Arne, Mallory and Jeffrey did an excellent job, taking care of every issue that came up with my case. Arne was quick to meet up in Grants Pass to get things started. This group of attorneys is completely incompetent. I tried to hire them to modify a judgment. They told me there's nothing they can do and hire attorney in a different state. I already have an attorney in a different state and they say I need one here to modify the oregon judgment. I would definitely not recommend this group of attorneys. In my opinion they know absolutely nothing about family law

I have been enduring a very ugly divorce, and several years ago I was entrapped into a situation that caused me to incur a domestic violence case; it took years of work- but with Casey’s guidance, and his paralegal Gretchen’s help; they were able to expunge my records in a short time. Even with objections from my ex wife, Casey and Gretchen gave me the validation and support needed in my situation to go through the court process and come out with a clear slate. They have ensured all the work I’ve put in to better my life wasn’t fruitless, and I can now finally pass background checks for housing, better jobs, etc. Casey and his team were the most genuine and honest people I’ve met in a legal setting, and I could not be more lucky to have had them represent and guide me. After trying to flee from someone threatening to kill me and my loved ones in my truck at what was supposed to be a family birthday party, I was wrongfully arrested for a DUII. I spoke with several firms and then I found Casey Baxter with Baxter Law online and saw the reviews so I decided to give them a call for a consultation. Immediately I could tell his attitude towards my case was what I was looking for. All of the other firms I talked to suggested diversion because it was “less risky”. I didn’t want that on my record if I was able to defend it. Well when I talked to Casey he didn’t constantly tell me how great he was like the other firms. He gave me his (very qualified)credentials and actually gave me the process of how he would go about this case and I could tell he wasn’t afraid to defend my case. Choosing him to be my lawyer was the best decision I could’ve made. He spoke with the DA on my case and was able to get the whole thing dismissed before my court date. This firm knows the law and isn’t afraid to fight for you. If you go with them you can feel taken care of. I will 100% recommend Casey and Baxter Law.

Paul Heatherman was terrific to work with. He thought of everything. Way more comprehensive than we were expecting. We can rest easy with our new trust and all the what ifs covered. So professional but also down to earth. I highly recommend Paul Heatherman for any estate planning, advanced directive, will needs. He knows his stuff. As a landlord I'm glad to know that's an area of expertise as well. Hope we never need him in that capacity, but it's good to know he's there.

I had a frivolous charge against me, by a coworker who was notorious for assaulting peers. On the verge of being fired from his job for frequent assaults, and in an effort to save his job, the coworker filed 'unwanted touching' charge against me, as I pushed him away during an assault.
The Richland police were unhelpful, unwilling to accept facts, or even call our boss or other coworkers who would confirm the situation.
The prosecutor was unwilling to investigate.
Christine was very helpful. I appreciate her legal knowledge, skill in the courtroom, and her excellent communication ability.
This charge has now been dropped, due to Ms Bennett's efforts. Many thanks!

I have a great deal of respect for Ms. Bennett and how intuitive it was to work with her. Working with Ms. Bennett made my first experience with the law pleasant. Ms. Bennett showed the confidence and persistence it takes to be the best attorney. Wayne and his staff helped me come to a settlement agreement with an Insurance company that I had been working with on my own. Although the settlement was less then I felt was appropriate it was more then I had been able to negotiate on my own. In addition, Waynes fees were very fair and reasonable. Wayne Hawn was a fantastic attorney. I first met with Wayne in Portland, OR. He traveled up here from Bend, OR to meet me and discuss what happened. He was very caring and confident in my case, thus I hired him a few days later and began the process. Attorney Kuhlman has a strong eye for detail and organization and an amazing ability to process large volumes of information extremely quickly. He combined these abilities with his exceptional legal-writing, superior research and excellent analytical skills in order to compose the winning briefs, motions and arguments that he used for my case.
His calm demeanor and exemplary gift in public speaking was clearly seen in his representation of me before various courts and judges (including the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Appellate Courts) with utter professionalism and expertise, which also helped him to gain the upper-hand in court and in the winning of my case.

I was blind sided with a charge and arrest on a bogus Charge created by my soon to be x wife. The butterfly effect of this charge would have been disastrous to my life. My experience with Shelby has been nothing short of outstanding.
I was presented 3 alternatives to 'navigate' the complaint..I took the firm's advice and met with a very experienced counselor in Salem. This was done to ascertain and overview of parts of my character that were called into question. The results were as expected, no concerns. In fact, Shelby told me that the report was the "best" she had seen in her years of working with this particular counselor.
From there, Shelby guided me through the succeeding process. She met with the District Attorney to mitigate the 'charge'. That was successful, the hearing was held in mid September. The outcome was precisely what she told me it would be.

She was always available, spent appropriate time answering questions and aggressively pursued a reduction in the 'charge'.
