This was our first time hiring a lawyer, so we had lots of questions, all of which Michelle was very patient and kind enough to address each and every one. Michelle and her team helped us through a very emotional and challenging eviction case (we as the landlords), and at each step we felt heard and well-guided. We eventually won the case, and we realize there is no way we could have done it without Michelle’s help. I was in need of a litigation attorney after receiving a complaint filed by a former employer. I was extremely concerned about the situation due to the truth being distorted in a way that could have caused serious legal repercussions. Ms Aulivola was referred to me by a coworker and after speaking to her the first time she stood out from the other lawyers I had spoken to. Her fees were very reasonable and she was extremely attentive to my matter. Ms Aulivola always made himself available to me by phone within a few hours if I had questions and her staff was very professional. I found her to be a very honest and tenacious person that you want on your side. My situation was resolved quickly and I have since used her again multiple times for contract negotiations and other matters.

Divorce is hard, but a lot harder when you are a caring and supportive father who does not want to be away from your children. Karen helped me obtain a fair divorce in which custody and support were split evenly between both of us. This definitely took some effort to obtain. Overcoming the court’s bias towards the mother was difficult to overcome, but possible with Karen's guidance. Over the past 16 years, Karen has represented me three times, for my divorce, child support modification and child support termination request. Mr Driscoll was able to get my charges plead down to nothing compared to the original offer and fought for my to have an opportunity to turn my life around and I really appreciate that.
