Tom helped me through a moving violation court process. Tom was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Without Tom my license would have surely been suspended and I would have been made to pay hefty fines. Tom was able to pick apart the charges and show that I was wrongly charged and we beat the case. He listened to us when our district wouldn’t, he gave us the voice that we needed. We tried for years to navigate the special education system and work with school teams. Every time we had a concern, the district strong armed us into their way with tactics like-take it or leave it, you can’t have that, we don’t do that here. Dan helped our no’s change to yes.

My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

I contacted this firm after I was in a car accident where an uninsured driver ran thru a red light and crashed into my car and my insurance company said " oops, too bad, nothing we can do you had the wrong type of insurance coverave" this firm was able to help me get money from my insurance company to replace my totaled car and monies to pay for my medical procedures.. If it wasn't for this company I would not have been able to pay for medical attention. I would not have been able to purchase a car to continue getting to work. Lauren is a great lawyer and was really supportive throughout my messy, long and difficult divorce, custody and child support case in 2012. I never had to worry about anything when we were in the court. Lauren was prepared and ready. When I needed her, she was always reachable by phone or in person. The WORST lawyer we have ever deal with. I enter US Illegal ( Not proud but this is the truth ) then I got married with a US Citizen we (me and my husband ) hire Mr Steven . He apply for me I130 and I485 which I'm not qualified for this form (This is for who enter legally ) . I was pregnant that time and I heared from deferent lawyers and Immigrant that what He did for me is a mistake and Im waisting my time with him .Me and my husband called him we tried to explain to him . He was so mean .His words : I know what Im doing . I'm not doing my job with your way ,Im gonna do it with my way.
after 16 months waiting . the I 485 is denied . I ask many professional consultants .NOT HIM OF COURSE .ALL they said its a stupid mistake from someone who consider him self an Immigration lawyer . He should apply the waiver not I 485 in this case . In the END Insted to Apologize for waisting my TIME and Money . Mr Steven said my email was TOXIC and He decide to leave the case . ( He can't even admit He's wrong )

After recurrent and lengthy struggles with our district related to special education, upon coming across crucial correspondence that substantiated my Child Find complaint, and contacting Dan after other lawyer consults were less concerned given the two year statute of limitations despite the fact we met the exception, he took on the case and this led us to a settlement with the district. Dan was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had and dealt with the district in a very matter of fact, no nonsense manner. Unfortunately can't undo years of neglect, but there are at least resources to help us regain lost ground. I would highly recommend Dan Cooper to anyone in need. Definite bonus that it was of no cost to me, as this also would have been a major barrier. Most attorneys want a fee in advance for representation. Even though the parents can be reimbursed for a case that is won as the district can be held responsible for the attorney fees. we don't all have the money needed for representation up front and that was not an issue the way Dan operates.

Daniel Cooper has helped me advocate for my grandson who has ADHD and Social Anxiety. He explained the law in a language I could understand. Daniel let me know what my grandson’s educational rights were and he helped me get services for my grandson that helped him with his specific disability. Evan’s specialization, method, and knowledge in DUI make his firm your best asset. I hired the Levow firm for two DUI’s that occurred months from each other.
The first incident had charges of DUI, refusal, speeding and reckless against a prosecutor known to be the toughest in the county. Thanks to Evan’s negotiating, all charges were dismissed for a refusal charge.

Evan truly is the best at what he does! I was faced with my second DWI in Hoboken that lasted 11 months of going in and out of court.
