We were very pleased with Sperr Law. This is the third time I've had a will and related documents prepared. Brad asked plenty of questions in advance so the draft was close to what I wanted. I cannot speak highly enough about Attorney John Baker of Baker and Slider. Mr. Baker represented me for approximately four years. During that time, he kept me fully informed about all the details of my case. He returned my calls promptly and most importantly was exceedingly ethical in all of our dealings.

I was originally recommended her husband but she ended up taking my case. I was charged sith driving with a suspended license and pulled over under the guise of hands free and had a $2000 charge for the two citations. She got both dropped and I ended up only paying $51. I am so glad I hired here!

Ben came to my rescue in 2004 when I was fired after being hurt on the job. He got my check reinstated until things were decided in court. He was very professional and got things rolling right away. When I became disabled I started my claim with the Social Security Administration, I filled out and submitted all the forms and of course was denied benefits. I haven't heard of any first time approvals personally except one. One day I ran into an old acquaintance, he was disabled at this point and had already begun receiving benefits. I explained my situation to him, and he said I should have already had a lawyer. He said I could never have gotten my disability benefit approval without a lawyer named Ben Johnson in Athens, he did a great job for me. I contacted Ben the next week and if I had not contacted Ben for help with my case, it would have long been over because the steps that came after the initial denial, appeal and hearing, my wife and I would have had no clue how to go any further or even that you could. Ben is very knowledgeable and didn't spare any of his knowledge on my case. He didn't wait until something came to him requesting information, he and his assistants were always one step ahead in getting any information they could think of that could be advantageous for my case. Ben and his assistants have been courteous and very helpful from the start. It took a long time, through no fault of Mr. Johnson, but he was able to get my benefits approved and I bless the day I met him.

Her vast legal experience coupled with the best legal education in Georgia allows for your case to recieve the absolute best treatment there is. Leslie knows the law, and knows people. She is very personable and kind. Leslie handled my college aged son's super speeder ticket. It was his first offense, and the judge seemed sympathetic when we called. Leslie actually suggested that we might not need her - clearly ethical. I still felt it necessary to have someone represent us to make sure we had everything in order. We are pleased with the outcome - nothing on the record and no suspension.
I also loved that Leslie handled things directly with my son, even though I made the initial contact and hired her. I again think this demonstrates her attention to ethics.
I would recommend her to anyone in our position.

Michael has been such a blessing throughout this whole process, and I can't say enough great things about him. I met with several other attorneys before finding Michael, but immediately knew during our initial consultation that I wanted him to represent me for my case. I came into this not knowing anything about child custody law, and being completely terrified about what the outcome might be. Michael was calm and confident from the very start, and remained that way throughout the duration of my case. He was always honest with me even if it was something I didn't want to hear. He fought so hard to get me the things I wanted, and never made me feel stupid or crazy for feeling the way I did on certain aspects of my case. He often reminded me how I deserved to be treated from the opposing party and reassured me that everything was going to be okay, which was exactly what I needed. I always felt that he made time for me even when I knew he was busy with other cases, which is something that is hard to find with attorneys. Michael is such a kind and genuine person who really cares for his clients. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who is facing a child custody case. He knows the law so well. You would really be missing out on a great attorney if you don't have him by your side.

Mike was amazing! From the moment I first spoke to him on the phone, to our first meeting, and all through out the divorce process Mike made me feel extremely comfortable. He was there for me any time I needed him and he made sure to reassure me any time I was having a melt down. He never lost his patience with me and I was a nagging client. I was scared and very desperate, but he never got upset or angry with me. I am very satisfied with choosing him to represent me. When I needed him he was always there and yes I needed him a lot! He was honest with me and told me things I didn’t want to hear at times, but he knew best and knew exactly what I needed! Mike graciously took over our case with a month to catch up on everything before our final court date. No words can even describe how much of an excellent attorney he is but I will try my best to express it below!
-He communicated impeccably and I always got a call back no later than 24 hours (literally within a few hours).
-I was listened to carefully and I was given honest advice on my case even if it necessarily wasn’t what I wanted to hear.
-He was thorough with his research and paperwork.
-He is more than reasonably priced for such a quality lawyer
Finally, I was floored by the outcome of court and even though some of the parts were really questionable on what the outcome would be since it’s up to the judge, however with his excellent representation we were able to get everything we asked for.
Mike has seriously changed our entire families life and I will forever be grateful for him. He is our life long attorney from here on out and comes highly recommended! Thanks again for all your help!

Mr. Walker has served as my general counsel for about three years. He has advised me in a tricky traffic case, represented me in my divorce, and advised me on personal business and other legal matters.
Mr. Walker is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I am particularly impressed with his writing skills; his documents show legal competence but are also comprehensible and straight forward.
He was considerate of my desires in handling my divorce and, even when we disagreed about the right course of action, complied cheerfully with my requests.
I have recommended them to my business and many of my friends.

Wayland Worked with me on a not very complicated or contested divorce. He explained all of my options and ways to do things. he was not very expensive and kept in touch with me about every question or situation that came up. The only drawback that I could even think about is that he has not practiced a lot here in Athens yet and may not be very well known around the town. I have recommended him to others and he is working with one right now.

I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.
Collins showed concern for my well being. His first concern was that I get the medical help I needed. I did not have to be concerned with fighting the insurance companies or hospital. Collin took care of all the legal process and I did not have to lift a finger.
Collin is knowledgeable and Competent in his profession. A genuine good guy. I so appreciate all your hard work and will be highly recommending you to anyone who is in need of a great attorney.

We first met Mr. Morgan when trying to obtain Disability Benefits for my 50 year old brother....My brother had been unemployed for 7-8 years and was living in his car when we found him. We were all panicked and knew that money for him was running out.
Mr. Morgan talked to me, my brothers, my sister-in-law and explained the process of Disability and told us what was in store for us. He persevered with SS and we eventually had a court hearing. My brother was awarded benefits and we were overjoyed!

Ms. Nesset-Sale is everything you want in a lawyer -- knowledgeable, experienced, smart, well-connected, personable, efficient, compassionate, firm, and wise. I was so grateful someone referred me to her and I wanted to let others know in case they ever need a lawyer or mediator. I will actually miss working with her though I'm glad to get the divorce/mediation process finished. She was up front about cost, explained the difference between mediation and divorce representation, helped us figure out child support and the parenting plan, knows timelines and how the local courts work very well. We had already made preliminary agreements between the two of us, but wanted to keep the best interests of our children at the forefront while also being fair to each other . . . but there was no way we could have navigated our way through the forms and the courts without some guidance. Divorce is important even when it's amicable, so it's worth it to work with someone who knows exactly how to guide you through the process in a timely and professional manner. And clearly knows how to handle a variety of clients, even the non-amicable ones. I will absolutely hire her again if I need a lawyer again in the future.
