I could not have asked for anyone better to represent me! Mrs. Press went above and beyond in two of my criminal cases leading to both being dismissed. She really fought for me and didn’t just give into a plea bargain. She had a lot of patience especially with my case being carried out through the pandemic. She was appointed to me by the courts in a felony assault case (which was dismissed) and then I retained her in a second case. (DWI which will be dismissed) She made me feel extremely confident from the start. I would highly recommend her!

The service that Mrs. Norah-Davis gave me on my case was great. After being in a car accident where I was hit from behind at a very high speed, I had incurred lower back pain due to the impact. Mrs. Norah-Davis dealt with the insurance companies and made sure none of the medical expenses were paid for out of pocket since I was not at fault for this accident. All of my physical therapy sessions were paid through my settlement as well as receiving a settlement check to compensate for the pain I endured well after the accident occurred. Mrs. Norah-Davis was very knowledgable and able to explain the process to me in terms I could understand and made sure I knew every step she was taking to get my case settled.

We did not know Linda at all when we were in need of a new lawyer and she was a referral from our current lawyer Penny White. Linda helped us in our time of need getting custody of our granddaughter.

I am a former Federal Employee who was involved in whistleblowing case. The agency went after me, eventually after numerous investigations, they put together a case and terminated my employment with one charge being lack of candor.
I initially hired a California based law firm, without doing my homework. But who really does in these matters. The firm seemed professional, had a flashy website boasting years of experience and lead attorney assured me the case would take no more than 4-6 months and I would have my job back.
10 months into my MSPB appeal, the California based firm had charged me three times the normal attorney fees for such a case and was using bullying tactics, threatening to drop my case if I would not settle with Government for virtually nothing.
I reached out to Eric Pines Law Firm. Late on a Friday afternoon, I was able to reach and speak to Eric. He was patient and took the time to hear me out. As I explained my circumstances and convoluted case he could see through the mire and agreed to review the case. I explained I need someone who could see the merit and being willing to get in the ring and fight for my cause.
Mr. Pines put Stephen Goldenzweig. Stephen jumped on the task. Within a very short time, Stephen had the Government attorney at the table engaged in serious discussions. Within a short time an out of court settlement was reached. My OPM record was cleared and I was able to move on with my professional career.
Not that I would want to ever go through this again, but if I had to I would not hesitate to hire or recommend the Pines Law Firm to anyone in litigation involving Federal Employment issues. I truly wish I would have contact Eric and Stephen first. I would have saved myself and family a lot of undue stress.

I’m currently employed with the Department of Veterans Affairs (WCPAC) Las Vegas, NV. I have worked for the VAMC for 26 years, and have always performed at an outstanding level, until management at WCPAC began to harass and bully me by threating my employment. I was immersed in a toxic work environment at my Federal Job. Initially I thought this was a situation I could handle on my own by reporting a co-worker's bully behavior to my supervisor but the situation soon degenerated to the point where I found myself the victim of retaliation. Fortunately I researched my situation and attorneys who specialize in this area (FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT). Stephen works for Eric Pines' law firm. He listened to my situation, asked questions and gave me a best and worst case scenario. He outlines the Federal EEO process and warned me to be in for a LOOOOONG road. He was very upfront about my legal costs and was VERY FAIR in this aspect. Once my EEO case was filed, management turned up the heat and really tried to intimidate me out of the job. If it was not for Stephen's reassuring attitude and plain statement of the facts I would likely have backed down but knowing I had a good attorney helped me stick to my guns. In the end my EEO case was accepted and assigned a hearing date. Just before we were to start deposing witnesses management blinked - They approached us for a settlement. Attorney Robert Hoffman helped me out of a very difficult situation and secured for me an Order of Defferal under CAT from the Judge while I was detained at the Montgomery processing center, by proving that there is a greater chance than 51% that I would be persecuted , arrested and tortured by the "Bolivarian Intelligence Services " of the Socialist Nicolas Maduro regime for protesting against thier government in Venezuela. Mr.Hoffman and his amazing staff did a superb job representing me. They were there with me every step of the way in my process . I was sued twice by a credit card issuer (because I had two cards with them), after refusing to pay charges that were not correct, and hired the firm where Jason works to handle both cases. They did so for a reasonable fee, which I now deem to be very reasonable given the outcome. They settled both cases for such a reasonable percentage of the original amount that it would be detrimental to all for me to mention it here, but I will say that nobody could possibly be unhappy with it. Nor will I reveal the name of the credit card issuer --let's just say that they are a household name.
I spoke with and/or visited several attorneys and I chose to go with this firm because they had plenty of experience but weren't too expensive. There were cheaper options with less experience, but also more expensive ones. I found out that this firm was just as professional and competent as any other --just more reasonable with their fees. I could've paid slightly less, but I didn't feel the representation would be as good.
Jason was the sole attorney handling my cases along with an excellent paralegal, named Karen Lauer. I highly recommend them both!

I called Tony Denena anyway and he gave me some sound advice on next steps regardless of if I sought legal help or not. I was thankful for that, being that this was the first accident I was ever involved in. Sure enough, I ended up needing legal representation and medical care. Tony and his team were absolutely amazing. I specifically tried to avoid the super gimmicky firms that are overworked and make false promises. What I received with Denena and Points was personal, quality care and guidance from start to finish. I rarely heard from Tony’s legal assistants. They were working on my case. Didnt hear from them for a while. I called 3 separate times and i didnt get any answers. I called again today just to be told the other driver didnt have insurance and they cant continue my case so theyll be closing it. And im on the hook for the doctor/physical therapy bills. Would probably be less if i didnt go to the last couple of appointments but they didnt let me know anything and kept me in the dark. If i coule give 0 starts i would. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. WORST CASE LAWYERS I EVER WENT WITH!
