I work with her at different business. My husband and I were purchasing a residence for our son, and knew she did real estate work on the side. I went to her to review the disclosures and assist in the contract formation. She would not accept any money said it was for my son's re-start so we were all good. I learned of Vito after experiencing a very sudden car accident in which the driver of our vehicle had zero fault in. However because we didn't have adequate coverage, my injuries were about to have to come out of my pocket, that is until my mother-in-law advised me to allow an attorney to look over and review everything before I signed off on anything that pertained to this accident. I had just so happened to have just received a brochure in the mail from Hupy and Abraham, so I gave them a call. They were very sympathetic to my situation and even sent out a representative to my home for my initial consultation. After signing up with them, all of the bill collectors that were hounding me in regards to this accident just stopped calling. It took awhile for the proceedings to be completed, and I was only seeking the medical damages that were incurred from this accident. Well, after negotiations with Vito, I not only got my medical bills paid, but I had enough left over to pay some additional bills , as well as to take a trip to the Islands for a few days. I was so satisfied that I hired him for another accident where a driver rear ended me and totaled my car. Needless to say, that he did the same thing for this case. However, what did take me by total shock was that, during his negotiations, I assume that he didn't agree with the finalized amount. I say this because he called me and said that we had won "x" amount of dollars but after paying everyone that needed to be reimbursed, I would only be left with a very small amount. It was at this point that he told me that he would make sure that I got at least "x" dollars back, even if it meant that the difference would have to be taken out of his fee. I had never heard any attorney offer to forego their own fee. This meant that he would have just done all of that successful work that he had done for absolutely nothing. How many other attorneys have you heard say something like this to you? Of course, from now on, Vito will be my go to guy if I ever need help after any type of automotive accident. He truly earns his living and has shown me what a loving and genuinely concerned attorney acts ike!

Dr. Vepachedu is one of the best patent attorneys in the country who counseled me through every step in submitting my patent to the USPTO where each embodiment in the patent was strengthened by the claims Rao wrote that covered every angle making it strong enough to be secured, maintained, and protected once it issues. I've worked with a few patent attorneys over the years and have yet to find anyone even close to having the prepared knowledge as Rao has when it comes to the preparation experience of taking a persons in-depth technical patent like mine and bringing it to life.

Rao is a born IP lawyer. He is extremely intellectual and curious of various areas of life. My patent relates to classical music and mechanical aspects of violins and violas. I did not expect him to be interested in musical instruments, because of his vast experience in pharmaceutical industry. But he was curious and willing to learn. He is also confident and has a fighting spirit. My patent application was first rejected as many expected, but he submitted a response with such concrete proof that it was granted.

John handled a slip and fall case for me. I fell at my apartment building and the landlord was not doing anything about it. I'm lucky I found John because he filed a lawsuit and did a really good job working the case. He had an expert visit the scene and do an inspection and take photos. The expert was really good and found code violations. We ended up settling the case for a lot of money and I'm very happy with John as my attorney.

No one knows what happens in next movement
On way back to home from work I & wife met with an car accident (with no fault).Car totalled and we injured severely, ended up in ER.
We don't what to do next. I found Zayed Law and met Mr. Jeremy Lee, a young, energetic and talented attorney. I felt huge relieved after discussing my case. Adam and the entire team at Zayed Law Offices were fantastic throughout my entire case. You can tell that they truly care about you as a person and not just your case. When I first met with Adam about my case he made me feel comfortable and seemed like he honestly cared about my health and stress. He didn't see me as just $$ like most other offices did. He took the time to learn about me as a person and seemed like he was truly interested. He wasn't just concerned with my case.
Adam and his office answered any questions I had about my case in an extremely timely manner and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They helped me deal with the over whelming amount of medical bills I had and helped me keep them all in order. Kevin Clancy literally saved our business. I don’t know how to state this more clearly.
We were a new business in our first year and we were sued by a hostile competitor hell-bent on putting us out of business. They hired bull-dog attorneys and outspent us 4 to 1, doing everything possible to intimidate us, tie our hands, occupy our time and drain our cash.

My life was about to change in 24 hours because of a corrupt police station that was coming after me. I have both used John personally and referred him to several of my close friends who have had significant government employee or military issues. I have watched as he handled very complex issues with relatively hostile chains of command and his analysis and presentation is nothing short of brilliant. I was injured while working in the state of California. My rotator cuff was torn while performing my job. My employer was being very uncooperative. I don’t have enough positive words for Marcia Cotler. She is so prompt you can barely get off the phone with the other party before she calls you back. She is so thorough and detailed in her work that it will make you question your own profession. She answered emails and drafted responses while on vacation with her family on the east coast. My interaction with Marcia began with an initial phone consultation of my separation agreement. We had a long-winded discussion regarding the extenuating circumstances involving my former employer’s knowledge of my son’s impairment since birth as well as my years of service to that company and the missing criteria of the separation agreement not disclosed by them. Marcia expressed sincere compassion for my family and son.
