I have to say that I was very fortunate to have Kristin represent me. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was given the money that I deserved from my accident. Kristin is an incredibly sharp lawyer. She did just a good a job of answering my questions and empathizing with my pain as she did with arguing my case. I was hit by 2 cars while on my bike - one right after the other - and neither driver had insurance. Regardless, she worked my case for some 2 years and ended up getting me a generous settlement. I never thought we'd get anything, and she got us enough money for me to cover my hospital bills, pay back my student loans, and then some. She's trustworthy person, and I'd highly recommend her.

My attorney was relentless in her efforts to get me the best settlement possible for my injuries with a traumatic brain injury. She contacted everyone involved in a timely manner and continually explained to me what she was doing and why. She went to bat for me when issues came up with a doctor I had seen and brought that situation to a quick resolution. I retired recently. I have three issues that I felt qualified me for disability. Each issue, on its own, may not have been enough, but combined together properly I felt it might work. Roger took me on and had me qualified at my second review. I received back disability payments to my retirement date. In every aspect of my application Roger assisted me in gathering the correct information, submitting it correctly, and answering all questions from the folks in the disability process. He is easy and pleasant to work with, responding to all my calls and emails. He made the process as painless as it could be. I recommend Roger to you with complete confidence that you will receive the same response and care I received. There is a reason he is so highly rated. Met with Roger after filing a disabilty claim on my own and was denied! I should have gone to him from the beginning. At our first meeting we discussed what was needed from me and how he would handle my appeal. We kept each other informed as the process contiuned. When it was time for my hearing, Roger was well versed with my case and prepared me for what to expect at the hearing. The day of the hearing, he had a calming manner and guided me throught the proceedings! He was amazing! By the way, we won the case! Great attorney!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with John to create my will, living trust, and complete the purchase of my first property in Chicago. Impressed does not even begin to explain my sentiments about my interactions with John. Pros: - He is incredibly amenable and available to his clients. I don’t think I ever went more than 10 minutes without him returning a phone call or email. - He breaks things down so they’re easily digestible for those who have never worked with an Attorney or required the services John provides - He consistently goes above and beyond by providing additional support or insight to assist in decision making - He generally cares about the needs of his clients Cons: - We can’t clone him to make more Johns! It can be an incredibly daunting and overwhelming experience to go through any of the life changes that might require John’s support. However, I can assure you that there aren’t greater hands you could be in.

John is great. We've worked with him on our living will, trust and most recently on our sale of the condo. It was a somewhat tricky transaction due to the buyer's side but he got it done. He is extremely detail oriented, patient and very responsive. He returned our calls on Sundays, New Year's Day and even on his birthday over a weekend. We highly recommend John.

We had lost an initial case against the City of Chicago for past due violations. Even started a payment plan. Mr. Ritenhouse was referred to us by another Attorney. He was honest from the beginning about upfront costs. And was very informative about how the City operated. He immediately filed an appeal and kept us up to date of the status. Outcome was we won our case. He saved us over $12,000 dollars! We would highly recommend Mr. Ritenhouse.

Several months before our 89 year old father’s death, my sister set up an appointment with attorney Bill Siebers to prepare a will and power of attorney for Dad. My sister, my wife and I attended the appointment with my father and all four of us were truly impressed. We were welcomed and made comfortable. Bill was on time, very polite and very friendly. Mr. Siebers was attentive and understanding as we explained my father’s financial condition and medical state. Bill asked questions to gain better insight and often directly inquired of my father to be sure that the focus was Dad’s wishes and interest. When my father interjected several of his experiences from serving in WWII, Mr. Siebers showed genuine interest and patiently listened. In the days to follow, Mr. Siebers prepared the documents in a timely and professional manner. In the meantime my father had been admitted to the hospital with his future unknown. Bill arranged for himself, his wife and his assistant to visit Dad and to sign the documents with along with Dad at the hospital. This made Dad feel “special”. Several days later my father passed away. As power of attorney of the estate, I hired attorney Bill Siebers to handle the estate affairs. Bill did an excellent job of explaining the process and my duties to all of the family members. Throughout the process, Bill has been outstanding at communicating through email, postal service and phone calls. Attorney Bill Siebers is polite, friendly, attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. All of this while providing his services at very reasonable costs.

Attorney Siebers assisted with the administration of my mother's estate. In addition to the usual duties, there was a trust agreement that was modified to suit the heirs. He was clear in his interpersonal and written communications. He was knowledgeable about the pertinent laws and practical application of them. He was efficient, thoughtful and compassionate. His fees were reasonable. Our experience with Attorney Siebers was entirely satisfactory. So much so that we asked him to draft and ultimately implement our estate plan, which is state of the art. Since then there have been questions that have arisen in other areas of the law. He responded promptly to our calls and when it was outside of his expertise/practice, he made an excellent referral. This man has the essential qualities for our attorney. He is ethical and professional.

Paige and James are an incredible team! I was in a very complicated and uncertain predicament both financially and legally. I had a tragic situation that took my father's life, my mom was extremely ill and living in an outragelously expensive nursing home. I had met with 4 estate planning attornies before I found Paige and James and every single one basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. (and charged me a lot to tell me no and nothing!!) I was an emotional mess, exhausted and confused. I called a 5th attorney who couldn't help me because she didn't handle Lake County, but referred me to James Siebert. I met with James and Paige to discuss my situation. They didn't tell me no, they said maybe and we will have to see. They gave me multiple options to my senairos and advised me on what they felt was the best way to handle each issue I was faced with. Based on my experience, The Law Office of James C. Siebert & Associates, P.C. has extensive knowledge and resources in the practice of elder law, will listen to your concerns, evaluate your individual situation, and determine how to best meet your needs. I reached out to James for legal help after years of caring for my mother with Alzheimer's at home while also dealing with my Parkinson's. Go to Rex, if you are rideshare LYFT, UBER, VIA, Amazon, driver or any driver who get injured in an accident. Dont worry, just do whatever he says and trust him n his team. He may ask you your password, username, just give, so he can check your weekly wages n makes sure while he negotiates with other attorney to get BEST SETTLEMENT for you. He will do his best for you, negotiate for days with other attorney and he is very fast. When i signed settlement, he still was negotiating n got more $ than he told me. I got my settlement in 2 months Yes just in 2 months, so i can pay the expenses i made during my car was in repair. He will lead you about insurance too, which is an other complicated issue for rideshare drivers and he will also help you about rental. You may say im fine, while accident happen but Call him if you have any pain on second day after accident. So he can get you a doctor right away. After accident, I was fine at 1st day but on 2nd day, a big pain start on my back, neck, arm, i couldnt sleep. The doctor that Rex sent me, worked with me during weeks and all pain gone like a miracle. I found Rex via a friend and thats very important when you go someone about law n to trust. I didnt trust injury attorneys who are everywhere but i trusted Rex cause my friend was happy with his work and i made the right choice.

I was in a terrible car accident and was hit by a truck on the Dan Ryan Expressway. Attorney Rex gave me his personal cell and supported me throughout my entire process. Attorney Rex made sure I was ok and talked to the insurance company to get my BMW fixed with orginal parts. I received my settlement within 4 months of my accident. Divorce can be messy, challenging, and financially and emotionally draining. I was fortunate enough to have Shay representing me through it all. Unlike the previous lawyer I had hired, who was hostile, condescending, and dismissive of my concerns, Shay took the time to listen to my needs. She was not only patient, kind, and professional, she showed compassion. She always took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt supported and understood. Because she was aware of my financial constraints, she made sure that whatever step we took was financially feasible for me. She provided genuine guidance; it wasn’t just about her making money. Once Shay took over my case, the long, drawn-out process quickly came to an end. Interviewing various lawyers in December 2019, I met with Shay and was surprised at how young she looked. She’s the age of my daughters and I wondered would she be capable of handling my divorce which would involve several million dollars of property and division of other assets. Did she have enough experience? Another concern of mine was that, even though I would be hiring her for her knowledge of the legal system, I wanted to actively share the bottom line decisions on how certain things would be handled. She agreed to work with me, and my divorce papers were filed in February of 2020. This event in my life proved to be one of the most stressful dragged out events ever! Shay never buckled. January 2024 my divorce was finally resolved! She was there working with me for four very long years dealing with such a difficult advisory… I don’t think many people would have had the drive to see this through. The times when I wanted to fly off the handle, she would give me Calm and appropriate advice as to my next move. She even explained that certain things would be much more expensive thus disproving the idea that ALL attorneys are just about the money. She of course, needs to make a living, but the amount of work she did and the manner which it was done , she was worth every penny of it and then some! I kept my faith in her, and she never let me down. She guided me in the right directions all the way through, and she was very easy to work with. I actually consider her a friend at this point and she not only helped me monetarily get through this divorce, she truly was there emotionally. So don’t let her youth lead you to believe that she doesn’t have the courage, compassion, and knowledge to represent anyone in need of legal assistance.

Jeff and Paul have been exceptional lawyers for a very personal family matter. There really is no words to explain what an exceptional lawyer Dan is. Little history on my story/experience with Dan; I was dealing with a case with a different lawyer that did an awful job. I then came into probation violation and it was a very complicated case where I had technically 4 violations. A warrant was set out for me. I was allowed to move to another state for school and the court was going to take me back to Illinois. It seemed truly like a case that NO WAY I could win. But then Dan did his thing. Dan not only was able to SQUASH my no bond warrant, he was able to let me stay in the state I reside in currently AND got me off of probation and under supervision instead! I have no clue how he was able to do so much but he made it work. And having dealt with a bad lawyer I really know the difference between a good and bad one. When we deal with court it’s scary. You want a lawyer that will respond fast, give their all to defend you and try to get the best outcome possible, and one that gives you RESPECT. Dan did all of these things and I can’t thank him enough. If I had to return to Illinois I would have lost my school, apartment, job and I would most likely have been living out of a car and really losing all the goods I have in my life out here in the state I reside in. If you are in need of a good lawyer, trust me, if Dan could do this much for my case, he is definitely the lawyer you want by your side and will give you his all to help you. I highly recommend Dan. He recently helped me with two separate matters and we had a successful outcome on both. Dan and Steve (his law partner) worked together and did a great job at keeping me informed throughout the process. The prices were very reasonable. "Dan is the BEST of the BEST". He got us the BEST POSSIBLE Outcome. Working with Dan was awesome. Without going into specifics, I would like to say just one sentence. "Dan is the BEST of the BEST". Do not take my word on this internet, just go and meet him once and you will see for yourself. Dan knows everyone in the system. He is very easy to talk to. I have interviewed a dozen attorneys before meeting Dan. Immediately decided to go with Dan. Steve is super awesome. During the initial parts, Steve took care of me (when Dan had to attend other things). I cant write my specific topic and details due to privacy concerns but I just want to describe how I found Dan. In Oct. 2017, Terry CULVER was able to settle an ongoing work related issue that began in 2015. She is very knowledgeable, and immediately able to see that I was wronged and she knew that I had a strong case after I was told otherwise by other attorneys. I was also told otherwise, from my employer after formally complaining to them.
