I can’t thank Shane Colton enough for the extremely professional and successful experience I had with his firm. I was in an accident in Montana while living in Wyoming. I was severely injured and had undergone numerous reconstructive surgeries in Colorado and California. My medical and travel expenses were overwhelming.
When I contacted Shane he only had a few days before the 4th of July weekend to file a lawsuit on my behalf in another county in Montana. I think that at some point in their life, everyone needs some type of expert legal counsel. That time came for me when a trusted friend defaulted on a loan for which I had co-signed. I made a genuine effort to pay what was owed, but unfortunately a third party purchased the debt and I was left owing many times more than the primary lender had originally agreed to settle upon. Acting on the recommendation of a business associate, I contacted Mr. Gerstner for legal counsel to discuss my options for settling this matter. Upon meeting with him for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the level of detail/interest that Mr. Gerstner took in collecting the information needed to pursue my possible courses of action. He researched my case thoroughly before ever sitting down with me to discuss my settlement options. When we did meet for the second time, Mr. Gerstner was well prepared for the conversation and explained to me my rights in addition to those of the plaintiff. He didn't "sugar coat" anything, but was compassionate in suggesting how my case might best be resolved. I couldn't have been more pleased with this lawyer or the outcome of my case. Mr. Gerstner worked countless hours in preparing my proposal in a fashion that was acceptable to both parties. Mr. Gerstner's fees are very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring legal assistance in any of his various areas of expertise.

I hired Craig after a car accident when the adjuster was trying to pressure me to settle. Craig took my case and was able to negotiate a far higher settlement than I was going to get. I needed someone to help me fight a parenting plan I was served with by my childs father. Recently completed Estate Planning with Mr. Patrick Beddow that included family ranch property located in Montana and our home in Wyoming. He listened closely and asked pertinent questions so that I soon believed he clearly understood our needs. Relatively quickly he created our Revocable Family Trust and associated Realty Transfer Certificates; and his assistant had the necessary deeds recorded in the appropriate counties. Throughout I felt treated as a person and not merely a client. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again should need arise. In fact, while the entire process was completed via phone, mail, text and email; I’d enjoy sitting down any afternoon and visiting with him over a beer. An excellent experience. Thank you.

I researched real estate attorneys in Montana ,we do not live in Montana but do live in a state that Mr Beddow has a license to practice. When I called the firm I was great with a very courtesy professional staff. Mr Beddow listened to what I was interested in and explained the process, and that he would check to see if there were any conflicts etc. not more than a day later I was contacted by this firm, they sent there retainer form and an amount to send for a retainer. I did that and they went to work right away. Stayed in touch and kept us informed . This is important if you do not reside in Montana. I have found it a good experience dealing with all the staff as well as Mr Beddow. I have also found that unlike some lawyers ,that our needs were treated as important to them.
They do bill you but not for every single lil piece of paper and every phone call with in reason. It appears also that they do not waste time trying to get billable hours,Simply put your in good hands and can expect to get what you pay for. A top class honest firm that cares and represents you with professional service . I have felt very comfortable dealing with them long distance.

Shane is incredibly intelligent. I would also say clever. He thinks outside the box and gets things done. He handled a very tricky case for me with ease. We never saw the inside of a courtroom because we settled. But I am confident I would have been well prepared if we had made it to trial. I would recommend him to anyone. Craig and his team are amazing! We reached out to Craig after someone ran a stop sign, hitting our vehicle. Long story short, he denied being in an accident to his insurance company, so they denied our claim even though we had photographs of the person's insurance card and damage of our vehicle. We tried on our own to get the insurance company to cooperate and accept the claim, but they wouldn't budge. As soon as Craig stepped in to assist, it was like night and day. The claim was reviewed again by someone else and accepted. Craig worked so hard for us and got a better outcome than we could have ever expected. He and his team are very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain things and the process of how a potential lawsuit would go. We would have gotten nothing had it not been for Craig. He made the whole experience nice and easy for us so we weren't stressing about how to handle the situation. He handled it all! 10/10 recommend Hensel Law, PLLC!

Having made a very big mistake, I started the painful process of trying to find someone who would help without taking my money (happily) and leaving me to my (richly deserved) rewards. As the saying goes, "play stupid games, win stupid prizes". Nick took my case, never left me feeling judged by him, and did his best to help me through the process with my dignity and my finances intact. Nobody could have punished me as passionately as I did and continue to punish myself, and I know I won't be repeating my act of stupidity again. Nick took my case and obtained for me exactly what I was hoping for...a healthy slap from the justice system that didn't leave me destitute and/or in a cage. If you find yourself in my shoes, please consider this as a help in sorting through a long list of nameless and faceless counselors. You'll get his best because that's what his own personal ethics demand of him. Lawyers get a bad wrap. Adrian miller represented us in a probate case. There was no question as to who the property was to go to, the defense should have had no leg to stand on . Adrian charged us over ten thousand dollars to prepare for trial and sue for damages which was what was agreed upon when she was hired. She did not follow through, withdrew right before it was time for trial . We gained absolutely nothing from her representation and she actually caused us to loose a hearing, loose evidence and loose irreplaceable property. She witnessed numerous illegal actions and blatant disregard for court orders by the opposing party and did nothing to defend us, did nothing to address it period. Adrian does not listen to her clients, is dishonest, belittling, is a know it all, who does not care what the client wants,. She does what is best for her ,not what is best for the client. Her withdraw cost us valuable time and money and other attorneys do not want to take your case after one has withdrew.. Adrian millers representation only hurt our case and we now have to pay someone else to do all of the work she was paid to do but failed to produce results for. When her representation ended, We only felt Wronged by the person we hired to prevent us from being wronged..
