I tossed and turned on whether to write this review all night.. I called on 8/26 the woman who answered the phone was sweet, I asked how much for a consult and how soon could i get on the schedule, I then explained the situation with the closing on our home.. she says ill leave a message and he will call you back.. first time needing a lawyer not sure what that meant.. Scott calls, is very to the point but still vague on if we even have a case or if we need a lawyer, what the expenses would be ECT.. I then call back to ask one more question to better help us understand.. Scott was rude and incredibly cold basically because i didn't put money out to retain him ( while still not understanding if we need a lawyer in the first place) he didn't want to answer any more questions... I got off the phone and cried i was more confused than before i called.. we have a small child that has acquired a year of mounting medical bills putting out for a lawyer that we are not sure will make our situation any better isn't on our bucket list. My best advice is to avoid this practice..they dont seem to have much compassion and are in it for the money and places like this will bleed you dry charging for every minute. yesterdays phone call could have been handled differently and they would have another client.. there are other really great practices in the area.. good luck

I hope this helps someone out there looking for help.Brian Roemersma is the answer. I worked for one of largest companies in the world for 16 years before I was injured. I went through more than 6 spinal surgeries. This was such a messed up Workmens Comp case I wouldnt have blamed Brian for giving up on me, he even talked me down off a ledge during the low points. My company threw me to the wolves and left me with no medical benefits. Brian made sure I got what I deserved. 5 years later I had my day in court. I recieved more than a fair settlement and other resources I didnt even know existed. Its been a long scary road ,but Brian Roemersma is a great lawyer but more importantly a good man. His team is thorough and competent. Couldnt have found a better person to have my back.

I had never had an issue with the law until my wife signed a PFA against me because of an argument. The Sheriff’s office of Philadelphia confiscated my firearms. I hired Rich Roberts Jr. upon recommendation to get them back. Even after I was cleared of all charges the Sheriff’s office refused to give them back. Rich not only showed his knowledge of PA law but he showed his ability to work the Philadelphia legal system. He worked with the DA’s office using honey instead of the stick to obtain the court order getting me my guns returned to me. However, that did not work with the Sheriff Office and they disregarded the Judge’s order so the stick did come out. And Rich beat her into submission with it. Needless to say I went shooting yesterday. Giaramita Law Offices kept me informed during the entire process and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend them for any of your legal needs. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Rich and company.

The positive reviews are a sham. Hired this firm for Giarimetta and he gave case to Richard but said he would help him. He didn’t! That’ was the first lie and more followed. Richard took 2k for a Preliminary Hearing then avoided discussing the case and played sick just to do such. Came to Court and deceived the court and my family into believing he visited me just before the hearing. Ultimately I hired a new firm and got better results. Maybe this firm is only good for local cases because I was in Philadelphia. In Philly you have to have a respected, experienced and recognized lawyer, they just bullied Richard and he didn’t fight back. So yeah, bad services out of town. I believe he gave up knowing that and jus took the money out of greed..

If I can give 1 million stars I would. 5 is just not enough. I was initially referred to Frank by a Facebook friend for a tough custody battle, taking her advice on retaining Frank for a custody matter was one of the best advice in life I have followed. My custody battle was nothing short of easy. And a case some attorneys even declined to take on because of how much effort needed . Frank without a doubt fought and fought for what I was seeking, something I really actually thought would never happen in this action . But what I thought was IMPOSSIBLE he made POSSIBLE . Other than his diligent work , communication is beyond the scope of stars given. And I am by far not the easiest client, and probably a very anxious one who finds myself corresponding after work hours and Frank always responds . Frank is very professional, great communication , affordable .

This man is a joke and thinks he is a bully.
When he hears what he doesn’t want to hear he escalates his voice.
His client advised him on what was wanted and every time his client said ok he finagled them to do the opposite for his profit.
The more involved the more he could make..
So if you are one to waste money on things that can get done without paying a lawyer than this is your guy..

My wife and I have used George Vasiliadis as our estate attorney for the last several years, and have found his help and guidance invaluable through several difficult situations.
During a needless and protracted family squabble over a family inheritance - largely due to the ineffectual bumbling of a relative's chosen estate attorney, Mr. Vasiliadis kindly and patiently advised us in the background through the process of correcting the effects of this other attorney's negligence, arrogance and outright greed, and helped find a final satisfactory end to the wrangling.
George has also advised and mentored us through the processes of estate planning, wills and POA's, and even setting up trusts for our own personal estate. In all he has been approachable, accessible, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and patient. He is careful, prudent, generous and always looking out for his clients' best interests.
I highly recommend his expertise and experience to anyone looking for someone well-trained in the areas of elder law, estate planning, inheritance issues, wills and powers-of-attorney, and trusts.
There are many attorneys out there to choose from, and many who are not focused on client service. We suffered for over two years under the oppression of a very different, slovenly and greedy attorney who obviously hadn't one thought about what was best for the Executors he worked for, but could only see the dollar signs left by his primary client.

Mr Vasiliadis has helped me and many members of my family. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has done our Living Wills, Last Will and Testament, and has answered and helped with numerous questions. I've personally learned so much through him because of his willingness to help and answer questions. It is rare to find a lawyer who can be completely trusted, but I promise you, Mr Vasiliadis is honest, trustworthy and reliable. He will always do what is in the client's best interest. Legal issues of any kind are extremely complicated. I'm so glad that I have Mr Vasiliadis to lean on and to trust with my legal business and affairs. One more thing! My mother recently died and I needed an attorney to help settle the estate. Her accountant recommended this guy. Since I knew no other estate lawyers in the Lehigh Valley, I thought I'd give him a shot. I had an initial telephone consult with him and we scheduled an appointment for the end of the month. I arranged to have pertinent documents delivered to his office prior to our meeting. Since the meeting wasn't for a few weeks (which was not opportune however I live out of state), I reached out to him via email with several questions. I even offered to pay him for his time to answer two questions each of which only involved a one word answer. Both questions also required timely responses --not something that could wait until the end of the month. In my email I both offered to pay him for his time OR offered to send a retainer both of which are beyond reasonable and fair. I deal with a lot of attorneys. When I hadn't heard from him I called his office and spoke to his secretary asking her if she could please ask him to reply to my emails. He had just been ignoring them. Later that day I got a "dust off" email from him excoriating me for reaching out to his office prior to my appointment and basically kicking me to the curb. I replied with sincere apologies for being so brazen and asked him to reconsider. I also mentioned that one return email to me asking me to wait until our meeting would have been the proper thing to do. I would then have never fired off any more questions. I really don't know how to react to radio silence from a professional I am employing. He refused to help. Truth is, I am grieving a number of severe losses at the moment and I can barely think straight. Scolding and dumping a "client" who is in desperate need of support goes way beyond LOW in my opinion and is very unprofessional. It's like a psychiatrist scolding a client for being psychotic. Ridiculous. Done and dusted with you, Esquire. You should be ashamed of yourself and your behavior.

If I can give 1 million stars I would. 5 is just not enough. I was initially referred to Frank by a Facebook friend for a tough custody battle, taking her advice on retaining Frank for a custody matter was one of the best advice in life I have followed. My custody battle was nothing short of easy. And a case some attorneys even declined to take on because of how much effort needed . Frank without a doubt fought and fought for what I was seeking, something I really actually thought would never happen in this action . But what I thought was IMPOSSIBLE he made POSSIBLE . Other than his diligent work , communication is beyond the scope of stars given. And I am by far not the easiest client, and probably a very anxious one who finds myself corresponding after work hours and Frank always responds . Frank is very professional, great communication , affordable .

She sifts through the BS and doesn't run up the legal bill with all the BS. She is very, very ethical and is concerned with justice, not only winning. She'll tell you if you are wrong. She'll tell you if you can save money in legal fees.
She would be a great judge. Her code of conduct is impeccable.
She commands respect and is good to have on your side.
My only complaint is she is very difficult to reach at times.
She is not running me through the money wringer like my opponents attorney is, to no avail.
