I was originally recommended her husband but she ended up taking my case. I was charged sith driving with a suspended license and pulled over under the guise of hands free and had a $2000 charge for the two citations. She got both dropped and I ended up only paying $51. I am so glad I hired here!

When I became disabled I started my claim with the Social Security Administration, I filled out and submitted all the forms and of course was denied benefits. I haven't heard of any first time approvals personally except one. One day I ran into an old acquaintance, he was disabled at this point and had already begun receiving benefits. I explained my situation to him, and he said I should have already had a lawyer. He said I could never have gotten my disability benefit approval without a lawyer named Ben Johnson in Athens, he did a great job for me. I contacted Ben the next week and if I had not contacted Ben for help with my case, it would have long been over because the steps that came after the initial denial, appeal and hearing, my wife and I would have had no clue how to go any further or even that you could. Ben is very knowledgeable and didn't spare any of his knowledge on my case. He didn't wait until something came to him requesting information, he and his assistants were always one step ahead in getting any information they could think of that could be advantageous for my case. Ben and his assistants have been courteous and very helpful from the start. It took a long time, through no fault of Mr. Johnson, but he was able to get my benefits approved and I bless the day I met him.

Leslie handled my college aged son's super speeder ticket. It was his first offense, and the judge seemed sympathetic when we called. Leslie actually suggested that we might not need her - clearly ethical. I still felt it necessary to have someone represent us to make sure we had everything in order. We are pleased with the outcome - nothing on the record and no suspension.
I also loved that Leslie handled things directly with my son, even though I made the initial contact and hired her. I again think this demonstrates her attention to ethics.
I would recommend her to anyone in our position.

I was injured in a car wreck in November and called Collin a few days after my crash. I did not want the hassle of fighting insurance companies and the hospital as I am trying to recover from my severe injuries.
Collins showed concern for my well being. His first concern was that I get the medical help I needed. I did not have to be concerned with fighting the insurance companies or hospital. Collin took care of all the legal process and I did not have to lift a finger.

Ms. Nesset-Sale is everything you want in a lawyer -- knowledgeable, experienced, smart, well-connected, personable, efficient, compassionate, firm, and wise. I was so grateful someone referred me to her and I wanted to let others know in case they ever need a lawyer or mediator. I will actually miss working with her though I'm glad to get the divorce/mediation process finished. She was up front about cost, explained the difference between mediation and divorce representation, helped us figure out child support and the parenting plan, knows timelines and how the local courts work very well. We had already made preliminary agreements between the two of us, but wanted to keep the best interests of our children at the forefront while also being fair to each other . . . but there was no way we could have navigated our way through the forms and the courts without some guidance. Divorce is important even when it's amicable, so it's worth it to work with someone who knows exactly how to guide you through the process in a timely and professional manner. And clearly knows how to handle a variety of clients, even the non-amicable ones. I will absolutely hire her again if I need a lawyer again in the future.

We first sought out the assistance of Kimbrough Law when we were referred to them by the assisted living facility where our mother was residing. We wanted to apply for Veteran benefits for her but did not know where to start. Kimbrough Law had us to fill out a questionnaire, at no charge I might add, to see if we qualified for the benefits. When it was determined that we were a good candidate, we entered into a contract and the complicated process of filling out forms and documents began. Within four months after applying with the VA, we were awarded benefits...none of which would have ever been possible without the assistance we received from the very knowledgeable and courteous staff at Kimbrough Law. Every time we had a question, they were quick to reply. They graciously guided us thoroughly through the entire process from beginning to end.
A few months later, Kimbrough Law also assisted us with our mother's Medicaid application. Their knowledge and expertise proved to be most valuable once again, as government forms and procedures can be difficult to understand and the slightest error can cost you valuable time in receiving your benefits. The money we spent for services rendered was far outweighed by the government assistance we applied for and received. The only thing I would change if we had to do it over is that we would have started sooner. Barrett did a great job in what was a very long, trying, complicated and tedious case. He kept us informed and helped us reach a settlement for most of what we wanted without having to go through the additional time and expense of a jury trial. He is responsive and I believe really cares for his clients best interest.
Our case involved two estates and a very bad situation in which a brother took substantial funds from first his mother, through his deceased father's assets and then from his sister through his then deceased mother's estate. The final settlement recaptured most of the inheritance as well as a portion of legal expenses. This is a great outcome for us.

This woman is absolutely amazing. She is the definition of above and beyond. Watching her work is like watching a piece of art being created in front of you. While we did not get the outcome we were hoping for in our case, she made a case that was mind blowing. The only reasoning behind the bad verdict was 90% the jury sadly. Most of them didn't want to be there and made that clear when I heard them talking outside of the court room. The courts in GA are a whole other world I have sadly learned. However I cannot say enough good things about Leslie. I would not hesitate to hire her for anything needed. She not only does an amazing job in every way, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their families. The amount of time she spent talking to me alone throughout the process was mind blowing in it's own matter. Even with the case being done she is still helping with the next steps and things she doesn't even need to help me with.

Ok so far however have had multiple people that have had to deal with so guessing taking on more cases then can handle... I have not been included in any decisions or actions taken for years at all. They are friendly yet do not properly communicate with each other as the lawyers and kind of do what they want instead of having any interest in the client. I think the large overload and having paralegals handling every thing gets things twisted or left out. Be nice for everyone be on same page so mistakes were not made.

Alan is a billboard lawyer who just likes to bs you. He listened to my case and told me he would speak to my criminal guy to get details he didnt told me give me 3 days. I emailed 3 days no reply waited 3 more days then told me I wasn't being reasonable in email. He told me he never asked Jason details back and forth since I don't have marks or holes in my body he dont want it. He cares nothing about being in a cage for 27 hours or the 15k it cost my family to defend myself... The fact is clear he is the type who rarely will go to court he's a office type lawyer.
