I reached out to the firm due to a rear end car accident. Everyone from the receptionist to the attorneys are very professional, and very courteous. They are very prompt to return to any questions or concerns you have. The attorney that I had was Mike Bersani and he was well experienced and gave me the best options in my case. He was very detailed and thorough when looking through the case, and provided more than an expert experience. I highly suggest going with this firm if you have any injuries in the future as I will if I have any unforeseen events.

I researched attorneys who would handle a separation/family court case more locally as I'm new to Cayuga County; wherein I found Richard to have a 5-star rating with positive feedback/comments from his clientele. Dave Kalabanka is an amazing attorney. When others would not take my case,saying, "it's too difficult" Dave didn't turn me away no matter how difficult it looked. I had a workers comp case pendng, and two MVA cases and we still won in the end. Dave took time with me to make sure I understood everything, he was easy to talk to and he assured me, it's not going to be easy but we will get through this and we did. From the two accidents, I had to go through 4 surgeries and they where trying to give me little, Dave made sure I got a substantial amount for my settlement. I would recommend Dave Kalabanka at the Auburn office on Genesee Street to anyone who's looking for a great attorney to service them for their personal injury needs.

I was an out of state driver involved in a rear ending in the Syracuse area. David was recommended to me by a friend. Ms Tamburrino is represented me in a personally painful bankruptcy filing. Upon our first meeting, she explained the process with professionalism and compassion. She has consistently responded quickly to my questions and concerns and has followed up with unanticipated issues that have arisen. She has made a dreadful situation less painful and continues to keep me informed.
If you are thinking about the option of bankruptcy, I do recommend that you consider speaking with Stacy. It took me many, many months - and many sleepless nights - before I took the first step. If you have been accused of ANY crime I would highly recommend Ben!!!! He stays in contact with you, will go to war for you and will stand by you the whole time. He knows the law and is well respected. Anyways, I got set up on some serious charges and he did so much work to get the evidence needed toprove me innocent. Patrick goes one step further by ensuring that his clients have / are receiving appropriate counseling from financial planning and tax experts to ensure they are best positioned to meet their retirement and estate planning objectives. This is your "GO TO" guy for a trial attorney!
Initially I approached one of the largest firms in Syracuse for a consultation. Then I happened upon Dominic Giacona and I am super Glad I did.
Although the Big Syracuse Firm had an army of attorneys and they boasted of a great track record, Dominic had them beat hands down with passion for injustice!
Dominic truly hates to see the little guy get run over and taken advantage of! He is truly sincere and his concern for his clients is very heart-felt! This is your guy!
My case was a very involved case with the Municipality of Skaneateles, NY and Dominic did a fantastic Job! Fighting a Municipality can be very much a David + Goliath battle, but with Dominic Giacona on your side the odds quickly get evened out and you can rest assured, Dominic will work every possible avenue of the law to help you prevail.

My mother, in a psychologically fragile state, prior to her suicide, was convinced by this lawyer that he would take care of her affairs and her children after her death. This lawyer then stole tens of thousands of dollars ($) from her estate by charging per hour, dragging the estate out for over 3 years and encouraging the executor to hold an auction losing additional tens of thousands of dollars ($). Also, several properties were listed below fair market value losing additional tens of thousands of dollars ($) because he convinced the executor that the estate needed liquidity, i.e. he needed to get paid now. I would not recommend at all. All told I believe that he charged over $200k in fees. He built his practice on taking advantage of us and others. If I could sue I would, but he convinced the executor to sign an agreement that no legal action could be taken against him or the practice.
