My situation was on that I would never wish on my worst enemy. I was falsely accused, and the law required a sentence which would have consumed most of my adult life. Jill was recommended to me by another Lawyer who is amazing herself, which let me know that Jill is the BEST of the best. Throughout the process Jill exhibited a superior knowledge of the system, a familiarity of the city and process which only comes on the other side of years of experience, and a professionalism that is unmatched. I was justifiably afraid, at times wanting to play "backseat lawyer" due to the black hole which is Google. Jill maneuvered me through it all, the emotional ups and downs, and achieved an outcome that is nothing short of amazing. While "justice" in my case is an approximation, I'm free of this burden, able to live my life and pursue a future. While I want to put this whole tribulation behind me, and hope to never have to use her services again, I have no desire to lose contact with Jill as a person. Property boundary dispute. My neighbor and I have identified that we disagree on the location of one pin. After discussing my deed with the town tax people, I chose to bring this to Mike to get guidance. I had been attempting to work with the IRS on my own, until my revenue officer levied my bank accounts and my wages with zero communication beforehand. I realized that I was in over my head and needed to get some assistance. I called Attorney Wade’s office in tears and he promptly called me back and his responses truly honored the urgency and fear I was feeling. I met with him first thing in the morning, and the mess of paperwork I dropped on his desk closely mirrored the mess in my mind. He reviewed my notices and very calmly and clearly explained the options I had, which had not been presented by my revenue officer. He explained that he could certainly represent me, and at very reasonable rates, but he also stated that he thought I could navigate this on my own and save myself the legal fees. He took me though the exact forms I needed to file and in which order to tackle them, reviewed every route I could take, gave me contacts to call, and waited patiently while I took detailed notes on everything. I left his office and immediately started working my way though his to-do list, and within 24 hours I had levies lifted and a new, alternative solution in place. He even followed up via email several times to assist me in my process and answered additional questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest. I would not hesitate to use him in the future if I find myself in this terrible mess ever again.

In early 2016 I hired Misha to write an estate plan for me. This included a will, AHCD & FDPOA. I had some very specific concerns about underage nieces and nephews inheriting. He is a good listener, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with him. He was able to address my concerns well. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and I’m a person who likes to fully understand the details of anything that I sign. From his responses I felt confident that he knows this area of law. He also discussed with me some issues that I did not think of arising from his experience as an attorney, and I appreciated that. I thought the cost was reasonable. Shortly after executing the documents, it was necessary to make a small revision to the AHCD; he did not charge me. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances that need legal services.

Brett Baber epitomized the word ‘professional’ throughout our eighteen month case period. He was always professional in the sense that his experience immediately commanded respect yet there was always a bit of humility and kindness from him. I was having issues with my credit report in regards to a derogatory record that did not belong to me and had been on my credit record for a year. Mr. Lapin reached out to me in a timely fashion and laid out the information he needed in order to handle the situation as quickly as possible. A certified letter was drafted and written to all parties involved to remove the negative record and Mr. Lapin kept me in the loop for every step of the process.
I am still waiting to hear from the responses of the other parties in regards to the letter but at the moment, i feel like a burden has been lifted off my shoulders.

Vincent was the attorney I chose to represent me after consulting with many others, and am very happy I hired him. Celine handled my claim involving an automobile accident. I wasn't at fault, I was broadsided. I didn't want to deal with an attorney or the insurance company. I had to do this in order to have my medical bills paid and receive a settlement. The main focus was to get my medical bills negotiated and paid. The settlement was not my main focus. I found myself one day needing legal aid to defend myself against charges of domestic assault, represention for divorce, and shared custody of my 3.5 year old child. Jennifer was referred too me by a friend. I meet with Jen, and felt from the start she was someone I could put my future in her hands. Jen had her work cut out for her because my now ex- wife had put togather a case against me to bet all cases. My assault case was dissmissed. My fight for shared custody went thur all the typical paths that one parent may take when trying to prove to the courts that another parent is unfit to have shared custody.Which included my child seeing a counselor at the age of 4 and 5. During my fight for custody I had asked Jen to do something that is most often frowned upon by the courts. That was to have my child be put on the witness stand in front of the judge, Presiding over my custody and divorce case. Along with many other factors in this case I strongly believe that the meeting of my child and the Judge showed the court how wrong it would be, and how much it may affect the way this child's life may have turned out had my ex gotten what she wanted. Jennifer fought for Shared Primary Residence, and won this for myself and my daughter. My daughter is 14 now and remembers everything that took place during the 3 years it took to get this case resolved. She does great in school. And has been playing basketball year round for 4 years now, she is in the 8th grade her grades are great, also does track.She has a life that would not be as it is had I not had a Lawyer that went the distance with every issue she could to prove the truth and get all the facts out for every one involved in my case too see. In the end I would not ever want to go through that mess again but if ever I had to I would want Jennifer Ferguson, to be repenting me in court. I always recommend Att. Ferguson to any one needing the best. I could never repay her for what she did for myself and my daughter.
