The day I walked into Matt's office for the first time for my personal injury appointment almost never happened. That day I had just received my accident report from state police and it stated that I was responsible for the tractor trailer driver's accident. I was in an accident on I91 and suffered cervical spinal cord damage. I was shocked to read that on the report because no ticket was issued. Matt was very easy to talk to while explaining my side to him--his positive and reassuring attitude was calming. Israel Piedra was absolutely fantastic! He is extremely responsive and very open to listening to your concerns, which is not always common with lawyers, especially prior to formally "obtaining" them. If you are ever in of representation I highly recommend Chuck Keefe.
Chuck was wonderful to work with and exercised my rights as a civilian. The whole court process makes you feel guilty until proven innocent. Chuck was able to take the weight off my shoulders and make me feel like everything was being taken care of. Chuck and his team were able to prove that my rights were violated and all my charges were dropped.
I learned from this process that just because someone carries a badge doesn't mean they don't make mistakes and can't learn from those mistakes as well.
I believe everyone involved learned something from the ordeal and if it wasn't for Chuck and his team exercising law verses perception the result wouldn't have been the same.

Attorney Chuck Keefe handled a serious legal situation for my son. Myself being the protective parent I scrutinized Chuck’s decisions, actions and behavior, throughout the entire process. I was able to experience ease, because of Chuck’s expertise and demeanor. Most importantly my son has benefited by having Chuck as his attorney, he now can move forward with his life without having lifelong legal consequences.

My name is Morgan - I earned a DUI in September 2023. I hired Ted as my attorney as the case was too complicated for me to deal with on my own - I got the DUI in NH, but I reside in Florida. I needed help to navigate the court systems in both states as well as in my absence from NH. Ted did a fantastic job. He and his support staff were on top of everything in the most helpful of ways. I had a great experience today with New Hampshire Brazilian Council Services. I was trying to get married and I had an issue with the birth certificate translation and notary. I called 2 different places but none of them could help me right away. I called Bruno and he told me to send him the documents via email, he sent it back to me in less than 30min, I printed it and he met with me and my fiance at the bank so we could notarize it. He literally saved us from having to change all of our plans. I was very grateful for his fast service, would recommend.

I reached out to Heather regarding a fairly complicated post-divorce, post-alimony dispute related to health insurance coverage for my ex-spouse.
After an initial consultation where she educated me as to the uniqueness of my situation, she described a path forward that would provide closure. Though the issue took over a year to resolve (due mostly to the pandemic) I felt that Heather was attentive to my needs and generally cost-conscious in her approach.
In the end things went against me financially which, while unfortunate, was always a possibility. However she did achieve my primary goal of finality without having to go through a trial, so overall I was satisfied which the approach Heather took.

My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving.

Was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I lost many rights that I once had prior to the charges. I emphasized the importance of getting all my property back and regaining my rights. He handled it as I asked and got me exactly what I wanted as an outcome. It was a long process but largely due to “Covid” and the courts shutting down. He was on top of every aspect. When I I had questions or concerns he answered back immediately. I would hire him in a second in the event I need to in the future ( I have no intention of needing to). Can’t say enough good things about him. I even got a refund check at the end for remaining funds not used!!!

After falling victim to an arrest for an OUI, Attorney Nicholas Howie was immediately recommended to me from someone who had successfully worked with him in clearing a past OUI off their own record. Not only was Nick easy to contact, but he was able to be in court for me the very next day.
I felt confident after our first interaction based on how knowledgeable Nick was and the level of experience he’s had with cases like mine. He was thorough in explaining the process and transparent with all possible outcomes, so that I could appropriately set my expectations. He was able to communicate clearly and respond to all my questions in a timely manner, whether at our in-person meetings or through a quick phone call/ text message. I selected Attorney Richard Guerriero to represent me in a civil but highly embarrassing court appearance. The case was one that in today's climate the deck cards are automatically stacked against you. The case required a sensitive approach but thorough examination of events that needed to be presented to the court thoughtfully but also with a high degree of sensitivity and skill. Richard's analytical and chronological exploration of circumstances, framing judicial law and language against each and every circumstance and accusation, allowed for the court to see past what in today's climate would normally be a 'no win situation' into a clearly defined contrary position to the accusations, thus rendering a dismissal by the court.
I found his staff to be highly supportive and extremely helpful with using technology to gather evidence to assist in the case. As for Richard, he was very generous with his time and I found his assessments of the potential trial outcomes to be fair and honest, not overpromising results and thus setting expectations accordingly.

Eric got me out of a DUI about 5 years ago. I refused the breath test, so they had no accurate level of alcohol intake. (That’s your right as a NH citizen). He got me wreckless driving, which is a speeding fine essentially and I paid $500 to the court. AMAZING LAWYER!!!!

I was charged with a dui and defective equipment. I refused the FST and blood test which comes with an automatic 180 day license suspension. I had a video of the encounter with the Hudson police. Eric helped me win my ALS hearing and keep my license. He then was able to get the prosecutor to drop the dui and I plead guilty to the defective equipment and paid a fine. I will recommend Eric to anyone that is in trouble. I hope I never need him again but if I do I know I'm in good hands.
