Absolute worst! All of these 5 star reviews are from a year+ ago and I guess a lot must have changed since then because my 72 year old disabled mother has been going thru the world's longest bankruptcy with this horrible firm! Wright hasn't been seen or heard from since the first meeting when we hired him. Rose is the worst secretary /paralegal I've ever dealt with, completely incompetent and zero communication or transparency. They advised my mom to stop paying her bills, but said she can only have $300 in her bank account at the time of filling (chapter 7). They've waited so long to file that she had a $5k savings account built up to put towards her retirement, but she's at risk of having to hand it over! They also wanted her to pay over $3k just to keep her vehicle because they forgot she was disabled which qualifies for a higher dollar threshold under chapter 7. If they would have filled it timely or if they had suggested chapter 11, she wouldn't have to fight to keep her cash and car. Furthermore, she has to provide them with updated paycheck stubs and bank statements every 2 weeks that they keep waiting around! Horrible inconvenience! Pick anyone else! I picked this place due to the 5 star reviews and being located in Avondale, but we've had to drive to their Phoenix location to drop off the paperwork every time they need something new!

My case was complicated. I had filed a few years ago with a previous company that is no longer in service. Benjamin was willing to take over my case, and both he and Sean worked hard to make sure questions were answered. I was represented in a case that is not common practice for them, and am thankful for the time they put into making sure my voice was heard. I don’t know if outcome of my recent case with my ex husband would have been the same had they not been there.

I recommend Michael Faith very highly. Michael took me on as a client in real estate dispute. Michael’s vast knowledge of the law made it possible for him to discover information about my case of which I was not aware. He took, what due to the other party, became a very complicated case and found ways for me to not only win the case, but to protect me in the future regarding issues around this property. I found Faith, Ledyard & Faith, PLC through my Arizona Teacher’s Association, where Faith Law offered a discount to educators. Because this case went on for a great length of time, Michael was also very considerate of my financial situation by having correspondence through emails as opposed to phone calls or meetings as he did not have to charge as much for an email. Michael often would send me emails on the weekend, showing that he spent time during his non office hours to work on my case. Michael Faith is an extremely skilled, qualified, honest and caring attorney who goes the extra mile for his clients. I don't know what I would have done without Michael's help!

I fell behind on my HOA and decided it best to File a chapter 7 BK (Pro Se) in 2018 to prevent the HOA from foreclosing. At that time my equity was well below the then homestead exemption of 150K which made my home exempt. I was discharged in 2018 and thought I was in the clear specifically with my HOA to start paying them at the first of the year which I started immediately. Fast Forward to the pandemic, that is when I was notified by the BK trustee that he indeed grant me a discharge but had not closed my case, and with the equity I had now had in my home he would be listing it for sale. After going through the heartache of opening my home to possible buyers and not knowing where my family would move to for 8 months, my family home did not sell. That is when I contacted BK attorneys to see what I needed to do next because the Trustee was threatening a Sheriff sale. NO OTHER ATTORNEY except Jason Treguboff would even speak to me because my BK had already been filed back in 2018. Jason's first words to me were " I would like to be your last resort in this matter in filing for a chapter 13" Jason is a PURE ANGEL walking this earth ! He took my calls responded promptly my text messages and thoroughly explained to me what I needed to do since this case was filed as a PRO SE. He saw and guided me to the light when I was in pure darkness for 2 years not knowing if I would loose my 1st/forever home. I am truly grateful that I found Treguboff Law, PLC and didn’t just crawl under a rock and give up. I am Forever Grateful!

They advertise free consultation with an attorney. I called for one on 3/8 and I was transferred to a gentleman who I was led to believe was an attorney. Went over my needs and decided to hire them. They requested a lot of personal information (as required for my case) and I sent everything over that night. I was assured that my case would be filed that next week. I called the following Thursday because I had not heard from them. I was informed of three things 1. My case was not filed or even looked at yet. 2. The attorney will give me a call by the end of the day that day or tomorrow (3/15 Friday). 3. The person I spoke with for my free consult was NOT even an attorney. I let all that go and waited for the phone call. I am writing this review on 4/1 because I STILL have not heard from anyone! I just fired them and went with someone else. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. They may take payment plans but the cost is that they do not do anything.

Care, Compassion, Kindness and Professionalism are what you will receive and experience from the entire staff at Johnson & Associates. My mom and I needed to set up a Special Needs Trust. This was my first experience with the law and Jason did a great job of explaining my options and all the possibilities, he could have easily suggested that I should take the first offer (which was a good one) from the prosecutor, but he put in the extra effort to counter that offer and was able to get me a deferred ruling. They have a nice website and he remarks "call my direct line" but no one answers the phone ever and they never call back either. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! It's that bad that they replied to this post 6 months later!!! And their response makes no sense at all. They don't know if I'm a landlord or a tenant if they don't answer the phone.

Gina was actually our second attorney.
The first attorney looked great on paper. The opposing attorney was a bully. It became frighteningly apparent after a few months that he was not willing to fight for us. We would have lost everything.

Charles -- was given my business via a merger. Along with filing the final phases to getting my patent approved, Charles was told to als file the "CIP"...(continuation in part). Charles did not do that on a patent that I waited 7 years for. So now he passed me off to another patent attorney (he has worked with) -- to handle the process moving forward. I'm told he is paying him to revive a CIP and file a new patent. He has never apologized or taken responsibility. This was not the character of a true businessman or professional.. I am extremely disappointed.
