I was referred to Johnson Jensen by another attorney that my husband and I hold in high regard. After hearing the extent of the injuries, Travis came to our home to personally do the initial interview. This is the first time I ever had to hire a lawyer and I'm very grateful to have had Travis on my team. Last year I was hit by a car while riding my bike and sustained injuries that affected my work and personal life more than I imagined they would over the course of many months. I hired Nick for a custody case when the mother of my child moved out of state and tried to register a foreign order. I needed someone really good so I called a very renowned and retired lawyer in the area (since I’m out of state) and asked who the best lawyer for family / custody issues. He said Nick, no question. He’s experienced, hungry, and honest. I have now had Nick representing me off and on for the past 5 years and because my situation happens to involve parental alienation and complicated matters, we continue to litigate and there’s no one I’d rather have on my side. In this course of time my child’s mother has hired 4 different attorneys as none of them have faired well against Nick (it also doesn’t help she has always been on the wrong side of the law). If you hire Nick he will listen, thoroughly research the facts and precedent, and give you your best chance at relief in your case. There is nothing like the piece of mind having great and honest representation. I’ve seen so many lawyers argue a case that they weren’t prepared on, had wrongs facts, can’t remember the characters names, and just fail to make their case and aren’t taken seriously. I hired Nick Hursh to represent me in a Family Law case that was out of the realm of norm. No child should have to go through a court experience siting on the opposite side a parent instead of having them on your side; as a supportive parent should be. Since my situation crossed normal lines; I chose Nick based on his schooling/professional experience and online reviews. Nick was really good in fighting for me and the R.O. made on me by my bfs EX. My bf is going through a nasty divorce and of course she's doing the typical "reaching" as I like to call it. Being that all of allegations made on me were so far fetched and outlandish, I had PROOF against all the allegations made, which we did NOT even have to present any of this proof. Basically saying she had no legit reason for request, and Nick was able to show there was no basis for any of her claims, which were 100% falsified. He knows his stuff, he goes in ready to fight for you, and wins. He will remind you to stay calm and keep your poker face straight, which I really respected and loved his tactic. Hopefully I will not have to use any attorney ever, but if I was in need he will be my go to. I highly recommend him.

Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I faced costly emergency and other medical bills soon after the incident and dreaded the time-consuming effort of arguing with insurance companies as well as potentially losing money as a result of an accident. Ex wife lied about past support. ..Nicole went to work with the facts. Nicole got my ex wife to admit legally on the record I did not owe 50 thousand dollars. $50000! Nicole stopped all illegitimate collection attempts. Nicole has always returned my emails or phone calls promptly.

Jaimie is an outstanding lawyer. Through the course of my case she gave me honest and sometimes unwelcome, but very necessary counsel. My journey began in April of 2016 with Patent Attorney Cedric D'Hue, in my quest to obtain my first US Patent. I had no idea where to begin other than knowing I needed help. I would like to give a review of Kelly Law Firm. We had a death in our family who had no will. I had to act fast being one of the next of kin to have the funeral and get there affairs in order. I called several different law firms and got ahold of Kelly Law Firm. After speaking with them we decided to give them a chance. They acted fast and in turn our loved one did not have to wait long to have a celebration of life. I worked with the paralegal named Lynn a lot. She was there for me anytime I needed help or had questions. Lynn walked me thru so many things it was unbelievable. The even helped with matters that happened before the death of our loved one dealing with insurance and a not so great roof repair company! If we had questions they had answers. They worked around our schedules and top it off we live in Arkansas. They were happy to set a time to meet in person while we was up there to sell the property. They arranged everything to be done thru emails and mail. The represented us in court as we live out of state and made the whole probate situation as painless as possible. There rates are incredibly reasonable as to others in that area. If I needed a lawyer in the Indiana or Illinois area I would check with these guys first cause my husband has dealt with attorneys for years in law enforcement and he even agrees that these guys are the only way to go. So if you are in need of legal assistance please give Kelly Law Firm a chance I dont think you will be disappointed cause we wasn't!!!!

In 2021 I was in a very bad and severe motorcycle accident. I was worried if I had a case as well as where to start. I worked with Michael Massuci and his assistant Yazi on my case. They took my case very seriously and acted fast, as the statute of limitations was very close to being up. David is an amazing lawyer! We hired David in May, told him we wanted my husband to adopt my daughter, and we needed a passport by December. By November we had our passport and the adoption was final! We had to jump through many hoops and he still made sure we got what we needed on time. DuPont Hospital sued me regarding the bill of delivering of my son. I had proof that it was settled and yet they pushed forward with a trial to prove I was guilty of nonpayment. Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Issued a speeding violation in August 2019 on I-465 in Indy. 72/45 work zone/no workers present. State trooper was in traffic and did not use his radar. I disagreed I was driving that fast. I had automatic court date in Carmel, IN since I was over 25 mph above work zone speed limit. Reckless driving. I have a company issued car with very strict rules on moving violations. Had not had a ticket in 10 years. This would be a big deal with my company if not reduced. Secured Katie to help me. She was able to finalize this to a much lower violation and kept me from getting into trouble with my company. Thank you Katie. She can never make any promises up front but she took care of me. I would recommend her for any similar circumstance you encounter. Law firm employees very easy to work with and and above nice whenever I called. Again-- Thank you Katie.

Indiana small claims court is unpredictable at best. Like many persons I was unsure if I should spend the money on an attorney or just prepare the best I could.
Fortunately we made the right decision and hired Mr. Stock.
Zach is very personable and made it an easy process for myself which was nice and unexpected.
We meet several times and in the second meeting he outlined the plan.
The trial was exciting.. Mr Stock's patience was outstanding as block by block he laid out our case.
In the end his knowledge of the law is what paid off. The case was decided in our favor on the spot.
I could not have been more happy. The legal services were a fraction of the potential claim.

Matthew did a fantastic job helping me get my dog back after my ex-husband stole her from me. He helped me through all the steps we needed to take. Then he helped me decipher what evidence we needed when it was decided we would be going to court. He walked me through each step of the process. This was my first experience with having to go to court, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the help I received or the verdict. Matthew also communicated very well and frequently with me. I was a little afraid an attorney may think fighting for a dog was silly, but he demonstrated complete understanding and compassion to me during such a stressful and emotional time.
