I had a very minor criminal issue that I hired Mr. Oleisky for. Although it was very minor, I could tell that Mr. Oleisky took it as serious as any other case. My first contact with Mr. Oleisky came through a consultation form I filled it during a weekday night. He replied to me within the hour to set up a free consultation over the phone the next morning. I was extremely impressed with how fast he replied to me and was not expecting a reply until the next day at the very earliest, if not later. The next day we spoke about my case and he never put any pressure on me to hire him as an attorney. He spoke to me about the best options to defend this case and gave up several options I could go with without hiring him or any other attorney. He came me a price at the end of the conversation of how much it would cost to retain him if I wanted to hire him. In the end, I ended up hiring up the next day. He kept in communication with me every step of the way and got the ball moving on things right away. In the end, he was able to get my charges reduced to what I wanted and I was able to move up with my life. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a criminal defense attorney.

I can not say enough good things about the level of professionalism of this lawyer. Unfortunately I have had to use lawyers for many different things ranging from family law to criminal law. Bob is very professional, responded to all of my concerns frivolous or not. There is not a place or person in the entire criminal justice system in this city that does not know and respect this lawyer. He is very knowledgeable and he can weigh out several different factors you may not be considering including which judge you have or don't have etc. In my last case I even considered hiring a "celebrity" lawyer because the stakes were very high. I decided to stick with the solid results I've seen in the past with Mr. Oleisky and couldn't be more happy with the results. To me it's a clear choice and I would not hesitate to call this guy if I have ANY legal troubles again!

Imagine my surprise when they contacted me again instead of the number that I gave them. After that, they finally get ahold of her and set up a time for a "consultation" (their words). We get the call on the agreed upon day and it's not a consultation. We, instead, speak with a paralegal, Bernice, who sets up a time to speak with the attorney, who we are told is Nick in about a week. We wait for the agreed upon date, which we were given not a specific time, but instead a window that the call would come in from Nick. Well, we waited and around the end of the window of time, my gf called and was told that Nick would be contacting her soon. He didn't. So my gf called again, now almost an hour after the window of time ended. We spoke with Miguel, who was professional albiet short and not very helpful. He indicated that Nick had some other pressing and thusly could not take our consultation at this time as agreed. My gf inquired as to why we were not given a call to inform us this change. Miguel had no explanation whatsoever. My gf asked when would we be able to speak with Nick and again Miguel was completely inept. We asked to speak to a managing partner and Miguel refused to pass that request along. So, to review, we have waited weeks for a consultation and got blown off with no explanation whatsoever. We can't get confirmation on when we can speak to an attorney or a managing partner. This is easily the most unprofessional and inept law firm I've ever encountered. The great thing about Tim Simonson is he really only works in one area of the law which is child custody and because of this has a fair amount of knowledge and skills in this area and a good amount of passion for his work.
He is approachable, professional, and I only gave him four (out of five) stars since I think he needs another decade to be top notch in this field and the work he did for me was good but not exceptional.

Does Tim keep his emotions in check so that he can work on the case to the best of his abilities? Check
Things to look for in a lawyer is being comfortable around them which is easy around Tim. A clear structure of payments due which is broken down per bill. Plenty of communication and availability which is what you will get from Tim. I can call Tim right now and fully expect he'd pick up the phone. In the off chance he's already with a client I'll get a call back within the hour. He's awesome.
Heck our Judge had no idea what they were doing and was making the wrong calls according to the law. A lesser lawyer would have LOST that case and my family would be split right now in two different states. Tim set that Judge straight. Think about that. That Judge has to have a Giant sized Ego at this point and the last thing on earth they want to do is admit they were wrong. That's quite the uphill battle but we're all together here because he was up to the challenge.
The internet can be a negative place sometimes. Go look at the "Yelp" reviews for your favorite restaurant. Search by rating then hit it again to get the lowest ratings first....go ahead...I'll wait. Back, good. Notice how many people HATE your favorite restaurant, sad isn't it. Which is why you can't use online reviews for anything, even this one. You have to go do this in person. Go meet with Tim and you'll be happy you did.

Said dad was entitled to my share. No, he wasn't dad had his own shares. Where's the money go? In his pocket or to brother, in charge of dad's finances. In cohoots with the brothers lawyers. An absolute great initial experience with this law firm. From the receptionist to the "Intake Coordinator", Darwin, to our consultation with attorney J. Noble Simpson, we were treated with first-class attention. The process of spending 30 minutes with Darwin and answering many insightful questions about our case was refreshing. It made for an extremely productive 1.5 hr consultation with Mr. Simpson. We were apprehensive about spending $500 to talk with Mr. Simpson, but his preparation made that $500 some of the best money we have spent. I hired Drewes Law for a family to family, as-is real estate transaction so therefore a much more expensive realtor was not needed. I hired them based on the other great Google reviews and it was a great decision!
They explained the process in detail and answered all of my questions up front, then got going on the process while always keeping me in the loop. We were working through a family member who was Attorney-in-fact/Power of Attorney for my grandmother, which slightly complicated things in my opinion but it was never an issue for the Drewes team.
Toward the end there was an issue with the county rejecting some filings, to which Drewes Law reached out to me immediately to let me know, but also let me know they re-reviewed everything and told me they were confident there was no reason for the rejection. They called my county the next business day to which the county recognized the mistake and that it indeed should not have been rejected (mistake due to being down workers/having new workers due to Covid). The County immediately approved and I was sent the Deed a few days later. Excellent work and thoroughness by the Drewes Law Team!
David, Annie and Jonathan were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing Real Estate law representation.
Thanks Drewes Law team for helping us purchase this little piece of paradise that my family and I will continue to enjoy for years to come!

I sent an email regarding possible custody with details of my case to one of these lawyers. We will call him Peter griffin. It was the holidays and we had planned on meeting in person after to discuss. Little to my knowledge, my ex, the respondent decided to go to him knowing I had given him information from my side and knowing it could be used against me. He not only let her hire him, he used information I gave him to advance his case as well as asking the courts to make me pay for his fees as a punishment for him having to go to court and do his job. This company formed my first company and it, in my eyes, was a conflict of interest and unethical to say the least. This company is only interested in the bottom line from what I can tell in my dealing with them. They get 0 stars for helping out n the destruction of families. In my opinions, I feel others should be aware, do not discuss your case unless you pay them first. They will use all information to advance their own case.

Kari is a great attorney who zealously represented me during my divorce. She is very knowledgeable and represented me in a very professional manner. She has pride in her work and takes the time to show that she cares for me (her client). Kari responds immediately to emails and phone calls. Kari consulted with prior to any court proceeding to ensure that she represented my interests and wishes. She is very passionate about her work, the law and serving her clients. Represented a family member of mine as opposition in a family court case and was not only unprofessional but made decisions and gave legal counsel that was detrimental to our family but mostly to my nephew, a child. She brought tactics into the courtroom that were in direct contradiction to what family law’s goal is, which is to put the child first. I found her to be unsuitable as an attorney, was crass, and frankly, pulled some ugly stunts that only made her look bad. Seeing as she was working pro-bono, her lack of professionalism and care for the child’s best interest, lined up. Not only would I not recommend using her as your attorney, I also hope you never have to deal with her as representation for opposition. Now we’re having to deal with her associate, Michael Ortner, in an appeal case that is completely unnecessary. Was, and still is, genuinely a drawn out and horrific experience because of Theresa Bofferding and her disregard for human beings.

My divorce was extremely complicated due to multiple properties, businesses, wealth and most importantly, the wellness of my children. Christine fought for me and neutralized the static coming from the other side. In the end and after a long drawn out divorce, I was able to maintain majority custody of my children.
