Background: a life insurance company was holding up our lump sum payment because of some technicalities. Another lawyer thought that we may need to fight the insurance company in federal court, which would be expensive and time consuming. That's when we decided to meet with Elizabeth. Thanks to Elizabeth's experience (and the support of her talented team), they were able to get this matter settled in just two weeks! Based on her negotiations with the insurance company, we didn't have to A) settle the matter in federal court, and B) pay the insurance company's legal fees, which they were seeking. John was great in helping assist in a fraud case for us. Through the whole process, a lot of roadblocks were put in place by the responsible parties, but John was able to overcome them. Through the whole process, he was very good at making sure he or one of his partners were in touch with us, so we always understand where we were at in the process. I would highly recommend John!

After the death of my husband, my financial advisor recommended Howard to me. We attended an introductory informational meeting together and decided he was very knowledgeable and I found him very congenial as well. He helped me get all my assets into a trust, made sure my daughter who is my Power of Attorney was thoroughly instructed about her responsibilities, and provides the opportunity for an annual review to make sure everything is in order. In 2005 Howard Lang and his legal team put together our trust and will. Everything was done thoroughly and very well organized. We continue to meet with him each year for updating any necessary changes in the laws or for ourselves. Also, he has wonderful seminars throughout the year for his clients and has met with our children and us to explain important subjects. In 2012 we also added an IRA Preservation Trust. We couldn’t be more pleased and confident that our estate has been handled professionally and all is in order.

After four and a half long years our daughters are where they belong with their mothers. Todd did an excellent job answering our insane questions, quelling our fears, and letting us know when things didn't look good. Court date after court date he doggedly wrote motions, filed petitions, requested files. Even more fact gathering and pursuing leads, very thorough work. My wife and I are very happy with Mr. Sivia's work. If services are needed again I will definitely call him first.

My friend died and named me executor of her estate. I had never done this before. The accountant I saw to file her taxes advised me that I could pay medical bills before I paid Becky's taxes. That seemed off to me, but I foolishly listened to him and paid a few doctors (she left a TINY estate - about $2000 - and owed the Feds $3500 and doctors about 20,000). The accountant was wrong and the IRS came after ME - saying I had paid medical bills knowing taxes were due and now I was personally liable. Jon took the case for me and handled it very professionally. He was quite organized - knew exactly the documents he needed upfront, got to the IRS immediately, kept me informed of the progress and got me off the hook. My only regret is that I went to the accountant first rather than seeking Jon's counsel. I HIGHLY recommend him. He's intelligent, knowledgeable, organized, communicative - and kind. The whole situation was extremely distressful for me and reassured me and took positive action. I will recommend him whenver possible!

My case involved a criminal conviction for taxes so it was a more involved , and time consuming. I have been notified and kept up on all aspects of the case. Charlie was recommended to me by the a realtor I used in Chicago to sell my home in Lincoln Park. In a tough market I went through 2 earlier brokers before I found the one who recommended Charlie. The real estate broker, who was the best I have ever used, said Charlie was one of the best attorneys he had ever worked with. My experience was such that I ONLY use Charlie for all of my real estate contracts ever since, even those that have been done out of state. He is a great listener, strategic, straight talking, very friendly and easy to like (no, really! Even for a lawyer!).

Although I live out of state, she ensured everything was done right, via telephone and email correspondence. Brad has represented or advised me on the following matters: - Real estate - Business formation - Equity disputes I've always avoided legal issues because often the stress they cause is just not worth it. But when you're stuck, you're stuck and Brad has proved to be my safety net on multiple occasions: He saved a delayed real estate closing that was mistakenly due to federal security issues. He helped my company incorporate, and resolved an equity dispute within the company. All of that's great but the reason I keep working with Brad is because he's attentive and professional. Mr Sayad did a wonderful job and was very informative when reviewing my case. He did a great job in court and put my mind at ease. This was for a traffic issue where my car was hit and I was issued a ticket by a police officer who was not present. Brad did an excellent job for me in the sale of my existing residence and purchase of my new residence. There were some complicated issues that could have derailed both deals. Mr. Bellino managed to get a full approval on our shirt sale and had the bank sign off on the deficiencies. We can finally start our life over again. When I hired Mr. Bellino, I had met with several other attorneys. His attitude us why I chose him. Within five minutes of meeting him he told me that he has kids of his own and that he would treat mynsituation as though his own children needed a place to call a home. I truly cannot say enough how grateful I am to have met Mr. Bellino. He has given me my life back. I would go back to him in a second, without hesitation. But I'm doing my best to avoid him. Jonathan was very thorough and detailed throughout my case. He spearheaded my divorce case and successfully pushed the case past the finish line despite the opposing counsels poor communication and unprofessional demeanor. I hired Josh to help me with a personal injury suit, earlier this year. Josh went above and beyond to make sure he did everything to help me come out of the suit with the best possible outcome. Stephen Jackson went well above board in handling my case. It was a long 3 years that Mr. Jackson had to deal with multiple hearings due to incompetence of the court. My sister and I wanted to take a moment and thank your firm for the outstanding service and support we have received regarding estate planning for our parents. Helen Mesoloras, Melissa LaPointe and Erin Vogt have provided guidance and their expertise while also displaying genuine care, concern and compassion. When my father suffered a massive stroke in October '15, we were left overwhelmed and lost as to what to do next regarding his care. After being referred to your firm by in NY (where I live) I spoke to Erin who listened and right away assured us your firm could help not only in estate planning but with the medicaid process as well. From our first meeting with Helen and Melissa, we felt confident and secure we were not alone, and that we would have someone helping us advocate for my dad in the nursing home he was at. As for the medicaid process, being that I do not live in town, the idea of my mom and sister having to do the medicaid application alone was not an option. Had it not been for your team organizing everything and informing us when items were still needed I honestly think we would still be knee deep in paperwork today. Another turning point happened in December when I was talking to Erin regarding my dad's overall health. He was extremely depressed and not eating at the time. She suggested that maybe palliative care could help us. While initially on palliative care, since February he had been on hospice care. But had it not been for Erin we never would have known about these services. While unfortunately our father passed away recently, we continue to work with your team regarding my mother's estate planning. I was referred to Richard Ross by my Realtor to help me with a real estate transaction. He was very polite, easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of. He explained everything to me in terms I understood (it was my first time buying a home.) My transaction went through without a hitch and he even checked on me after the closing to make sure I didn't need anything else or was unclear on anything. Overall - he was excellent.

Attorney Patrick Moore accepted my personal injury case after another law firm (which claimed to specialize in personal injury cases) withdrew from the case. The original law firm had my case for 4 years, and their stated reason for withdrawal was that my medical records did not clearly support the insurance claim, and the case was therefore too complicated. Because the case was 4 years old, no other lawyers wanted to even look at it, but Attorney Moore agreed to review it. He accepted the case without hesitation, and was successful in getting the insurance company to pay on the claim without going to Court. There was no hype or sugar coating. He always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails, and provided updates as developments occurred. My impression is that he takes pride in a job well done and focuses on that rather than just making a quick buck for himself. Thank you Atty. Moore.

I applied for Social Security Disability on Guam in 2004. I was disapproved for the claim twice but I had to relocate to Hawaii because Guam had no Social Security Advocate back then. I selected an Associate of Mr. Frederick J. Daley. Since then Mr. Daley kept me informed to the progress of my case from the Social Security Administrative Judge, to the District Court, and to the Court of Appeals. When my case was finally given back to the Administrative Judge for the final disposition Mr. Daley traveled from Chicago to Hawaii for the hearing. I understand that my case took the longest that he represented.

Justin Allen is top notch! He undoubtedly has wisdom beyond his years. He is loyal and will work his attorney magic to receive desired results. He comes across as tough but tends to be a big teddy bear once you get to know him. Justin is accountable and every now and then will give a wink just to let you know he’a got it all under control. Justin seeks justice, although we all know that justice can’t truly be found on this side of eternity. Throughout my entire interaction with Justin he would confidently share the progress of the trial. I had an issue with a family law case. The attorney I have has not responded to my phone calls and emails for two to three weeks. The attorney had not provided the final order to the judge for approval so we could close our case and I wasn't sure what direction to go in. Brian was very professional and courteous as he listened to my situation and gave me some great advice. I would highly recommend him.

My probate question was a little more complex because my father's estate covers property in several states, and quite frankly I didn't understand how to properly navigate my way around making sure things were filed correctly and in all the right places; and then there were things I wouldn't even know to look for and check over. But Attorney Brian Dolan did, even in counties outside of Florida which as it turns out is where I should be concentrating my investigation efforts. I would recommend Brian to everyone, it doesn't matter which side of the probate estate your needs lay: heir or creating a will for loved ones.
