My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. We had a dispute with a seller of a real esate whom did not want to sell the property after signing the agreement of sale. After recurrent and lengthy struggles with our district related to special education, upon coming across crucial correspondence that substantiated my Child Find complaint, and contacting Dan after other lawyer consults were less concerned given the two year statute of limitations despite the fact we met the exception, he took on the case and this led us to a settlement with the district. Dan was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had and dealt with the district in a very matter of fact, no nonsense manner. Unfortunately can't undo years of neglect, but there are at least resources to help us regain lost ground. I would highly recommend Dan Cooper to anyone in need. Definite bonus that it was of no cost to me, as this also would have been a major barrier. Most attorneys want a fee in advance for representation. Even though the parents can be reimbursed for a case that is won as the district can be held responsible for the attorney fees. we don't all have the money needed for representation up front and that was not an issue the way Dan operates.

Daniel Cooper has helped me advocate for my grandson who has ADHD and Social Anxiety. He explained the law in a language I could understand. Daniel let me know what my grandson’s educational rights were and he helped me get services for my grandson that helped him with his specific disability. I needed urgent feedback about an Uber collision incident as a passenger in a different state, where Uber had been sued by the other driver, and Uber decided to blame me for the accident. I posted my questions here, and received several answers, most of little help, some just stating to hire an attorney. Ms Teitell responded promptly, and with such detail, sequentially, and so comprehensively that I immediately felt at ease. He provided me with all the steps I should take, and responded to my subsequent messages. I was able to call him and he was an absolute wonderful human being, reassuring me, and providing me with prescriptive advise that I was able to use. I followed his advice and my situation is already much improved. He was very knowledgeable, able to quickly spot all technicalities that could help me, the tricks the Uber attorneys tried to use, and made me feel so much better about the case. Margaret 'Peggy' Quinlan is an absolutely brilliant, excellent and compassionate attorney from my experience. I first contacted her about my legal case, which had recently been lost in court, although it had clear apparent damages by the opposite party.
Somehow the attorney I had at that time had completely failed to clearly present the most compelling of the evidence about my case before the Judge. Then even worse, upon failing my case, this same previous attorney abandoned me and my case completely. I was lost.

Evan truly is the best at what he does! I was faced with my second DWI in Hoboken that lasted 11 months of going in and out of court.
