This was my first time sueing anyone and I was very nervous. When we first met in person, Jim took the time to explain my options (including walking out and moving on with my life). I understood my options fully and I was very appreciative. When I got my first invoice, I was pleasantly surprised. He was very efficient with his time and even though he did a lot, the invoice amount was a lot less than I anticipated. I think this is partly because he talks very fast and always gets straight to the point. He is definitely not chit-chatty, which is a great trait when you are paying by the hour. He really doesn’t mess around and his experience helped move things forward as quickly as anyone possibly can in the situation. I highly recommend Jim, and I interviewed several attorneys before I decided to go with him. I felt good about him before hiring, and I felt great about hiring him after my experience with his services.

Mr. Dunn is a no-nonsense attorney. He gets right to the point and doesn't waist your time or money. We've used Mr. Dunn as our corporate attorney for most of our 40 year history. We've used him for non compete cases, employee discrimination, collections, contracts and many other cases. We've had favorable outcomes in most all cases.
He is always responsive. Rarely do I find that we have to wait more than a day to get a response, which isn't typical in the legal world. He applies common sense in all maters, and most of all, I find his judgement to be sound. He speaks in terms that the lay person can understand. I highly recommend Mr. Dunn.

After meeting with Platte I knew he genuinely cared about my case. My daughter and I were treated like he would want to be treated. He said that I could contact him at anytime and gave me his phone numbers and e-mail address. Platte answered all my questions that I had about the court proceedings and put me at ease as I was also having health issues at the time. Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. They said they fixed the mistake and I will see this correction on my next statement but the issue is it was reported to the bureaus with wrong amount prior to them correcting this. The amount is over $16k so this is making a huge impact on my credit score/utilization/total balances and ability to get approved for new credit. As a Branch Broker for REMAX Associates, I received a call from Lindsay concerning a commission dispute with one of my agents. I pulled all the documentation and realized that she had no evidence for her claim. In fact she received a 1% discount from my agent. Because she provided me with no evidence, I could not back her claim. She then proceeded to write a terrible review on me. Do you write bad reviews to a judge when you lose a case because you don't have written evidence. I would not recommend her to represent any of my clients.

I hired Lindsay about two years ago for an incredibly complex aggravated assault charge (2nd degree felony, up to 15 yrs in prison). There were countless serendipitous events that led me to fire my previous lawyer and hire Lindsay, but I am so grateful that I did. Lindsay challenged me on specific issues that she saw with the case and provided me with sound legal guidance regarding the concerns that she had. She was also able to negotiate several different plea options for me with the prosecutor, all of which would have provided me with a much better outcome than the penalties I was currently facing. Ultimately, I decided to take my case to trial, which was a substantial risk. Lindsay was clear about the consequences that I would be facing if I was found guilty and she provided me with her final recommendations. I accepted full accountability of the outcome and we went to trial from 10/7 to 10/9 of 2019. Lindsay was an absolutely amazing litigator. So confident, articulate, calm, collected, direct, aggressive, and kind (all at key moments), in order to drive home specific points and guide the jury to the correct conclusions. After a 3 day trial, the jury deliberated for only 25 minutes before reaching their "Not guilty" verdict. Taking one's case to trial is not what I am recommending. Lindsay has such great relationships with other attorneys and prosecutors that she can likely provide her clients with plea options that are both fair and equitable for all parties. However, if a jury trial is insisted upon by the client, then I can't imagine anyone doing a better job representing the facts than Lindsay. I am infinitely grateful that I found her and that she represented me for this case. 5 stars and the highest of recommendations.

I worked with Caleb for five years over an equestrian accident case. No other lawyer was willing to “charter I chartered grounds” so to speak. With every obstacle the defenders attorney tried to present, Caleb would use past and new laws to counter. He was proactive in seeking an independent medical exam and did a thorough job of deposing and using expert witnesses. I was introduced to Gary D.E. Pierce in 2014. After a very difficult legal dispute involving a trademark issue in which we basically lost the case, Gary was presented the settlement that was handed down to our company to review and see if he could make any suggestions. I received a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana. Never was in trouble with the police before. Ann focused on resolving the problem without fuss. She knew the city prosecutor well. During the consultation I could see the heart felt concern on her face as I explained my situation. I was in serious trouble. My ex wife's very powerful family from the FLDS cult wanted me out of the way so they could get custody of my kids (they had inherited some money). He knew the stakes and right when they were playing their worst game, my kid's lives would have been destroyed, he drove 5 hours from Salt Lake to the not-so-above-board jurisdiction and fought for me in person. He and his partner worked brilliantly together. It was a miracle. I am still under the gun, but 5 years down the line Zach has managed to work the system (even though they are willing to cheat to get me) as well as anyone could. We are fighting some very powerful and less than integral forces. I am thrilled I had Zach on my side. Hire him immediately.

Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. I just wanted to post a quick review of this law firm.
I was in a head-on collision back in 2012 with my girlfriend. My insurance company decided to play hardball after being with them for my whole life (including my parents being with them for over 50+ years.)
It was a difficult process for me (and my girlfriend).
Bill & Sally took the helm in creating a comfortable situation where my bills, medications, and doctors were taken care of without worry. They were even able to negotiate my hospital bills to make sure my final settlement was worth the wait.
In the end, I'm glad I chose William Rawlings & Associates. They got what I deserved as far as a settlement with my stubborn insurance company, not to mention what my girlfriend deserved as well.
