I used Mr. Potter twice for auto mobile accidents I was in. Both times he was extremely forth coming with all the information and data he received in reference to my case. I always felt like he was on my side and looking out for my well being. I would always get a call back directly from him (not a paralegal) when I called with serious questions. He made sure I was financially compensated for my injuries. I would surely reccomend him to anyone! Simply put - I believe he was and amazing attorney. I would rehire him if ever I need an attorney.

I was hit broad side, after another driver ran the red light. I thought to myself, I'm not going to hire an Attorney. I'm sure my Insurance company will take care of everything. I was given a real dose of reality when the bills started coming in, and their insurance company refused to pay! I began interviewing Attorneys. I spoke to six different Attorneys till I found "The one" guy that I felt would do a great job representing me. That "Guy" is Mr. Jim Erisman. He is genuine, an very professional, yet he takes the time to walk you thru, and explain each, and every step of the legal process. After I had ask him to represent me, he immediately stopped the nasty calls from the bill collectors. Then he called their Insurance company, and made them realize that THEY are responsible for the small mountain of bills that I am receiving. Almost Immediately I felt that I hired the right Attorney. An Attorney is only as good as the hard working staff in his office. Mr. Erisman works with a fantastic staff. When you have Mr. Erisman in your corner, you feel like you are his only client! When the time came for the case to go to court, Jim made sure that I was prepared, and fully understood the legal process. He made one promise......That he would be honest, and represent me 100%. What more could anyone ask for? In the end, the outcome was very successful. All my bills were paid, my credit remained intact, and I was properly compensated. March 05, 2016 was a day I will never forget. I was a passenger in our family car, when suddenly we were hit by another car. It wasn't long I realized I would need legal help. I researched Attorneys, and called a few. When I called Mr. Carey's law firm, I liked that they put the client first, Miss Carla told me that they would have to check to make sure that there was no conflict of interest with any of their other clients....Wow. I received a call back late that afternoon informing me that they could set up the consultation with Mr. Carey. Our consultation went well and Mr. Carey made me feel at ease. He walked me through everything from beginning to end, I signed the paperwork and Blake Carey was now representing me. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and mannerisms. As time went on and surgery passed, then recovery, Blake kept in touch, giving status reports as well as showing a genuine interest in my well being. Almost fourteen months later we reached a settlement that was fair and equitable to my family and me. Many times I became frustrated and angry and Blake would calmly talk me through those times. Michael was very thorough. He listened carefully and based on the interview explained what could happen, what he would do and what I needed to do. He answered all questions I had and gave a rationale for expectations of me, himself and his staff. He was there throughout the whole process advising of doctor summaries and questioning my understanding of what happened and was happened. I am not aware of him failing to do anything. It was my first time being involved in a lawsuit so I was glad he was my lawyer. He made my involvement in responding to the insurance company minimal and resolved the case to my satisfaction.

He was invaluable in a corporate litigation case that successfully tried a Section 220 (Books and Records) action before the Delaware Court of Chancery, resulting in a court order requiring comprehensive production of corporate documents.
Subsequently he was instrumental successfully obtaining a verdict after a jury trail involving breach of contract, fraud, conversion, a misappropriation claims in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

As a new business owner, I was looking for an attorney to assist me with setting up operating procedures, rules and regulations for my employees. Tim did a great job in that regard, providing me with an employee handbook tailored to my needs and my particular business. As with most businesses, I have had some issues with some employees and Tim has always been there to provide me with the support I need to protect my business and my investment. He is very responsive to my calls and keeps me updated with changes in the law that may have an impact on my operations. His fees are more than reasonable compared to the larger firms hourly fees and I can’t imagine them providing me the personalized service and quality work that I get from Tim.
