I came to Michael and Deanna to help me with an adoption case and they pulled through with what was promised from the beginning. The entire office staff was very knowledgeable and they helped us out so much. They communicated everything back to us in such a timely manner. What I thought was going to be a very hard process turned into a walk in the park for me and my family because they worked their magic on the backend with the court. They fought hard for my husband to adopt my oldest and they won the case. Appreciate the girls in office who knew so much and took our calls and delivered our messages to the attorneys. Words simply don’t do enough to express my genuine gratitude for Young and her Teams support in handling my husbands immigration case. We first connected with Young about a year ago to adjust my husband’s status as he overstayed his visa. Wish he could run for President! Too many events coming and this 2019 was the beginning. Probate an almost done lock down courthouse 2020. He did what was promised and expected with calm leadership to get it done months later because of Corvid 19 Then one month later roofing extensive damages inside out. Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. My wife and I first contacted Denise a couple years ago as we got on track and into the process of a domestic adoption. Denise was very prompt in her responses to our questions, encouraged us, and was very friendly with each contact. We decided at that time that Denise was definitely our go-to adoption lawyer.
Fast forward a couple years, and my wife and I were anxiously waiting for the birth of our adopted son via an ideal open adoption situation. We had befriended both birthmom and birthdad, and our agency, social workers, and Denise were all wonderful. As we got into the tangle of legal documents and procedures, Denise helped us at every step and was extremely detail-oriented. For example, her instructions and guidance for our court appearance left no stone unturned. It was a welcome piece of communication from her and included dress, family attendance, camera and phone policy in court, waiting area, where to park, how to get there, the importance and sensitivity of being on time... the list goes on. For an adoptive family, for whom the process is likely to be the first time (like us), this was most appreciated.
Our adoption was finalized without a hiccup. A month later we received new birth certificates, but the state made several errors on them. Though we had paid Denise a long time before and were well "off-the-clock", Denise promptly told us what we needed to do. We followed her directions, and a week later we had newly issued and correct birth certificates.
Now, several months later, as difficult and as much work, time, and effort as it all was, we look back and think, "Ah, that wasn't so bad." Our experience, in total, took a long time, probably much longer than the average adoption, but our experience and outcome were next to ideal. My wife and I both have no doubt that our selection of Denise was the right choice. We highly recommend her to any adoptive family for legal counsel and assistance.

I can't begin to state enough positive things about Mike. My divorce was extremely contentious. My ex-wife lost her custodial parenting rights. She was not even awarded court supervised visits with my children. My ex went through three attorneys, while Mike continued to be a stabilizing influence, advocate and voice of reason through the most difficult time in my life. Mike immediately responded to calls, messages and even texts. He was very open, honest and did not present false, or unlikely outcomes. Quite honestly, Mike is very much a person who over delivers. We had a terrible Guardian ad litem assigned to my divorce. The GAL was absolutely determined to have the kids remain with their mother, even though she was the perpetrator of unspeakable child abuse. Mike managed this issue in a wonderful manner, assured the kids were well protected and that I was well represented. Mike's rates are fair. There is absolutely no over billing. I highly recommend Mike! Also, the staff at Chapski Law was always kind and very responsive. All very good people to work with!

I interviewed several lawyers and all were great, however what set Shana apart from the rest is she understood my case and fears and showed she wanted to help me protect my children. She knew that my children were my priority and she never lost sight of that.
Together we accomplished my goal at 110%. Her team she has behind her is responsive and very well orginized and never delayed a filing or delivery of documents to me and communicated the opposing sides responses to me immediatly.
I filded just before covid lock down of 12/2019 so this took a bit longer than she had said it would--court being shut down, this was not something she could foresee, regardless we still worked on bulding our case and getting all documents shared--she used the time of shut down to orginize and stratigize my case.
When I felt like it wasnt going well, she assured me of the process and that we were on target.
Trust her and the process!! It might take a bit longer than you want--but when there are children and assets involved it takes a lawyer who is calm and expirenced--Thats Shana!!

Divorce is painful and emotional and if you're like me, you don't know much about the process and don't really have the headspace to learn all about it while it is happening to you...Ron's parting words at my first consult with him were, "The best thing you can do is pretend like you are asleep for the next 6-12 months and let me handle things." Those words were so true. I didn't always want to listen to them, but being 5 months post divorce and still dealing with some issues with opposing parties not living up to the terms of the MSA, Ron is still in my corner. I don't think I realized how good he and his team are until recently. Discussing my agreement with divorcees has shown me that Ron helped me reach a fair deal that allows me to move on in life with confidence and financial stability and do the right thing for my children and he kept emotion out of it which is so important in negotiation for separating assets and in my case a lot of liabilities.

I have known Wendy for 20 years now and have retained her twice in 2 different cases. Both times Wendy has been impeccable, thorough, and a fighter for me and the rights of my children. I get recommended by a different lawyer. It's all started when we have a case of asylum in california with no end. She was able successfully to move the case from California to Illinois.
After it has been in California court for over 7 years with no results from California lawyers. We We're able to get a consultation with Ms. Mosley and we felt Confident enough to hire her, so we did.
That was the best decision that we ever made. Within 2 years she moved the asylum court to the migration office. Covid came in stopped a lot of back logs, but she was on top of things Constantly contacting the immigration office about the update and informers of what needs it from us to do. She made everything in ease.We even had the fingerprint done.
And she gives us all the contact of the doctors.What do we need to do with the physical? We give her everything and she just took care of it. And now, after 2 years we just received the green card and she was even on top of it. Before we receive the card, she sent us an email of approval from the immigration office.
Her staff was always inform us if we have any questions. She always answered the phones and answered all the emails without a delay.
... I highly recommend her and her staff for all what you have an issue with whether it's a migration problem or asylum problem. She is the best of the best, and she worth every single penny.

I would highly recommend Scott Anderson. My son's case was very challenging to say the least. He was convicted of a sex crime when he was 15 years old. After 5 years Scott was able to get him off the Juvenile Sexual Registration then get his record fully expunged. My son is able to have a second chance. Scott was very caring and showed a lot of compassion. He communicated with us constantly. I truly wish we had Scott from the very beginning of this nightmare. I highly recommend him for any legal issues you might have. Thank you Scott for all you did for our family.

Scott is an amazing lawyer. He is exceptionally professional. I was charged with a weapons offense I didn’t commit and Scott worked tireless to my defense. Very rude and disrespectful! I have never called a law firm, and immediately upon answer the attorney picks up and says “Who is this, and what do you want?” I honestly could not believe it. No website address posted on top of that! I’d never allow someone so distasteful to represent me. Don’t bother contacting this firm, you may get disrespected during your time of serious inspection.

After the accident. My husband and I were stresses at the idea of getting legal advice and help for the uphill battle that is liability. My son told us about this law firm and we thought to give them a try.
Not a day goes by that we aren't greatful for their intervention. Everytime we came for our appointment we were treated almost like family. The atmosphere and the lawyers treated us so familiar, and the food they served us was delicious. Personally the therapy sessions the insurance got us from our accident were perfect. I still do the exercises from the appointments at home and they have greatly improved my overall physical health since. From the administration to the lawyers, the entire firm from my experience was so humble and ready to help in answering all of our questions. Absolutely a stellar experience with this office and the associates. Jason Tong was in charge of my case and he walked me through the whole thing from start to finish. He stayed on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. The stress of the foreclosure was off of me and I just had to do what he told me to and when. It was such a much easier process with him at the helm and leading the communications with the mortgage company. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
