I met with Ed about a shared rental property. He is engaging, straightforward, realistic, and easy to talk to. He also gives very clear and concrete advice; no vagueness to try to navigate around. It was easy to set up a mutually agreeable time for a Zoom meeting, and he was there promptly and made good use of the time to cover all of the topics we needed. Specifically I telephone Mr. Litchfield after spending days of anguish from my father dying and not understanding his Trust and Will. Mr. Litchfield said he'd speak with me within the next hour if I was available. I drove over and with ease and grace he answered every question I had without judgement and answered questions I didn't think. He told me exactly what to expect over the next few months. He was sympathetic when needed and consistently professional. I felt content and at ease after we finished talking. Mr Litchfield never looked at a clock or asked for any funds upon the conclusion of or discussion. Upon returning home I looked at his website to learn he is a beautiful faithful Christian and I will praise God he was in my life at this time. I initially missed the attorney, Richard Hall's call. But he left me a message and also called me back the next morning. I cant say enough about how invaluable this phone call was regarding my situation with a second mortgage problem i am having. Richard Hall was extremely knowledgeable and gave me multiple options and a game plan to follow. I found this service from googling my problem and this turned out to be a great find. Writing ones final will and trust can be very stressful. Working with Richard in his very comfortable, homey office really put us at ease. We did not feel pressured to make certain "final decisions". A while back I was hit by a reckless driver on the freeway causing me to roll several times. The next day I had insurance companies calling me pressuring me into say how I felt. I didn't know what to say so I sought out representation. Over the course of my case, Mr. Maurer and his team handled everything from the smallest detail of the case to just "how are you today?" with the upmost care and attention. The entire process was stress free from the time they took over. I would receive updates consistently so I always knew the standings of the case. I hope I'm never in a situation where I need representation again but if I am he will be one of the first people I call.

I can't recommend Joseph enough. If he takes your case, you have an angel in court. This guy knows his stuff. Get your facts together and give them to him and he will help you if you have even the slightest angle, assuming you have been treated wrongly. He actually cares about you, because, otherwise, he'd be doing something else to be more profitable. Joe has a big heart and an experienced mind. You can't beat that. He helped me bring suit against my employer twice, and we won both times, including an EDD case, for a total of three victories. I'm very happy with Joe's work and results.

I am one of 138 residences within El Nido Estates Mobile Home Park and we as a group have hired Bruce Stanton two years in a row to defend a San Juan Capistrano city rental control ordinance that is being challenged by our park owner. Bruce had done an outstanding job last year, defending the ordinance, we hired him again immediately an look forward to a positive out come.

Mr. Stanton rises above the field due to his clear, linear thinking and purposeful strategy for winning, his unruffled, professional demeanor in the courtroom, and his management style with his clients. And he wins his cases. He won our case! For two years in a row, and two litigations, Bruce Stanton has been the attorney for the El Nido Estates to prevent two separate, exorbitant 100% rent increases in our rent-controlled mobilehome park. In contrast to the opposing lawyer, a high-powered, high-priced master of sophistry, who relied upon theatrical antics, procedural objections, straw-man arguments and convoluted logic, Bruce Stanton, with a calm and steady hand, kept his eye focused on the facts and legal arguments it took to win and quietly and masterfully prevailed! Undeterred by the antics of the opposition, he tartly rebutted each argument they enumerated and deftly shone light on their obfuscations. He was a brilliant foil to their clown. The residents of our mobile home park hired Mr. Stanton to represent us in response to the park owner trying to increase rents on every unit by over $600.00 per month. This figure is more than double some of the space rents. Mr. Stanton was so well prepared, knowledgeable, cool under fire, respectful--he reflected well on his profession and he succeeded on our, the residents, behalf. Geri Bray took my case after 2 other attorneys sold me out and threw me to the wolves and she was able to bring it back to a nice settlement for me. She went up against the so called "pit bull" of divorce attorneys Judy Burger and was a force to reckon with. I was with my wife for 24 years and married 18 of those and I got out of there with no alimony forever, kept the house and all the belongings, my 401K, my 1000 hours vacation pay, and it cost me a third of what the last two idiots charged me. Jake acted as our attorney when we sold our home privately. He came to us through the recommendation of a friend. We feel we must pass on our good fortune to others. Great communication skills and very knowledgeable regarding real estate law. When he makes a time and place to contact you, Jake will keep that commitment. One specific example- although there were a number of incidents when we said, " this guy is good!". The roofer had checked the wrong type of material on the inspection, he missed the mistake, as did I, the buyer and the buyer's attorney. Jake caught the error, and I imagine saved time /paperwork during the process. It was daunting to undertake a home sale without a Real Estate agent, but in no small part to Jake, the process was painless, expeditious and successful.
