorney. I decided it would be best to seek some form of counsel. I was referred to Mr. Tsakataras through another attorney. I immediately called because I had been praying for guidance, and this attorney gave him a stellar recommendation. I did my own research while awaiting the consultation meeting. His reputation was incredible! He has EXTENSIVE experience in custody matters. He has state / federal contracts in the family court system. This man has earned the respect; and you only do that by working hard! So, everything in me said “THIS, is exactly WHO you need to talk to!” Fast forward to the Monday we were meeting, we ended up rescheduling because an emergency hearing was the following day he had to prepare for. I was timely notified by Steven (his paralegal) and informed of what was going on. How could I even be upset? That’s the type of person you WANT on your team. Somebody who is DEDICATED to your case and will FIGHT to see the best outcome. Finally, it’s the day of the consult, he called me in a timely fashion; and he let me know how the process works; 50 minutes, i had already sent all my documentation to him- so even though it was via phone; it was as if I was in the office. He told me the retainer fees, and asked me if I wanted to be prepared, OR, if I would be able to pay the fee. I opted for preparation as trial is set for next month and the fees as a result was going to be very high. During this consultation, he outlined in details which factors are the factors I should be focused on, how to highlight them, how to present them to court. He gave me valuable information that you really can’t put a price tag on. Once the 50 minutes was up, he did not rush to get off the phone. He made sure I was able to take very detailed notes, giving me dates, telling me how to get things admitted into court and before the judge. I feel very confident in my case, however, he has made my confidence level boost while fright of the attorney has diminished. I 110% recommend this attorney and I am so glad I had the opportunity to speak with him. It’s evident that he cares a lot more about the people he HELPS than he does about the money; I can only pray he continues to have great success in all paths of his life and continues to be blessed.

I attended one of PWW's free seminar's in Lewes years ago and felt so comfortable with their presentation where they shared great information without 'selling'. We hired Amber and her team to correct and update Moms estate/trust documents (a different firm prepared these docs and they weren't prepared correctly). Amber took the time to explain herself to my aging Mom and me using her 'buckets' drawing which were very easy to understand. The entire PWW team are amazing! Raphael, was always thorough, helpful and patient. Our group of clients by definition are disabled. For many of us, our not only physical but also emotional and psychological. He patiently laid out our case, explained our part in winning the lawsuit (providing our personal experience). He went so far as to provide templates for our required information. He clearly explained every step of the lawsuit, provided deadlines well in advance of the due dates. I was given David Cline's number for an auto accident through a family friend (who highly recommended him). I have a lot of friends and family that have had car injury claims, and they told me about a lot of different lawyers, but many of them were encouraging me to hire Larry Ramunno, I called his office and was impressed he talked to me and was so down to earth and nice. I signed up, and he and his staff and paralegals and investigator were terrific, they were so nice to me, when money was tight they helped me get loans from a loan company, and after I had a bunch of visits with a chiropractor, and some specialists, like a neurologist , I was still in pain, but larry ramunno got me way mor e than I expected, he got me more than I was expecting and he was aggressive with the stupid insurance company, there first offer was good, but larry said, hold on, its not high enough, let s sue and it'll go up, we filed suit, he did all the work on the suit, and a few months later, the offer was up even higher, I never had to go to trial or anything like that. larry is great , he's the best lawyer in town in my opinion. and his staff is terrific.

I was in a car accident, at first I wasn't gonna try to make a claim. Then I found larry, he made sure the car insurance paid all my medical bills and after I went to some doctors and therapy for about nine months, larry got me way way more money than what people was telling me my case was worth.
