Attorney Younger recently did my estate planning. My experience was excellent. He is actually extraordinary, in my opinion. He is astute, kind, focused and really smart. He is also intuitive and forthright and easily guided me through the necessary steps to complete the process. Estate planning is no mean feat and trying to sort through a host of decisions can be daunting. This is not something you can do on your own, and if you need help with this, unequivocally, in my opinion, there is no one better.

When your parent passes away and they have a Will you would like to think everything is all set. Well not in my case, the executor my father listed in his Will refused to provide me with my inheritance and this is when I enlisted the help of Attorney Younger. Probate cases can get very nasty and drag on for a long time but that did not deter Attorney Younger. There were good days and bad through out the process but Attorney Younger kept telling me to be the good person and stay truthful and it will all work out. He was absolutely right, we went to court, the executor was removed and I was granted the inheritance that was left to me by my late father. If you are looking for an attorney who is organized, has an amazing rapport with other court staff and is set on getting not only what is right but justice for his clients, then the Law Office of Joblin C. Younger is the attorney you want in your corner. I would recommend a 100 times over.

This law firm is the definition of ambulance chasers. We received a solicitation from them because they discovered my son was in an accident by trolling police reports. As a lawyer myself I find this reprehensible. Don't ever hire a lawyer from a solicitation; get a recommendation from a trusted source. If I could give zero stars I would.

My family hired Attorney Low for a consultation to discuss estate planning options for our elderly father. It was not a good experience.
We paid $450 for a 90-minute consultation. Attorney Low was 25 minutes late for the appointment, and ended the session after 65 minutes. There was a specific, crucial legal point that she said she would look into as a follow-up to the session. After two weeks of silence, I emailed asking whether she had looked into the issue yet, and noted that this was time-sensitive for our family. I got no response.
After another two weeks, I emailed again, asking if she had looked into it. Again, I noted that this was an extremely time-sensitive issue for our elderly father. Again, I got no response.
It appeared during the booking process and in the actual consultation that the office --which is a small practice-- was extremely understaffed, and undergoing some turnover. That happens.
But the bigger issue is that Attorney Low was disrespectful -- disrespectful of our time by starting late, disrespectful of our finances by ending the consultation two-thirds into the time for which we paid hundreds of dollars, and disrespectful of our needs by failing to follow through at all -- and ignoring multiple attempts to follow up. It was unprofessional.

Ms. Low was recommended by our Financial Advisor. We needed to get affairs in order, my Husband was diagnoised with Parkinson. Ms. Low was very professional. Easy to contact. Returned phone calls in a timely fashion. She came to our home and explained all the legal moves to our Children. They were very pleased that she had taken the time to care so much for our family. Fear tactics under pressure used to make a decision, did not want to wait to go forward to the judge to make a decision. Doesn’t represent and was confirmed of injustices by peers in vicinity and the files returned as mess.

I strongly do not recommend her to anyone. Had hard time reaching her most of the time. Never returns call back , never text or email me back. Office staff very rude . They over charged me $3000 for just one court appearing for less than 2 hours for which she showed up late almost an hour .
