Mr. Fitzgerald compiled very detailed information about our accident and all parties involved. He was very considerate and compassionate about every aspect of the case. He came to our home to get a feel of how our family lived our lives and to meet our friends and complete interviews with them in a home town setting. This made everyone feel more at home and they respected his demeanor towards them. We met with him outside his office on two other occasions, for him to complete interviews with me and my family for him to get a feel of our past and present lives. He got a feel for the time my husband and I met throughout every aspect of our 46 years together, including grade school, high school, college, 2 children, 1 grandchild and our work history, He was very diligent in finding all the information he could about the other parties involved in our law suit. He was very thorough and knew the law and what he needed to make a very compelling court case. Mr. Fitzgerald knew exactly the other professionals that he needed to call on to help him prepare our case. Personally, I was very impressed with Mr. Fitzgerald and all of his associates. Mr Fitzgerald and his staff are amazing. My mother was involved in a fatal accident 2,000 miles away from home. I was fortunate to be referred to him by another atty in FL. The entire process took a little over a year. During that time, I was kept up to date with everything going on and he acted as a true advocate on my family's behalf with the insurance companies involved, both vehicle & health. When life event happen and you need an attorney, you make some contacts, ask some questions, and then hope the attorney you hire will do more than collect state's evidence and file motions for the thousands you pay. I can tell you from experience, Mr DeCock provides more information and reassurance during consult than most do after you have retained them. I met with Mr. DeCock to determine whether or not I had grounds for a wrongful discharge action. He asked many questions regarding the situation and my questions were answered truthfully and to the best of his knowledge. He shared with me everything he knew about the action I was contemplating. During our meeting, he asked if I objected to his calling another attorney with more experience in employment law. I said no, and the call was made. The three of us discussed my situation, and concluded that I would take more time to decide whether or not to file the action with all the information I had been given. I found Mr. DeCock to be knowledgeable, competent and professional, but more importantly, truthful and ready to go the extra mile to help.

I was in a very unfamiliar situation. Locked up, falsely accused. Jordan gave me hope, and was my go to person for everything relating to the criminal charges I had. He was very prompt, on-time, and respectful. I could have settled but he believed in me. I was acquitted of a felony, gross misdemeanor, and two misdemeanors. My outcome couldn't have come out any better than that. His closing was very well put together, from his speech to the visuals he used. Tyson was an excellent lawyer, he went above and beyond what I had expected. Tyson kept in good contact with me, keeping me informed of everything going on and explained the process thoroughly. If I had any questions or concerns, he was able to answer them for me. I feel like he walked beside me through the whole process, never leaving me behind at any moment. Tyson is very honest with all of his information given and stresses how important being honest is. He told me always, "just be myself", that is all I needed to do. I feel that Tyson gave me the very best advise that I could have been given on how to proceed with this lawsuit. I have never done this before and this was one of the hardest things that I had ever done, I hope I never have to do this again, but Tyson made it easier....took my stress load. He kept me up, even in my lowest times. I shed a lot of tears along the way, Tyson knew how to calmed my fears. Tyson explained every step we were taking together, as we made those steps. Tyson Logan is a very compassionate individual that gave me 100% of his legal expertise. I hired Megan Hayes for a retaliation case and she explained it all to me and she lets me know what shes doing in my case. She is extremely good at law. She emailed me even after work hours to let me know she saw something in my paperwork she wrote up and let me know of the changes. She will always call you back if she is busy. She explained employment laws to me to where i could understand it. She wont just take a case without researching it first. She wont lie to you. She keeps you informed at every step of your case. I had questions and she answered the questions i had and even went as far as showing me the law were it answered my question. The law said the exact same thing she told me. I have been acquainted with Tom Lubnau for many years. He has successfully guided us through ordinary and unfortunate legal events. However, one night my husband suffered a life altering accident which left him with a traumatic brain injury, multiple broken bones and in a coma. When the sun came up I called Tom’s office for legal documents and asked for representation. Tom and his firm stepped up for the fight of our family’s lifetime. Within six months we encountered over l.3 million dollars of medical bills, were having to sell our home, land, horses, life-long belongings and I had to quit my teaching job to become a caregiver. Thomas was very thorough with my case from the initial free consultation to the final result. He worked very hard for me and I felt I had the best outcome that was possible. He was also very well received by judges and other lawyers in my case, I am assuming due to his extensive previous history as a prosecuting attorney. Overall I was very happy with my choice.

Mr. Anzman did his due diligence and arrived at my hearing fully prepared. We arrived early and we discussed my case and went over the protocol. He sent me paperwork in a timely manner and answers the telephone himself. Knew all about my case. Had me get my records to save me money since the doctors did not charge me for them, but would charge an arm and a leg for them if the lawyer requests them for me and I would have had to pay for them at the end of the case. I appreciated that. Sent me a letter before the hearing that explained everything and put me at ease. Was extremely well prepared for the hearing and helped me get a good result. Does most of his client relations by letter and send a lot of letters. I do not think I would have won without him

I can not begin to explain how grateful I am to have Mr. O'Holleran represent me in my situation at hand. My situation is complex, it is huge, it is over whelming, it is bigger then me and beyond my knowledge as a citizen trying to live with in our community. It has consumed me and it has taken over my life.
I have been dealing with my situation for 1 year and 4 months now. The day I asked Mr. O'Holleran if he could and would help me is the very day I learned that I still am worthy of having someone in my life who cares about what I am going through. For me caring about ones situation no matter what it is that your up against is of one of the most important tools to have in life. I have found this in Mr. O'Holleran. His knowledge of law and how the process of defending someone is unexplainable for me. He is caring, professional and he is quick, and he gets results to your comfort level and to his own.
We are not yet finished with my situation at hand, so this is to be continued for I would like to share again with anyone who reads this my final out come. I have relied upon Jeff O’Holleran on several occasions. His knowledge of the law is first rate. He advised me when I represented myself in traffic court. I defeated the city attorney and got the case dismissed. He later prevented me from having a felony on my record. In both cases, he took the time to explain my options and to outline what each course of action would entail. I have found that his prudent thinking and good decision-making are his greatest strengths. I always feel fully informed of the possible outcomes of each decision that I make along the way, and Mr. O’Holleran always works to get the best possible outcome in each situation. I am also impressed by his previous experience. He is able to use elements from previous and similar experiences to great effect.
