Is an outstanding very professional attorney who cares about all his clients,he keeps you updated on every aspect of your case,,I can recall the time I sat in the brazoria county jail thinking it was the end of the world for me,I was dealing with depression anxiety was in need of my medication,Mr.Gifentaner came to visit me in jail, provided me with consultation that put me at ease and before he left he made sure that the jail personnel got me my medication from that day on he gave me hope and understanding pertaining to my case my next court date my felony was dismissed and I was immediately released from brazoria county jail. I called several lawyers in Brazoria County. Most of them took my name and number. A couple of them returned my call but gave me little to consider. When I called Sandy she immediately pulled the public files and thoroughly reviewed the situation. She told me what she thought was the best course of action. Her
attitude and her compassion seemed real and I hired her right on the spot.
Thru the entire ordeal Sandra was available to answer all our questions. Thru phone and text Sandra was always honest, direct, and most importantly she always returned calls and texts immediately. I can't tell you important that was. The previous court appointed attorney would take days and even weeks to get back to us.
What I learned was never use a court appointed attorney. And if you need legal help make your first call to "Sandra Oballe".

Mr. Helson works wonders. His prior experience as a prosecutor not only allows him to accurately access the legal hurdles against his client, but it also allows him particular insight into any advantage he might have in defending his clients. I cannot be more pleased with the results Mr. Helson achieved on behalf of my daughter. I could have lost her to the system for many years. She is home now.

Mr. Helson is a very knowledgeable, dedicated and observant attorney. Even though I received him as court appointed counsel, he defended me and fought for me as if I was a high paying client. I don't think he realizes what a hero he is in my life, but I hope he feels it. He helped me get my life back on track when I thought it was over and done with. If you are looking for an attorney who will listen, work hard, and fight for you then I would highly recommend Ron Helson. When I hired Mr. Helson I was facing a third degree felony, a class a misdemeanor and going against a tough court. He provided me with a immediate sense of relief after speaking with 5 other lawyers who did not really want to help me with my case. Don’t waste your time with scoot boats and with Jennifer. The amount you pay you would figure you would have at the most temporary order in after a year of hire them. Not to mention they couldn’t even remember that the child in the case is the 2nd child not my 1st. Then have there bill person Janis call and threaten to has boats off my case because I new bill popped out 2 weeks ago and to be threatened like that after speaking to boates knowing a new situation happened that needed immediate attention. Yea run from these guys

Absolutely not, my mom and stepdad went threw these ppl, first they lied on documents saying my step dad was bio grandfather to my son, later as my step dad was dying, I called tnem 4 days in a row begging tbem to plz come out amd get his will notorized tbey said tbey didn't offer those services. He was sitting of cancer. He ended up passing with no will notorized. Then when I took mom up there to get her will fixed, then knowing she has dementia, let her believe that the house was automatically hers, which it was not bc it had to be probated into her name, they put it in her will that the house was going to me. How could she give something to me that was not hers? Then sent her to Peggy bittic and that was another money scam. Do not use these ppl, especially if ur elderly and you have a lot on money. That is all they want, ur money. They knew if my step dad's will was not notorized my mom would have to spend more with them to probate everything. Peggy said that she would have gone out to get the will notorized. They r scam artists

Don’t waste your time with scoot boats and with Jennifer. The amount you pay you would figure you would have at the most temporary order in after a year of hire them. Not to mention they couldn’t even remember that the child in the case is the 2nd child not my 1st. Then have there bill person Janis call and threaten to has boats off my case because I new bill popped out 2 weeks ago and to be threatened like that after speaking to boates knowing a new situation happened that needed immediate attention. Absolutely not, my mom and stepdad went threw these ppl, first they lied on documents saying my step dad was bio grandfather to my son, later as my step dad was dying, I called tnem 4 days in a row begging tbem to plz come out amd get his will notorized tbey said tbey didn't offer those services. He was sitting of cancer. He ended up passing with no will notorized. Then when I took mom up there to get her will fixed, then knowing she has dementia, let her believe that the house was automatically hers, which it was not bc it had to be probated into her name, they put it in her will that the house was going to me. How could she give something to me that was not hers? Then sent her to Peggy bittic and that was another money scam. Do not use these ppl, especially if ur elderly and you have a lot on money. That is all they want, ur money. They knew if my step dad's will was not notorized my mom would have to spend more with them to probate everything. Peggy said that she would have gone out to get the will notorized. They r scam artists

During my divorce I initially hired another company and they were dragging their feet and I felt bending over for my ex’s attorney. So I fired them and hired Mirenda. Took about two weeks and divorce finalized. Close to a year later my oldest daughter wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again. It was a tough battle but Mirenda guided me through it and I got temporary custody of her. However, she decided to go back to her mom. Then my youngest wanted to live with me, so I hired Mirenda again and now I have primary over her. During every divorce there is high emotions doesn’t matter who you are. Mirenda’s team were so polite during the whole process. Mirenda will shoot straight also and call it what it is. After my first experience with previous attorneys I was terrified that I was going to be left out to dry. Mirenda and her team stood by me. They told me exactly what to do and I did it.
