As dramatic as the title is, Mr. Davis did just that. I was in the divorce of hell! Not to mention a custody battle that included IVF. The question was if the baby that I carried via RIVF( carried wife’s egg) was legally mine. As the state of Georgia does not legitimate children born of IVF, I was told that I was a biological stranger to my children. Like the child that was cut out of my uterus could be taken away from me as well as our son that was born a month before marriage. My life was literally being ripped apart! Mr. Davis did not offer any promises but assured me that we would take this thing head on. He did just that I was granted 50/50 custody to both of my children and child support. He’s a godsend! Will was my attorney in divorce litigation that took a year to resolve due to the contentious nature of my former spouse and his attorney. I would recommend Mr. Smith to anyone. He was very knowledgeable about auto accidents and told me what I could expect concerning my claim.

After repeated attempts to handle my legal situation on my own, I contacted an attorney for help. For seven months the attorney was not able to get any results for my case.
I decided to contact MR. Smith and after doing so, almost immediately he was able to get me the results that I was looking for and that was a resolution to my case. Within a few short weeks my case was resolved to my satisfaction and I was able to move on with my life.

I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I met Thomas C Woodridge through the Georgia Bar Association. He was one of the attorneys referred to me by the Georgia Bar Association and dealing with people with disability on the American Disability Act. After talking with him by phone, we met to discuss my case in his office, and I’m glad we did. I remember him telling me I had a case, and I’m so happy he took it. I had never seen an attorney like him who fought so hard and did the things that he did for me, A person that’s dyslexic, and I thank God that I had the opportunity to meet him when my back was up against the wall. During the deposition, it would be like fireworks to see how he had the city up against the rope, how he was chewing them up and spitting them out, and noticed that he did it from his heart. On a scale from 0 to 10, I will give him 10, but I will go back and borrow the zero, put it with the 10, and make it 100. That’s how good he is. I wish he were still here in Georgia practice instead of North Carolina because he is one of the best.

Mr. Brown was referred to my family through a friend. My mother had just been in a near fatal collision with a tractor trailer. She was fortunate to have survived.
Her recovery is still ongoing 2 years after the accident. With that said, Mr. Brown was wonderful. He was very compassionate and attentive to our family and mother's health and financial concerns. Even more, he was very fair with us and got us fair compensation from the trucking company. He got more than even he had expected. Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling! And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. They had so much work to do to make this happen, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. Nick and Paul were professional, courteous, and hard working. We are very appreciative.

I was in a bad situation at one point in my life, the Federal Government brought criminal action against me and i knew i had to be accountable for my action. I was looking for a good lawyer who specialized in criminal law, one who has professional experience in a court room and could give me good advice on what i needed to do. I interviewed three lawyer and someone told me about Nicholas Lotito, so i meet with him and we talked for hours, i was very impress with his honesty, i was convince and had know doubts or uncertainty that he was the person i needed to represent me. As what some would consider being a 'high asset' client...my case was MUCH more difficult than most. I make that statement confidently due to the fact that I visited nothing short of 10 attorneys prior to moving forward with Howard's team. Thankfully I visited Howard late enough in my schedule of attorney interviews to KNOW what differentiates in terms of knowledge base, dependability and overall skillset.
Howard was thorough and obviously heads above. In my interviews I got 2 'yes' and 8 'no.' Howard knew what he was doing and got it done- for literally the SAME cost as the competition.

I came to Mr. Rothblooms office to seek counsel for a issue whereby a major furniture company that filed bancruptcy was seeking to claw back from me over $10,000 that I was paid for services rendered. Additionally, this very same company owed me money which I assumed I would never see again.
I was represented by an associate of this firm, Adam who gave me his full attention, instilled in me the confidence that he would represent me aggressively and professionally. His approach to my case seemed reasonable, effective and gave me a quite confidence that the outcome we be better than I hoped. Yes, the price was very reasonable as well -- a fraction of what the furniture company was seeking to claw back.
The outcome was better than I hoped. Adams preparation, approach and thoroughness won the day. We prevailed without having to pay back a penny to the furniture company. In fact, I finally did receive a check from the company that had filed bankruptcy. A win win outcome.

Ms. McCalla is a Godsend! I contacted her after I was cited for a DUI among lesser charges. She and her team were able to get me acquitted by using the facts of the case. Hello I'm Abigail, and I'm going to tell you my own personal testimony. Woke up one day realizing, I didn't know the first thing about getting a divorce, yet alone the paperwork involved. I would recommend these attorneys to any of my family and friends. They were very knowledgeable and fought for me even when I had a citation against me. Robyn is a great lawyer and super personal. I had to acquire her service to help fight for custody of my only son. For a long 18 months, she communicated and explained every question or concern I had throughout the process. she was very professional and transparent throughout every step by sharing email exchanges of the negotiation for custody of my two-year-old son. In the end, she did the impossible by settling my case with 50/50 physical custody because we live in the south and family court is one-sided.
Listen, lawyers are expensive, but it was worth it in the long run because now I no longer have to pay child support, and claim child tax credit every other year.
