Joe Sise is by far one of the best defense attorney's in the area, If you are a client of a contrite and decent heart this man Joe Sise can move the entire court system.... his perseverance is unlike any other lawyer I've seen, he knows the court system very well and his experience far exceeds that of a normal attorney. This man is beyond smart, beyond capable of achieveing amazing things, and beyond understanding of people's emotional hardships that go along with being persecuted. I was in one of the worst, most awful, painful, most bizzar crisis of my life and where most attorneys would have thrown in the towel and gave up he instead was as understanding as a family member would be, I personally was and am more than happy with the service's this guy provides. I'm surprised with Joe Sise's dedication to his clients, I'm surprised with his ability to forgive people when they are angry about the outcome of a case or judicial proceeding, and I'm surprised with his ability to look past abnormal circumstances his client may be going through. Pay the money to hire this guy trust me, you won't be disappointed and if you are it's not because of his incompetence or inability. The Judicial system is not always a forgiving place but this guy is more than able to at least soften the blow of even the worst of circumstances and in some cases this guy is even able to pull off the impossible. If this guy for what ever reason doesn't pull through during a trial, case, or can't pull something off you think is unjustified it's not because of Joe's inability to do his job it's because the Judicial system in it's current state in New York is just that unforgiving.

I needed representation in defense of a bully lawsuit. I spoke with a few attorneys and Bill Lorman was the only one who informed me that my home owners insurance might defend me. That was a risk and I decided not to do that and hired Bill. He was professional and congenial. I felt that he worked hard, was responsive and got a reasonable resolution. He also allowed me to make payments.

I got ticket for move over law near Albany, NY. which is 3 point ticket expected fine is upto $450
I have contact many attorney, regarding this every quoted me $350 to $600 (attorney fee) to change (plead Bargain) that move over law ticket to non moving parking ticket. Then i have to pay parking ticket which would be around $100 to $150 (to court).
I contacted Bill Lorman, he took detail description on how it happened and why it happened. Then he said, we can plead bargain which is convert to immovable ticket. if you like we can fight the ticket. he quoted $200 to plead bargain $500 to fight ticket in court. I opted plead bargain and paid $200. After 1.5 month i got email saying its been converted to parking ticket and fine is $100. Total i spent $300 without any worries.

Sherri Vertucci is HANDS DOWN the BEST attorney when it comes to family law. I won’t get into the specifics of my case but as a father I felt like I was “getting kicked around the courtroom” so to speak. Sherri has immediately resolved a number of issues my previous attorney left behind. If you are reading this and called Sherri’s office and were told there’s a consult fee and might be wondering if it is worth it, it is, I’ll tell you like this… you’ll leave that consultation knowing what your options are whether you go forward with hiring Sherri or not, Sherri will advise how to move forward on your own and/or what she can do to help you through your situation, if anything at all, it’s not a waste of money for the consult. In fact, when I scheduled my consult and the day came for my appointment, I spent about 5 hours with Sherri, but she already had a comprehensive understanding of my complex situation before I even sat down. She was more prepared for the consultation than my prior attorney was for the whole trial. She has executed motions and effectively put into words what I could not, she has organized everything and presented it to the court like no attorney I’ve ever seen. Sherri doesn’t just “care about the money” like other reviews state, but if you want a well respected attorney that treats your case as if it were her own, is organized, punctual, professional, compassionate and actually wants to achieve what’s best for your children and family, it’s gonna cost some money… for me, my children are my everything and I will stop at nothing to protect them from potential harm. There’s no price for that kind peace of mind. She’s effectively been able to give me just that. Sherri is worth every single penny. Hiring her has taken a boulder off my shoulders and I know that my family is in good hands. Lastly, when you aren’t speaking to Sherri, her assistant, Audra is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I was reluctant at first with the consult fee, but you get what you pay for and nothing good comes cheap. I highly recommend Sherri Vertucci and Audra for legal services.

I was stuck with her because the seller picked the title company. If I had known how unresponsive she would be when issues developed after the sale, I would have insisted on someone else. I did agree to buy the house "as is" because I was desperate to move in. NY's closings during COVID moved at a snail's pace compared to PA, where I sold my house. Having already spent more than $8000 in the three months since I bought the house, I would have lived in a motel for a month or rented a short term apartment--It would have been cheaper! :(
