I first called Samantha a little over 8 years ago after my first child was born. I was a young single mom going to court for the first time in my life. I had no idea the first steps to take in filing for child support. I called Samantha and put everything in her hands. I never questioned or regretted my choice in doing so. She got me through the entire process so smoothly I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome my first go around. Fast forward a few years… I was pretty strapped for cash and needed to bring my sons father back to court to have the child support revised. Because I was alone with little money I called someone other than Samantha. It was the biggest mistake. The attorney I called dragged me through a almost two year miserable experience when it should have been a very easy and quick case. I was being ignored by the attorney and my case was dropped without resolution. I called Sam in a panic and explained everything I went through. We quickly got to working together again. She had the other attorney release me as his client and got to work on my situation/case. She was able to get it backed to the original filing date regardless of the last attorney dropping the ball. She fixed all of it and did it extremely fast! I just needed to go back for the third time in family court. This time my sons father wanted to pay less in child support. Again, Sam was quick to get the ball going and fought hard for my side and situation. The case was closed in what I felt to be a very fair situation for me. Samantha is a great attorney and works hard for her clients and never leads them in the wrong direction. She gives her advice and lets you know the reality of the chances of all situations. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need!
