She handled my bankruptcy case in 2015 and was very professional and friendly. She was upront with cost and also had a reasonable payment plan that worked with my budget. She has the best interest of the client at heart. She will even meet with you whenever you are available. I used her for bankruptcy and she did wonderful. We had to argue on a few things with the creditors, but she handled it.

Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

I had an existing business contract that was between family members and non family members.Original contract was kind of thrown together quickly without council and in doing so problems soon arose. With having family members being involved on both sides feelings and emotions can become an issue if not careful. Cynthia recognized this from the onset and carefully walked us through the entire restructuring process where in the end both sides were satisfied. We now have a clear contract that has taken undue pressure off both sides. I am very happy to have found Cynthia and she was a true pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend her services.

My husband and I were referred to Ms. Gilliam for legal advice in setting up documents to cover situations as we age. She met with us for just 1/2 hour to establish our needs and advise us on which documents are needed (e.g., Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament, Living Will). In addition, she explained the importance of establishing beneficiaries on savings accounts and when it is important to set up Trusts.
After this short, but informative meeting, she conveyed additional information via email so that we could decide on the basics of how we wanted these documents prepared.
Ms. Gilliam used our next meeting to finalize our agreements so that she could prepare the documents. Then we closed out this important process with another short meeting where he staff stayed after hours to make last minute changes and print the final documents for our signatures.
In addition to her efficiency, she was very pleasant and professional to work with. She kept us on task with a good sense of humor. And, the cost for her services were slightly less than other attorneys we are aware of that provided similar services.
My husband and I highly recommend Ms. Gilliam for professional legal services. In fact, our daughters plan to use her services when they are ready to complete these documents for themselves.

Kate was very important in helping my son navigate the system. We are from a different state and found ourselves in uncharted waters. Brandon has a wonderful knowledge of insurance law and is very easy to work with. We had a house fire where the insurance company didn't want to pay which ended up in a lawsuit. Brandon always kept us informed of what was going on and stayed on top of the ins comp. He did things we never thought an atty would do like came to the house and took time to make sure we had everything documented , as well as helping us find good honest people to help us get estimates on our home and contents, and didn't mind getting his hands dirty literally. He would take time to make sure we understood what was happening, the choices we had and how to proceed. HeGenuinely would listen to us as well about how we felt or answer any questions. This was a very heartbreaking and confusing situation we went through and without Brandon we could have never made it through and the insurance company would have been able to take advantage of us! He is down to earth and all around a good person. We would recommend Brandon to anyone in the same situation and can't say enough about how much he did for us!

I was blindsided being served by my longtime landlord, who called me friend. He had often bragged about his great joy in evicting tenants, but we always paid on time and were his "favorites". After a 4 year relationship he served me and my partner. Expecting the worse & not knowing where to procure an attorney specializing in landlord-tenant matters, Mr. Segraves was suggested as a highly skilled attorney in such concerns. I contacted his office & his kind and compassionate staff offered me a appointment surprisingly fast. Although busy with his other specialties, he sat down with us, reviewed our evidence, asked pertinent questions specific to our case & pending court date. Having served as a temp. in a landlord-attorney practice (in a different state) many years ago & not familiar with Tennessee Law, I had no idea what to expect. Mr. Segraves answered all of our questions & told us what to expect, based on his knowledge & expertise. Always on time, he appeared in court, acknowledged us and the hearing proceeded. With his kind manner, he stood with us and stated our case. He was logical, professional & "matter of fact." The outcome was a ruling in our favor. I (and my partner) are most grateful. Was recently charged with a domestic assault charge, that should have never happened. Patrick went to court with me and was amazing to watch in action in the courtroom. He totally blew away the prosecutor and convinced the Judge that it was a bad arrest, and the Judge discharged my case. He knows his stuff and is very prepared when he walked into the courtroom.

The review I'm giving is NOT paid advertising. I am freely giving this review based on our experience. On 7/22/2021 my son was arrested and charged with a felony. My heart broke in a million pieces. I knew my child didn't commit the crime. But I also knew that regardless my son would still have to go through the process. After a few text messages, I knew that Mr. Brandon Hall would do his best to help my son. I explained the situation to the best of my knowledge. I told Mr. Brandon Hall that sometime my son makes bad decision. But I knew that this decision was different from any other bad decisions he had made in the past. Mr. Brandon Hall texted me back in a few days and told me that he would be happy to help my son. "PARENTS" a load was lifted off my shoulders instantly. Mr. Hall has never meet me but I'm guessing he is a parent himself. I'm not sure but I believe Mr. Hall could feel my pain through our text messages. Mr. Hall texted me from his home several times. " I thought to myself this has to be an outstanding lawyer" .. Who texts their clients parent in the comfort of their home. I tell you who " MR. Darren Kennedy at Resolutions is the best! He has been my go-to lawyer for over 5 years, assisting me (a realtor) with any questions regarding contract issues, contract language for special situations, title issues, boundary lines in question etc etc. I have also referred many of my clients to him for real estate related issues as well, and I’m grateful to have a trusted source to send them to and know they’ll be treated well. Mr. Kuhn's service, attention and knowledge far, far exceeded my expectations. He was referred to me for help with my divorce, and made what could have been a horrific process extremely tolerable and as low-stress as possible. He explained everything in extreme detail and made sure I was comfortable with and understood every step in the process. Dan was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my bankruptcy case. I had to do this a few times since the trustee had not approved my Chapter 7 a few years ago. So it got turned into a Chapter 13 and then I ended up losing my job so it got dismissed. I contacted Dan which I had worked with previously cause my other attorney couldn't make it to my first trustee meeting the first time. A year and a half prior to finding Mr. Tayip, I had been rearended by an uninsured driver. My insurance company immediately became my enemy. The State of Alabama was entirely unconcerned with upholding laws. I had been treated poorly across the board.
I found Mr. Tayip on 'Thumbtack'. He was the first attorney (I had spoken to many & was repulsed) to explain things in layman's terms without being condescending or hurried. He listened to me, waded through my details, and explained my options & what each would entail.
In the time that we worked together, Mr. Tayip joined with another attorney & moved his office to another location. He never once forgot about me & kept me updated at all times.

My husband came here from the UK. Mr. Tayip handled my husband's immigration matter. He filed for his adjustment of status. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Divorce is never easy. Especially when it is very sudden. When I met with Ms. Lyons for the initial consultation, she immediately put me at ease with her calm and soothing demeanor.
